We went to this clinic for an antigen test. Reached there at 7.40 pm. Too bad we were welcomed by a very rude staff. She bluntly said right on our face that it was closed. When we asked if she could help us out she said.. NO.. Whilst it was clearly stated on the door that the clinic will be closed at 8.30 pm. Well, your motto.. Patient is our priority really doesn't FIT.. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. It is disappointing!

Please do not visit this clinic - I mean it. First of all, the staff handling the COVID testing procedures is EXTREMELY rude. She would not admit people eventhough the place is still open. Additionally, she does not offer help at all when being asked. I truly think that the clinic should replace their COVID testing staff IMMEDIATELY. O2 Clinic at Heritage is a truly truly bad experience! I would never come back!

Such a worst clinic. The staffs and doctors are not giving a proper service . I requested for the mc twice but still didn’t gave me the mc , during the consultation I told the doctor that I need mc for today , he said okay then even at the registration counter I reminded then once I took the medicine seemed I had already reminded them , I took the medicine and I left the clinic , once I reach home I checked bag no mc was attached. When I called the clinic the staff was really rude and without answering my questions she just say okay later come and collect and hung up the call . No good manners, no customer service skills, but the cleanliness of the clinic was not bad.

Don’t rely on this clinic for travelling PCR test. They promises 24 hours will get the result. I already told to the staff that I need to catch the flight. Up to now, I still received nothing. If you really cannot keep the 24 hours promises, why you didn’t inform me about the uncertainty? I already back to my home country. This clinic take my money for the test. Up up now, no apologies, no reply , no refund. They even don’t reply to my email. This clinic should be blacklisted from tourist PCR test !

One of the best clinic i ever go. The doctors over there are very friendly and good advisors for health condition. The staff over there superb friendly, great clinic, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate the team on taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Was referred over by my general doctor and can see why. Highly recommended. They provide RTK test with professional and soft move. I didn't even feel any single pain when the Nurse did a Nasal Test for me. The Doctor is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. Need to be more careful on details. The info on the label is quite misleading. It's a "shampoo" but the written description instruct patient to drink. Try imagine how bad the consequences are if I did not contact customer service for clarification? Customer service rep did not apologize and I think in their opinion they are not wrong in this matter!

do a PCR covid test here, staff handlee are so well, evenn so crowdedd at that time and full of foreigner. and they making loud and noise. staff also helping me well with register. also quick service.all with great wxperince except for place little small and hot. and a bit no ventilation good job staff. might gve them 10star. thnks

First time went to this clinic to do my RTK test. Everyone at the clinic very kind and have good attitude. One girl and her name masturina if Im not mistaken who was do the RTK test to me was very polite and very friendly to me. She do the test very gentle and smoothly. Good job and stay safe everyone😀

Last week, I went there to do my RTK test in the afternoon, 3 female staff were there and nobody else except me, one looking at the monitor, one watching video in her handphone and the other do nothing but all didnt bother to even look up, until I asked is there anyone willing to attend to me so I can know what's the procedures, the one doing nothing lazily point at the wall asked me to scan for registration. They gave me the feeling that I walked into wrong shop, so rude and unprofessional.

Very professional. Most importantly the doctor and nurses are very kind. I was extremely nervous but their reassurance kept me calm. I definitely recommend O2 to my friends. 10/10! Thank you Doctor and nurses.

The doctors and nurses are very friendly, professional and well trained. Every time I call and book first so I didn’t wait for long time. They have a very well manage system that keep track my previous medical case of illness, medicine and allergy. The beauticians are the most knowledgeable and professional that I have ever experience. She will not hard sell or push any expensive package that you are not suitable. She will only recommend you the most suitable and price worthy package for you. Overall the surrounding of the clinic is tidy, clean, grandeur and comfort. The best clinic’s services I have experience in Penang.

Not sure if they only kind to chinese or what. 1Malaysia does not exist in this place. 3*** Update 9-Feb: Great customer support from O2 following the issue. They mentioned that the doctor in charge was given warning and advice. As we live in a multi race & religion country, we shall always respect and be kind to each other.

I seldom leave review so when I leave review means I am very dissatisfied with the treatment. I go there mainly for my red eye disease. The doctor check my eye and asked if I did rub my eye or not. I said no. Looks like doctor cannot trust what I said and he still cannot detect it is red eye disease. And still giving me eye drop with sterile. Making my red eye disease even worse after applying day by day. I said I got sore throat, doctor checked and give me lozenges. I was expecting a proper medicine that can recover my throat easier. If I want a lozenges I can simply go over to supermarket to buy it. Can see that the doctor is very much incompetent. Don’t know how to solve my issue just say it out. Don’t waste my time and money. And when I asked more question, the doctor seem frustrated. I had eat all medicine. Yet my problem still not able to solve but get worse and my phlegm is now come with blood. Such a disappointing o2 clinic branch. Pay money and buy frustrated reply and wrong/ineffective medicine? I don’t think I will pay a visit for second time.

