Small little cosy cafe. Good atmosphere. Good coffee with interesting deserts. A very relaxing experience. Lovely.

Tofu cheese is a vegan cake but it just tastes simply awesome. Matcha brownie is just a mouth for me to finish. Dark choc cake taste a bit sweet but it's acceptable. Today is really a hot hot day and black orange does the job. The only difficulties I had was parking but overall it's a nice place to chill. Note: pork free

Watermelon cake (as you can tell hehe), dark chocolate cake and hot choco!! 💫 I'd say the cakes are both very similar to Carnarvon's (you should try if you haven't). Very special, distinct taste that you can't put any words to except that there's watermelon and chocolate tastes haha. Overall was a nice desserts for supper! Vibe of the place is emaculate, I must say.

(Food Review) The 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 from 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲 is a unique offering amongst its other western cakes, with sweet juicy chunks of watermelon nestled within two layers of green tea sponge cake. The combination on paper might seem too adventurous for some, but the flavours are made to complement one another – the bitter end of the tea matched with the natural fruity sweetness, the solidified watermelon chunks paired with the soft cake texture. The topping of strawberry, rose petals and sunflower seeds hammer home the cafe’s nature theme and earthy tones, making it possibly a signature item not to be missed.

The espresso in the drink itself was alright (though I am spoiled on espresso in Australia), however the signature coffee ~RM15 has a creme brulee-like foam that was delightful. I would recommend going here for the peaceful quiet environment (photos around midday on Friday); it is hard to find quietude in Georgetown.

Lovely little place with excellent coffee, refreshing drinks and cakes that you can rest with after a session out in the blistering hot sun. The flat white was well made. The two sodas- apple and vanilla and guava and lemongrass - were excellent. They weren't excessively sweet. The staff member recommended the tiramisu or the watermelon lover cakes. We opted for the latter. It was as pretty as a picture. Could be a bit of a challenge to eat though with a slice of the fruit in the middle. Little chunks might resolve that. The cafe is pretty chilled out and you will come out ready for the sun after a good sit down at the cafe.

Aircon is cold enough.. it's so nice to have a cup of coffee after long walk under the strong sun.. Also the coffee is tasty. The service is good. The decoration is easy but cozy. Very relaxing place.

Cozy and warm environment, the uji matcha latte is very creamy and aromatic. I've had a wonderful time with my little brother here.

The latte is simply outstanding. The space is beautifully decorated, albeit not too many tables for larger groups. We asked if we could snack on something we bought outside together with the drinks we ordered and they very kindly obliged.

Just opened. Cappucino wasn't too bad. Service was slow. The cups don't have handles. I didn't become a "member". Ambience was comfortable, but the nosiy child and bangging contstruction was a turn-off. Didnt wait around to try the food.

A somewhat small but cosy cafe nestled in the heart of the heritage area which serves a small spread of mains which comprise mainly of bread servings. Their spread of cakes is appealing with a choice of vegan and non-vegan desserts to choose from. We ordered the mango and passion cake which was smooth and delicious. We also tried the mini chicken pies which filling was savoury and flavourful.

Cozy environment but mostly is table for 2 or sit side by side. Inside have a big table for big group and table design is very special. We order watermelon cake & mango passion. Mango cake taste weird for me the cake part feel like flour taste but they explain they using almond flour and is vegan if im not wrong...maybe is not my type but u still can give a try cos the mango part really fresh and taste great.

After long hot day, this cafe very nice to chill. They have very nice fruit yoghurt and their osmanthus coffee taste great too. The interior is simple and a little bit quiet because they located at the end of the touristy shops. The toilet is clean.

This cafe is beautiful! We stopped by here because we needed to get away from the heat. The workers here were super friendly! The furniture they have here was interesting and unique! It is a very clean cafe! We only ordered a coffee and a tea, and it was amazing! I love the way they served their drinks. It is super cute and fun! Highly recommend it!

such a lovely cafe, i love the ambience during night. went here to get our drinks fixed after dinner. price is reasonable and my iced matcha tasted good. not many cafes in penang open till late so it’s a plus point for me. overall, i’d totally come back here 5/5 🙌🏻

Just tried their iced mocha & cocoa dacquoise, both nice. Iced mocha more on the chocolatey side but still nice for me. Dacquoise is lil too sweet for me but good nevertheless.

Love this cafe. Nice ambience and decorations. Felt very calm and relaxing here. They have quite a handful of unique creation drinks. Had the orange coffee and it is very refreshing. Will come back to try the osmanthus latte. Recommended the tiramisu too. Will be back next time in penang!

Best place for breakfast or a snack in Georgetown! Went twice because the first time I loved it. The place is very cute inside and outside, great selection of food, coffee, and juices. The banana and passion fruit with chia is delicious, and the avocado toasts are the perfect breakfast. I recommend it 100%.

Surprising disappointed with the coffee. When there are so many excellent cafes around with a high standard, you can’t really afford the drop in quality. Coffee was over extracted and bitter, and the milk was SO HOT that I had to let it sit for 10 minutes before I could drink it.

Love the bite size brownie. Just nice to keep me stuffed wihh a cup of coffee latte. Nice ambience, comfortable seating. They even serve my brownie warm after my coffee is served. Nice arrangement. 😋🙌

Amazing cafe. Simply 5 stars in all aspects. Food was surprisingly delightful, service was top notch, the ambience and decor here are a perfect blend of old and modern designs, giving it a sophisticated yet very earthly feel. Note(s): 1. Nice and cosy small cafe tucked away right next to Khoo Kongsi. Oustanding espresso and a great selection of vegan desserts - the Almond Praline is amazing yummy. Bonus points for NOT adding sugar to your drinks, like on most other places. Definitely worth a visit.

Beautiful new cafe with a good choice of desserts, drinks and light meals. I particularly liked the garlic chicken toast. My favourite drink so far is the hojicha latte. Some of the wooden tables are interesting but uneven, so be careful when placing your drink. I specifically like the occasional soft, house music that is played. It's unlike the typical lo-fi, soft lullaby-ish, instrumental or popular pop music that is often played in cafe. Certainly a unique atmosphere and I like that. One great thing about the cafe is it opens on Tuesdays, when almost all cafes in Georgetown choose to close.

Got a combo set of 6 cakes for my mum’s birthday. My mum is a non dairy person, glad they have vegan options, which is non dairy no egg, my mum enjoyed very much. Crepes are prefectly made, taste like ice cream in ur mouth. The portions are great, small and u get to taste every cake but not too full. Considered pricey since the portion is small. Will definitely buy again.
