Very pushy when asking you to sign up for their package. Wouldn’t let you go without signing their package. End up signed only let us go. After sign up, essentially no service. WhatsApp and called to ask for the package details as we also not sure what we signed up for. Until now still wouldn’t let us know what we signed up for, said my so called advisor is busy couldn’t answer me. Asked us to wait without even giving a timeframe, until I insist on having a timeframe in which I could get an answer for my question. Idk why it is so hard, I asked a simple question “what’s the package I signed up for. What does it include.” But it seem to be so hard for them to answer, or even bother to check the system. Idk is staff problem or system to hard to operate or is New York Skin just works that way. Push u sign package and hang you out to dry. Hope you all well, peace.

Very bad experience I had ever. I went for their first trial with my mother along. The staff named Evelyn ( Penang island ) very pushy and keep asking me to sign the package from 5k++ to the lower amount to 500++ when I am actually said I will consider! There are many hidden amount you will find when you had the conversation which they will said the package we only offer old customer but today due to your skin problem we like to offer you and if you step out the shop today and once your file closed and you come back next round for the package, price will difference which will be higher, bla bla bla… During the conversation the most inconvenient part, she asking me to put on the table what are the financial problem I am facing that she can help and arrange me the package , this is so ridiculous and impolite which where is privacy??? She convince me switch it to monthly installments if I can’t afford the one off payment and bla bla bla…I only come for first trial and this is such a bad experience!!! Again if you don’t sign package she won’t let you go.. if my skin suits package A why it later can switch to cheaper package B, again switch to another cheaper package C and all these are different treatment!!! You should have only saying I am suit for one package for now , why keep on changing and this make people lost confidence! during the conversation again I said I will like to check my mother situation and want discuss with her before we make any decision, she again asked me impolite question - why you want ask your mum , your skin problem isn’t same with your mum ? Why you want ask your mum, I am the beautician who can answer all your questions? Then when I happen to check with my mother, the another beautician is offering the same package as mine but I would said the beautician that serve my mother is more rationale, understanding, she does not forcing my mother and more rationale, understanding! This is the first time I enter such well known Aesthetic shop and this is really bad experience. The beautician serve me is not good and experience, she is more to salesperson who keep having you sign the package to be their long term customer! The way she serve customer is over aggressive, impolite, this already consider human right violations!

-The product not really good. Make no difference on the skin -sales person keep pushing customers to sign package they only care about their sales -very annoying experience -the sales person show their black face when you refuse to purchase item not needed or sign package

Last updated (10 Nov 2021): It is useless to write the feedback in newyorkskinsolution page. I had wrote my feedback in there and what new york skin care solution did is just refund my treatment packages. No one from the main company called and specifically explain all the refunding details, they even could not provide a proper invoice that clearly written all the refund items. After they send me an agreement which consist the total amount that they will refund to me, even with their signatures on it, now they wanted to deduct another RM 408. I am so angry that i need to voice out here to let others to have a look at this review before they decided to have their facial treatment in new york skin solution. No one is going to bare the responsible even when your face skin gone worst due to their products, they will not refund the products that cause your face skin worst. So who is going to bare the responsibility? Who is gonna compensate the psychological pain that i encountered as i need to see my worst face skin condition daily through the mirror, who is gonna compensate for the future treatment that i need to do to recover and stablize my face skin condition. Additionally, when my face skin encountered this issue and i complained it, it shocked me that they were actually quite calm in handling this situation as like they handle it lots of time before. They can say out the require process for the refunding smoothly and specifically, with no doubt. Really think again if you want to have your facial treatment in new york skin solution. Approached new york skin solution at May 2021, they provided samples of hydro perfect series (cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer) after my first time treatment. They claimed that using these products will help my face condition. After the using of their products, my face condition become worst, as you can see in the 2nd and 3rd photo, my forehead is full of embedded whiteheads compare to previously when i haven't approach to them (1st photo). Think twice before approaching this facial shop or buying their products. They seriously have bad comments if you search "new york solution penipu" it in google. The first photo was capture before May, while the second and third photos were capture after using their products.

Good service, but lacking in sincerity. They focused too much on marketing, ie promoting treatments and products that you don't really need, almost feel like they ignore the customer's experience as a whole cuz they just want the sales. Sometimes pushing too hard or too over, I don't feel like they care about my skin rather than their sales, which is a great downside. They also tend to downgrade treatments offered by a proper dermatologist, standing on a condescending position that their treatments are superior over others. Overemphasized on the "natural" aspect of their products and downgrading scientifically proven more traditional treatments that are only available by prescription. If you have a terrible skin condition, better visit a proper doctor rather than beauty centers like this, cuz they can only do so much, which is limited and overpriced. For me, I didn't get any results after more than 10 treatments, after I went to a dermatologist in GH, my acne cleared 100% and never recur again (2 months since then), and I feel my skin is improving. I don't plan to continue the treatment after my existing package is used up. My advice: don't be ignorant, be more scientific in treating your own skin, don't let other cloud your judgement, you should have a say in your own skin and life.

Pushy and force to sign facial package worth 5k even when i was a student. She even suggest me to borrow money from my bf ... Wth.. ??!!??

The treatment use was good but getting my first facial treatment there supposedly to be relaxing, but I had the most traumatized experience as hell by your staff (multiple staff) pushing to sell you their package from RM14k package to RM7k package to RM4k to RM380 hoping to secure your money throughout the entire treatment session forcefully even though I told them multiple times that I need to consider first and I need to rush for another event and not letting me go. Even with the RM49 package, they will psycho you to top up the booster which is additional RM380. Overall, your team are great in promoting your package but with this technique to some customer like me, it will surely chase them away.

It is very disappointed on their service as I found the beauty consultant cheating on customer by not switch on the facial treatment machine. I have reported to their HQ, however no one from the HQ contacted me, but instead they asked the said beauty consultant to call me. It is serious matter issue really, just imaging if I didn found out and I wonder was it happen before or.. However, after the case happened and with their attitude on handing on this case , i doubts the effectiveness of the facial treatment as well.. Even I was offered a free facial treatment, I would never come back. This kind of company won't gain my trust anymore.

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE Getting your facial done is supposed to be relaxing but during my first treatment I had multiple staffs coming in and hard pushing to sign their package, as a person with anxiety this is the most abusing and traumatised experience I had. It's been about a week and my skin condition has gotten worse by day, don't waste your money here if you have very sensitive skin. they don't care for your skin and only care about sales and money

Good ambience good service. Miki is very good de good de and welly trained that can suggest the good solution base on customer current skin condition. Customer will get notify for which treatment is gonna to be used before applied is one of the act that should be praise for it. 5 stars for the good people and good service. Keep it up and service more client with those professional treatment.

I would rather forgo my package than spend another time here. My skin condition has worsened and more scars after every treatment. The session is not relaxing at all, always sell products throughout the entire treatment session forcefully even you have said no. Better resort to natural skin care and good diet, exercise and sleep This treatment will make your pores larger and give you more scars