I doubt on the doctor who hv gave me thyroid pill because of hand allergic. 3 tablet per day. I consulted pharmacist- he advised not to eat. This is a very strong Ned. A few days lter, I went to another clinic with senior doctor to check- he said why ointment does not work on your rashes it is a mild HFMD. I shared the pills that O2 doctor prescribed and gave me. He said the same- don’t take this thyroid pill. I doubt .... the doctor on duty .... hmmm

Covid swab test is very roughly done here. Pls do not go if you don't wan your nose and eyes to get watery. I've done more than 10 times covid swab test in various centres. Only upset with this clinic.

O2 Heritage Clinic Management, I would like to comment about your staff in this branch that need some buck up especially your vaccine registration counter chinese girl staff. Could they know how to greet your customer and put on a more pleasant face and be more friendly.

I was there for change of my dressing for total 7 wounds. It was my forth one but only in this place my wounds were so deeply and carefully cleaned. The hospitality of the staff is exceptional.

I seriously doubt the doctor’s professional service in this clinic. The doctor never introduced himself, not wearing gloves when performing a procedure. What’s even worse was his attitude being so judgmental and unfriendly. The whole experience was quite cold and the don’t care attitude was really unbelievable. I won’t recommend anyone coming to this clinic at all based on this unpleasant and disappointing experience.

I came here as I was having some food poisoning. Dr Lew was attentive and patient. She ask me alot of questions to understand what I ate throughout the day She did not over prescribe or suggest excessive treatments. She suggested just the correct test to diagnose me and ask me to observe my condition for a few days, if it persists, can do further test. It was my first time seeing a doctor on an overseas trip and I was worried. But I'm so thankful to be attended by Dr Lew!

The doctors here are really good hearted. I got dengue fever, they took really good care of me, helped me through risky time. I am really appreciate. All the staff are super friendly. Thank you!

I came here twice for laser treatment. Dr Leow and the procedure nurse/beautician are both very experienced and meticulous. They handled my skin with care and explained each step of the treatment before they start. Results was amazing. They also gave a lot of recommendations without hard selling their products. I will continue to come for treatment even though I live in Ipoh. Highly recommend this clinic.

The malay lady🌹 in PCR was really efficient, knowledgeable and precise. Such an asset to her company 👍. It is very important we get the dates and times right, due to airline requirements, and she 'saved' me from an earlier 'no action' 😭😭.

I did my PCR pre-departure test in O2 Clinic Heritage branch on 26th Nov & been told that the result will be sent to me by email & Whatsapps on 27th, everything was good except the condition of the PCR test area. The following day (27th) night, I realised that I had not received my PCR test result from the clinic and it was night at 21:30. I kept calling the branch, text etc, no reply. Accordigly to google, the business hours 08:00 - 22:00. The next day (28th) while I was on my way to the airport, was 08:00. I still non-stop call the branch & the other 2 numbers (016-...) still no one pick-up the phone. Decided to drop by the clinic as google showed it open at 08:00. Once I arrived at the branch, noticed that the clinic opened at 09:00. It was lucky that I met a staff there, she printed my result for me. Here, I would like the management to pay more attention to this matter. As you are providing the pre-departure test service, you should be responsible. What if the client missed the important flights? Moreover, the emergency contact I have (those 016 numbers, 3) please make sure one if really carries the EMERGENCY responsibility. If you happen to do your PRC pre-departure test in O2 clinic, please make sure that they send the result on the following days. Till now, 10:23, I still not received my softcopy. As per the lady i met in the branch, she will convey my message to PCR test team. I'm wondering that how is the management handles this matter?

Clean and new facilities. Receptionist w as friendly, and Doctor Eric was patient in explaining my condition to me. Furthermore, consultation only cost Rm10. Highly recommend this clinic.

I had an accident back in Dec 2020 and had some treatment issues regarding to the outlet at Ayer Itam. However, the issues were handled in a proper way and my treatment was transferred to this outlet for my conveniences. All the treatments were very good and the attitude from the staffs are great as well. As of now I'm receiving free treatments for scars lasers. Thank you for the time, efforts and keep up the good work !
