After long walks with hot temperature, it was so nice to see this cafe, and theres also our favourite tea ginger with brown sugar and of course hojicha (roasted green tea)😍😍😍

Nice cafe in general with a comfortable interior and nice drinks. Not pricey drinks overall and staff are friendly. Not busy during the weekday lunch hours so it’s quite a comfortable experience . Recommended for takeaway or dine in. Their signature drinks are quite good indeed

Update 5/12/23: Stopped at Chatto after dinner. Tried their new iced Spanish latte. It was good, not too sweet although I should have opted to change the milk to either soy or almond.. Went to have a late night drink. I had a caramel macchiato. Very nice. Last time, I had a delicious coconut creme coffee! Plus, Chatto is a loyal follower of my Instagram account. I highly recommend a visit to this delicious cafe!

Everything i had was excellent. A good reasonably priced sandwich place with good drinks too. Will try their breakfast coffee menu soon. A bit understaffed for the crowd, so you will have to wait a bit

Great milk tea and snack .

Nice interior design and comfortable cafe. We ordered charcoal pearl olong milk tea, it taste good 👍 the double chicken slide and cheese sandwich just normal taste but the portion a bit small. Will come to try other drink next time. Staff very friendly and provide free flow of water. Hard to find parking around this area.

This restaurant combines both great value and amazing ambiance. So neat, and well designed. Lighting is bringt and well ventilated. Everything is being served in a tidy and clean manner. Staff are kind and welcoming, and the price is great for the quality of food. Recommended for family, friends, and even for a coffee break. Also offer board games as complementary along with free water. They have plenty of items and wide range of choices.

Love their pure tea and milk tea series. Environment bright and homey. Food choices are ample, taste wise average. A good place to hang out with friends and family or work or study.

The Caffe Latte taste great. The indoor refreshment area was great too. The temperature could be lower for more comfy due to the hot weather. This shop open till 11pm which is good for people who stay nearby hotel. The staffs are friendly and professional to recommend drinks when I told them what I wanted for my drinks.

Won the free meal for 2 pax, but the bento rice is to hard, difficult to eat. Previously checked with the PIC before going and informed that I can order more than 1 food for each person during the redemption of the free meal voucher, as long as I can finish for the food, but when reach there is only allowed to order 1 food and 1 drink for each pax. Seem like it is not tally with the original mentioned and end up I need to pay for other items when I want to try it. Feel like it is not sincere on it.

Been here a couple of times and both times we've had food drinks. My husband especially liked the ginger tea which helped as he hasn't been feeling well. Taiyaki was delicious.

A chill spot to catch a break after walking Armenian Street. I loooove their houjicha yakult and their fries are quite good too! Wifi available with a clean toilet, it’s a great spot to take a break and cool down if you don’t have anything else to do.

We came here three days in a row, the drinks are so good and the (we think) owner is so nice and she gave us some good recommendations on what to order. They also have nice games to play. We’ll probably come back tomorrow. The matcha, chocolate shake and wintermelon lemon are great!

Ordered the Brown Sugar Charcoal Latte, Passionfruit Plum iced drink. Both very good tasting. Chicken Katsu Bento and Spicy Chicken Bento are pretty good. Food needs to be ordered and paid at the entrance counter before entering. Relaxing and comfy atmosphere and interior design with upstairs seating too. Friendly and helpful staff. They use relatively good beans for their coffee. Staff r mostly young guys who r shy but v courteous. They can customise drinks if u tell them how u like them to b done. Like d design of d store - can order without having to enter. Good for quick drive-over to get drinks as can just park outside for grab n go!

Good coffee. Was fairly quiet when we went at around 4pm on a weekday. Have soy and almond milk as plant based milk options.

Food is nice and the portion is OK. I like the packaging box. Kimchi taste is good too. Highly recommend

I love how my smoked burger is served in just nice warmth. Great service, went over and beyond to resolve an issue with my order that was caused by Grab. Tried the custard and matcha red bean taiyakis, preferred the matcha one. Chewy and soft and fragrant, one of the best taiyaki I've been able to find in penang. The boba is great too, with a brown sugar flavour that really comes through.

The drinks taste delicious, and also the food. I love it. Moreover, they have a simple yet comfy decorations. It's a really nice experience to visit this cafe. The location is accessable.

Personally I prefer Chatto Milk Hoji Cha. Rich in flavor and can reduce sweetness. Other drinks are above average. Limited food selection but the cheese tuna is my favourite.Staffs are very friendly and the place is very cooling.

Tried their newly launched poke bowl series which was surprisingly good and it blended well with various kind of side dishes. One of the staff is patient and kind to explain the menu items. Thus, we ordered the chicken and Saba poke bowl. Both are good, chicken has crispy layer while Saba fish is fresh and well seasoned. However, white rice are kinda hard and oily to my liking and It will be more enjoyable if they could provide a proper cutlery instead of plastic one cause it’s difficult for us to scoop up the food. Overall, it’s a great experience and will definitely recommend others to try it out.

Not what I expected. The price is almost the same like others. S.o.p 2-10 dint check your customers scanning my sejahtera app. Hygiene 9-10 Funny cup and hard to open for straw. Service 8-10 not bad lah... Not much people quite fast.

Spacious environment. Not so crowded Food Overal OK.. Brown sugar pearl taste like artificial. Matcha cheese foam, matcha scent not so strong, cheese foam also taste not so cheese, but stil acceptable. Among all things I order, I recommend the Taiyaki. The outer layer very crispy.
