    Very bad experience! The guard scolded due to his judgement towards me as in i do not looked like PEOPLE WHO WILL HAVE ACCOUNTS IN UOB BANK. He scolded me with pointing finger on my face saying β€œ tak apa you parking sini, saya nak tengok kalau you betul2 ada account sini. Kalau tak siap you!” First of all this happend was 9.27 am and bank havent open. Therefore i parked the car and want to grab breakfast in subway opposite this uob branch. And for a guard to one to know customer detail regarding how many account she have is not right. PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON THIS MATTER!

    I can save you a visit to this bank here and everywhere if you are an ex Citibank customer. The receptionist informed me that UOB has yet to integrate Citibank customer info into their system. This means that I have to visit an ex Citibank branch of UOB that is still running Citibank system in order to manage my Fixed Deposit AC which BTW cannot be done online. Yes, try figure that out. 😑

    Don't put your $$$ here ! As a privilege banking customer , we had very disgusting service! Those ladies staff are busying chitchat around themselves , we were standing n waiting them to call but get ignored. Second time, with an appointment set with them , but the security guard refuse to open the door and sitting there pretending not seeing us. We sticking back with Citibank much better even Citibank will moving soon out from Southeast Asia. Hey Google do you have minus -100 rating stars ?

    Recently, I encountered difficulties while trying to log in to the UOB apps. Despite my attempts to seek assistance through calls and messages on Facebook, I received no response and felt quite frustrated. As a result, I decided to visit the UOB Kelawai branch in person, traveling all the way from Bayan Lepas. Upon my arrival, I was fortunate enough to have encountered Shelina Liu, who graciously offered her assistance. However, to my dismay, I encountered a lack of internet connection within the UOB premises, making it difficult to resolve the issue. When I asked for Wi-Fi access, I was informed by other staff that it wasn't possible, and I was directed to step outside the building to find a connection. I tried both options, but unfortunately, none of them worked. I went and look for Shelina again. To my amazement, she went above and beyond to help me. She not only offered her personal hotspot for internet access but also took the time to patiently guide me through the troubleshooting process, even though she was occupied with her other responsibilities. This act of kindness and dedication truly impressed me, as it is not often one encounters a staff member willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Poor service, very slow. Made appointment , wait 20min to go in. Inside only 3 clients and at least 8 staff around. During whole process still have to wait here and there, send to and fro different counters and wait even more at each counter. Some staff are friendly but some staff busy with own phone, picking up grab food, and parcel delivery. Wasted more than 1 hour here!

    Internet slow, keep chatting, receptionist no eye contact when talking to you, hire purchase department auntie talking way no manner, first borrow my phone talking to another branch staff then after finish give back my phone because another branch staff want talk to me then she pull my phone because she don want let another branch guy talk to me. This is RIDICULOUS & NO MANNER. This auntie wear Jade and sit upstair hire purchase department.

    Very bad experience! This is not a safe bank if u want to keep your money here. went to counter to deposit huge amount of money. They asked me why don't i bank in my money into another bank. After "interogation" by the staff and a long wait, they asked us to deposit all the money using machine by ourselves while the atm area has lots of people! Since you do not care for your customer, this will be my last transaction in uob. As u wish, i will deposit to other bank and not your bank. And i wont recommend anyone to put their money in this bank. As i read the past review, people also mentioned as well.. this is really a disgusting service ever.

    Please avoid this branch at all cost. There are many staffs. But everyone is busy chit chatting. So called Customer service is giving misleading advices and I ended up going there two rounds. Before that i have asked reception what are the documents required. Nothing. Today first round.. Cs said need bring book.. Then 2nd round reception said.. This one cannot be returned.. Wah.. staffs really lack of knowledge. How safe to put your money over there? Pls think twice.

    I've one fund transaction to be transferred to my account. I went to UOB twist just to update and double check my info for confirmation before the fund being transferred to my account. UOB staff know my concern and said no issue after checked their system. At the end of the day, the transaction has failed , rejected by UOB system due to info unmatched. It was totally unacceptable, can't believe UOB would have this 'professional' team to service customer! Wasted my time and effort, end up get nothing. Caused my fund unable to receive on time and I have to re-submit again!

    I notice that a good number of the google reviews we read below have been negative. But I would like to report a more positive experience. My wife and I went to the bank to ask their help to make an alteration in our account name. This is to correct a mistake made by the Kuching branch of the bank where we had first set up our account. As we are in Penang we went to the Kelawei branch to ask for assistance. At first the officer attending to us said it could not be done. But then a more senior officer Ms Lim Peik Shan came onto the scene and went out of her way to solve the problem. We are so very impressed at her deftness in handling the situation - so very cheerfully, competently, kindly, and efficiently. Hence, on this account, we can only gratefully give her and the bank a five-star review.

    very disgusting service! Those staff are busying chitchat around themselves. the staff at the number counter yell to customer when 4 PM "Why you come in? we are close now!!! " but the door didn't lock by security. UOB Please train again your staff. we take our money here is because trusted your bank . not like the dog for you to yell !

    Bad service. Didn't inform customer on how to activate credit card and UOB app through ATM machine and causes customer have to come back for another day just to visit the ATM machine. So far the worst service I've experienced compare to other banks.

    Very bad customer service. I was there to request for my credit limit, they asked me to print my salary slip and go there again tmr. But once I went there with my salary slip, they said who ask you to do so? You don’t need to print the salary slip, you just have to submit your application form through online”. So what’s the point I print the slip and wasting my time go all the way to their branch?

    Opened an account at this branch. The young officers were super friendly energetic and funny! They even offered me a piece of their squid snacks to me. All done in an hour. The place is currently under renovation though so it's not so spacious and very limited parking (had to park behind the streets).
