Definitely the best dental doctor in Penang, I've been doing my gum treatment, dental implants with regular maintenance with Dr Hansley Ooi, a very passionate Doctor who explained in details each and every procedure he undertook.

I would like to thanks to Dr.Tan to undergo surgery of my 2 wisdom tooth extraction within an hour and without any painful experience. I don’t suffer any pain after the surgery and recover the next day which I don’t expect that soon. I have to give it to Dr.Tan for her fantastic expertise skills and specialist. Big thank you Dr.Tan. Also thanks to the all the friendly nurses and staff follow up closely on my condition closely via phone and giving advice on the do’s and dont’s to help for faster recovery. Goh Dental has never fail me with the great experience for extracted all 4 of my wisdom tooth without any bad experience and without has to suffer painful recovery period where I had my 2 wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Goh a decade ago. I can start eating the next day. I can only say Woaw !

Doctor is well behaved but seems inefficient .I took my son who had a tooth ache . He took an x-ray and charged Rm 100 for it. After seeing the x-ray, there is a n infection in the root , he said to me to come another day to show other dentists in his clinic. My question is if he doesn't know how to handle this,why did he take an x-ray in the first place? As parents,we thought he would do something for the tooth by seeing his enthusiasm in taking an x-ray. Efficiency is very important in medical field.

Tried many local dentist and this is the best for me. Customer service is superb. Environment is clean and cozy. Got my teeth washed by Dr. Hong Jin Yang and the pain is very minimal (due to my own cavity) compared with other dentists. Dr. Hong is very friendly and patience. Would strongly recommend him. His working day would be on Tuesday and Friday, so do contact the office first for appointment.

The receptionists is good and friendly. But hopefully doctors can be able to handle and manage to some of the tooth situation professionally that not related to their field.

Visited the clinic for the first time on 17/1 and had Dr Cheong for my checkup and cleaning. She was not thorough and seemed to be rushing to finish. She even asked me to rinse my mouth to determine if there is any debris stuck in my cavity - how is this a method of determination? A proper professional would be conducting a more thorough check.

After the clinic moved to the current location, Dr. Goh has since recruited more dentists to help run the dental clinic and it's more spacious and convenient now. Please make an appointment before you head to the clinic, unless it's an emergency.

Had some mild irritation on my left molar. Doctor had a look at my tooth, and assured me that it was normal. I asked for advice and tips and doctor consulted me and gave me amazing advice. She also checked the rest of my teeth for cavities. Here’s the best part. I was not charged anything, not even for consultation. She did spend for like maybe 10 mins with me, but it was FOC.

My mother was disappointed with how Dr.Cheong Karynn handled the scaling and filling procedures. She was spreading my mum’s mouth until it was causing pain during the filling and when she was rinsing her mouth, she felt that as if the water was going up to her nose. The Dr. seemed rough and rushed without being gentle unlike how it was nicely done by Dr.Lee last time.

A very lousy dental. Appointment at 12pm. However been there waiting until 1245p still not yet my turn. If this is the case, what is the point to call for making appointment ? During the call of appointment suggestion time is 10am / 1030am & 12pm. If 12pm is full then don’t ask me to come at 12pm!!!!
