The doctor is great and nice, full of patient. The worst thing is that receptionist- aunty. She will be bias those patient which knew her well, without queue, and she just simple slot in them without taking the queue number. This is so unfair to other patient who waited more than 2hrs. Their management need to seriously review this receptionist behave. Somehow this is not first time she is doing that. Previously I’m bring my mother visited this clinic, she is doing the same. We’re queue since morning 845am before clinic open, we’re first 6 patient waiting outside the clinic. But number given is 12. And in between she slot in more than 10 patient from here. Reason given- those patient is earlier blood test patient?? We just like “are u kidding ya?! We don’t even see then on queue?!!”

Very polite gentle doctor. He is very patient with my daughter. My daughter was hit by her friend and had very bad nose bleeding. Doctor immediately call us in, clean her blood, observe and consult, write referral letter and ask me to take the letter and the counter. Very kind and professional. Definitely will come again.

Honestly, I have been visiting this clinic because i trusted Dr Oon ( i might spell it wrongly) but his assitant Ms Chin is really rude to patient, beyond the basic respect that she should show to patient. I called to ask for doctor advice because i was in pain after medication but she told me off. What kind of service!! Really disappointed when such a good doctor has such kind of assistant.

The doctors and staffs are friendly. I went there at 9am but still need to queue for 2+ hours due to too much patients. Hope they support PM Care Plus in future.

Doctor and staffs are great, front desk are patience. Just a bit long time to wait and the doctor usually not come in on time. Besides, the air cond is turn off after 12.30pm, even though I still waiting in the clinic. Hopefully they can improve this. Highly recommended clinic with their service. Keep it up.

Dont come if you're very sick and cant sit here hours to wait. Terrible waiting time. If Doctor returns at 330 then open at 330 la, why let people wait since 230. Left 10+ patients waiting inside without doctor to attend. The waiting area got no AC installed as well. Everyone was sweating, it was a living hell for me.

On sat 18 Jun We did call for appointment on Monday for a group of ppl for inj.the nurse said just directly call on Monday to get the number. And today I call they said no medication. Lousy service. Waste of my staff time...we taking whole day off to go for injection. This is totally disappointed.

Doctor came very late as usual. Besides, you need to queue very long just for waiting, incase you missed it you need to re-queue and each patient took at least 30min, don't know why have so many funny talk doctor like to tell everytime. If you have plenty of time, don't go totally waste your time for waiting. Counter service provided terrible service , not responsibility and rude. Take care on yourself.

Super great doctor, polite, listen to all your question patiencely, answer all your doubt too. And practise well Covid precautions in clinic. Feel safe when enter. Less people today compare to usual days when non Covid. Was there for peka b40blood and wee test. Lucky no need fasting at all now.

Friendly polite doctor. Long queue due to lots of patients. Good medicines provided most of the time with decent price. There's also a Dentist in this clinic if you want to fix your teeth. A kind and good Dentist too.

Polite gentle Doctor, had few vaccines, hardly even feel the needle. Cannot make an appointment unless you have something like fasting blood test in which case you can be first or one of first in so you can then go eat/drink. Gets V busy, popular man, get there on time, take your number and be prepared to wait. Does not take credit card, must have cash.

Doctor was late and make everyone wait for him. Besides, he spent 25min to consult a patient. Don't ever come if you are in urgent

In phone call background very noise with radio sound, can't hear clearly, some more register counter radio sound bigger than counter girl. Crazy radio close it , sound like pasar.make me headache when dispensary give medicine I also canot listen clearly when I take medicine to my mum. Pls stop ur radio. Thanks

Very good doctor, the only drawback is super long queue and long waiting time. Anyway, long queue doesn't warrant a 1 star. If you are looking for a 5 minute to 1 hour waiting time clinic. Than this is not suitable clinic for you to come to. The doctor will spend around 15min to 25 min per patient. most of the time he have a short break and a quick lunch.

Doctor is not punctual at all. 2:30pm operate, but 3pm still haven't started. Wasting time waiting the doctor.

I was here around 9.45am this morning. Now it's already 11.50am. I am still waiting to be called by the receptionist. I don't like the long queue. Imagine already not feeling well some more need to wait. The waiting time is actually killing me!!!

We went for Covid vaccination, good doctor and there was huge waiting time & no near by parking 🅿️

The receptionist- aunty.chinese lady very unhelpful, therefore ask the boss/ doctor right away with any bookings. do not know her job well. bad attitude lazy rush to end customers call, no responsibility / rude.

The staff very nice explain many type of blood test offer package price should be best choice for me. The doctor are good nice n take my blood no pain very good skill. I like it so much this clinic. Nxt week will take blood report. Thanks doctor & staff too.

Ive been to a lot of places, but the doctor here is very considerate. I went for a normal flu but he went out of his way to give us a very good service(full body checkup). He was also very thorough and detailed with the instructions and prescriptions as well. Despite what others say, i will definitely visit him again when im in need of any medical attention.
