We were a bit shocked to see the cafe was crowded with customers even at 10pm. The Coffee Bean is always one of the favorite cafes for meetings and discussions. Parking is available outside of the cafe.

Service was somewhat slow (short of manpower) but worth the waiting - I’ve got my favourite drinks! Good vibes for hot Wednesday afternoon!

I was shocked to see the lump of foam on the macchiato, we weren’t looking for master latte art, but a white blob is not acceptable 🙁. Taste wise, the double shot was ok. The oolong tea was nothing exciting. The egg bens was just a half cooked soft egg on a bun, with a piece of cure chicken on top. I wasn’t looking for a gourmet breakfast, but I wasn’t expecting my egg bens to take over 35 mins to come😓. It would have been helpful to be told the waiting time at the time of ordering.

This happened the second time. That was Sunday again and there was a car PPC8792 double parked beside my car. When I was about to leave, a lady staff from The Coffee Bean asked me whether I was leaving. She moved her car slightly so that I could leave After I left, she parked at my previous parking spot. I recalled the same thing happened to me previously at the same parking spot but from another staff from this Coffee Bean too. I wonder why the staffs there like to double park their cars in order to 'book' the public parking spot that is just near the shop where they work, in which I understand that is more convenient for them. However, double parking is wrong. I hope the manager will train the staffs not to do things for their own convenience sake but consider the welfare of others.

Hard to get to the place as the tables and chairs are always on the way. The service is quite slow. The place is pretty small and mostly works well for takeaways or sitting outside. Coffee and matcha are good and staff are kind

Best place to hangout for post-ride recovery meal especially for cyclists. The bagel was too hard for me. Would be better if they could soften it. Oh well, it's a nice place to chill and have a lunch break anyway.

The owner of this branch needs to hire more staff, or just some part time workers will do during weekends and public holidays. They are definitely understaffed. Everyone is so busy that they have no spare time to clean the tables. Many customers end up having to clear the cups and plates left over by the previous customers just to have a "clean" table. This is unacceptable, isn't it?

Seaside.clean. cold air cond. Spacious!

Great environment. Nice drinks. Friendly staffs. WIFI provided. Two passwords. Both can be used for 2 hours ONLY with the purchase of any beverage. Both expired after two hours have passed. Two toilets are available. But when staffs took long time to clean the toilet, there was no sign to notify customers. And another toilet was occupied but no sound was made. Not sure there was people inside or not. Ended up many people lining up to wait. Very inconvenient.

Ordered Moroccan Mint. Taste isn't as good and thick as in QB. But the environment here is clean and comfy.

Today, the stuff has intruded my privacy and start giving me instructions on 'THE MANNER OF HOW TO SIT ON THE TABLE' even though im just using my table for my laptop usage only!!! I NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH THING IN ANY OUTLET!!! CBTL outlets dont have enough power plugs sockets for laptops on their tables. I noticed many CBTL outlets have this design issue!!! I hope the staff to take care of 'Lack of Power Plugs Sockets' issue instead of 'Intruding Customers Privacy' because some times many customers need to wait long time to have a table with a power plug socket!!!

The stuff was rude (the guy). The order was clearly instructed to be take way. However they did it for dine in correcting the stuff he was upset and looked to us in a bad way. Time to prepare food took more than it is required. Short story:Worse experience I had in coffee Bean.

The staff here are very friendly, the prices are affordable, the location is convenient. Staff Nadiah so cute 😍

Please train your staff and make sure they well known about ur product!! had the worst ice vanilla ceylon latte and lasagna Waste of money!! Didnt finish because it taste sucks

The cashier is friendly but another not . Bfast is good. Same as Coffee. Cozy Cafe.

Very dirty. Flies resting on 2 tables. Another table wasn’t cleaned when staff keeping the meal that customer finished. The cashier today also the barista was coughing. At first i thought ok maybe it’s just itchy throat. But no, continuously coughing til he has to hide himself in the pantry and continue coughing. We left the place without drinking a sip of my coffee. Super not comfortable with this situation.

CBTL is just a place to go whenever you’re stress. Personally i feel like the bagel here is the best, since it is toasted perfectly! Friendly staffs, clean floors. Just that its too bright, since its located opposite the sea.

Do any one here baked the cream cheese?

The coffee is good Waitressis so nice n helpful
