Today is 5/5. I saw, FB got mention Starbucks special promotion on today. However, the staff mention nothing. The service is not good, seem got language problem? Emotion got problem? Or dont know how to serve customer? This is not the first time I came here. The service was same too! (NOT PROPER IN SERVICE) Thats why, i mention it here, this time. The environment also too open. The table and chair near to walk-way. People can just pass by beside you, while you are enjoying a cup of coffee. Suppose, need put partition, please.

Time to sit back and take a well deserved break from scouting the mall - Starbucks for that precious coffee break to replenish your caffeine levels. This outlet had a seperate outdoor section n also several lounge chairs settings indoors. Nice to kick back your heels n enjoy your steaming hot java. Staff were polite n helpful and the service was speedy. Located near the entrance of the mall, it was quite well patronised.

This Starbuck made me have a bad patronizing experience, unfriendly staff, and I was disappointed that the staff didn't introduce any deals to customers at that time. I don't feel like I'm the last customer to be treated like this, I'm thinking about how many customers have been treated like this. I feel extremely disappointed that I will not visit this starbuck again

Worse starbucks ever, no wifi, not friendly staff, not informative, just gave us wifi password without telling us that the connection is broke. Not the right place for hangout, totally worse

Starbucks my "2nd home". A little disappointed, google search 1st Avenue Penang publish opening time is 9am which need to be revise to 8.00am.

Had a promo in foodpanda app today, the store is shown closed in foodpanda during the promotion period and the workers said the promo will stars at 5pm, which is the time when the promo ends☹️☹️

Star Bucks is very common now around Asia. What make the visit a pleasant experience for the consumer is the ground staff. Please ensure your staff mask up completely without exposing their noses or mouth. Also, if they need to sneeze, please get them off the servicing work area.

I have rated this to 4 stars because the shop is located in the shopping centre and only a few seats tucked away, all the others in the glare of the shoppers and the noise. But the service and coffee perfect.

Good and variety of drinks The place is comfortable and calm. People respect the place very well. don't talk loudly suitable for reading or working and have very good wifi

The drink is OK but no urgency from staffs to clear up the tables for next customer.

The only stabucks nearby my hotel. Had drinks here on at least 3 occasions while shopping in the mall or simply bringing back to hotel. Unfortunately on one of the visits during collection I showed my receipt and was handed 2 drinks that was ordered. Unfortunately I only realised one of the drink order was wrong and did not belong to me. I was disappointed as I had shown my receipt at the staff during collection. Hope staff could be more attentive.

Yesterday morning we ordered at 10h59 and we pay the price pass 11h for the morning set. After that we waited a long time for our coffees. The waiter was more interested by a girl he know than our order...

Great staff amazing Sunsets. Yes ac to suit locals, they like COLD! The inhouse Musac is this local taste, its loud terrible sounds. Staff as ever lovely helpful welcoming staff!
