Used Jouis Holiday services for Redang island trip, transport is on point, hotel is good, food is nice, snokerling and activities very satisfied. Will definately come back for the service again.

Visited on 27 October 2023 at about 3:30 pm. Door has sign saying Staff Entrance Only. Where do customers enter? Attracted someone inside who came to the door to speak to me. Woman seemingly in her 20’s wearing glasses. Said she could not help with my flight arrangements. Jouis webpage clearly says they do flight ticketing. Based on my experience, it is unclear what business Jouis is in. Whatever it is, customer satisfaction is not included.

Went for the 2D 1N Hatyai tour during the weekend. Friendly tour guides - both local from Jouis itself, Jeffrey and the Thai guide.Well organised and timing quite good planning... though at some places, too short time to explore but appreciate enough free and easy time for us. Well done!
