I
wish
i
could
give
0
stars!
Around
the
beginning
of
April
2022,
my
mother
in
law
who
had
a
life
assurance
with
Prudential
Hong
Kong
bought
20
years
ago,
passed
due
to
a
side
effect
of
the
JJ
vaccine
with
acute
myocardial
infarction
(well
documented
side
effect)
and
while
this
situation
has
been
very
sad.
There
are
3
beneficiaries
and
we
want
to
get
the
money
which
prudential
has
to
pay,
after
premiums
were
paid
for
circa
20
years.
When
you
call
prudential
in
HK
it
will
take
you
on
average
30-45
minutes
on
a
paid
international
customer
service
helpline.
The
claims
were
always
sent
via
UPS
at
our
cost
with
10
days
delays
from
the
first
one.
First
we
were
told
that
the
claim
would
get
paid
within
2-3
weeks
after
receiving
the
docs
(provided
that
everything
was
in
order
–
pay
special
attention
to
that).
After
tirelessly
calling
at
our
expense
every
single
day
for
updates
we
managed
to
speak
with
this
person
Amanda
Ching
which
at
least
took
the
responsibility
of
calling
us
and
she
started
calling
us
back
every
day,
although
sometimes
she
would
call
back
only
after
being
on
hold
for
30
minutes
(because
she
didn’t
call
when
she
said
she
would
call)
which
we
found
bizarre…
anyhow.
Last
week
we
thought
everything
was
complete
and
turns
out
there
are
more
requirements
needed
and
it
will
take
1
month
to
be
paid
via
electronic
bank
transfer!
Seriously?
All
delay
tactics!
->
Please
note
this
was
at
your
Hong
Kong
Branch:
agent
who
sold
the
policy
was
Magdalena
J.
Fermin
(we
understand
she's
now
retired).
Currently
the
person/executive
officer
that
has
our
case
is
Amanda
Ching.
Would
be
great
if
you
can
give
her
a
nudge
internally
to
solve
this
asap
so
i
can
post
an
update
to
this
review
that
it
has
been
taken
care
of!
