Was at here today , waiting in line which no people in the line but still have to wait for like 3-5 mins cause the crews busy playing talking to each other . And when i ordered the tenders came for me in dark brown and small i asked to change it and they gave me Normal flavor not the spicy one which i ordered and they didnt tell me that is normal one . Im disappointed, i every Tuesday drove from sungai petani came here Queensbay to enjoy some offday moment and i love Texas chicken but the service of the crews is seriously need to be improve and base on previous customers reviews , my suggestion is correct and i hope the Management of the texas chicken took some form of discipline for them to learn Retail services is need to serve customers with a smile not like customers owe them money or lazy service customers .

First restaurant I've seen that doesn't provide plastic bags during pkp. It should be obvious that customers would require to pack their food if all orders are take away. No logic at all. Also the staff are rude.

Bad service the staff dunno what package have sell in the menu ,the waiter just standing there don want to help customer also.

Went there on 24 July around 2pm, female staff quoted me 1rm for plastic bag to takeaway their drink and her attitude was robotic, didn’t know fastfood restaurant charges for plastic bag, does that mean all customers who orders take away are automatically charge additional 1rm as well?

This outlet is strategically located at the lower ground floor of Queensbay just across AEON supermarket, which is quite convinient, as to have meal before or after shopping, and also there are other few popular shops around as well. The food served here are quite standard as you get at other Texas Chickens. The arrangement of the table are ok and it is very bright and well lit. They also have high tables with power outlet(not sure working or not) The staffs really need to up their coordination and service. Sometimes, its confusing which lane to pay and wait.

Waited very long more than half hour for our orders, finally we asked then only they immediately prepared our orders. The food actually all seen available but they were relaxing behind the counter. The tables are also not cleaned up, no place to seat. Messy restaurant and unprofessional staffs as if they r under paid attitude. Bad experience, will never come back to this place ever again 👎👎👎👎👎

The food is not up to standard. Fried chicken is not taste good compare to other branches, biscuit is too dry, tasteless and seems over cooked. Desk/table not clean. Sticky and oily.

Super slow service. 15 mins of wait to get your food. And some of the workers there smell really bad. Much improvement needed.

The chicken is undoubtedly delicious and crispy. The burger is also tasty. However, the tables were very dirty and greasy, and no one was cleaning them.

They really don't want to lose customer so they just took your order and let you wait as long as you can. Did you know? They just ignore the customer sometimes to complete their other. Texas chicken QB, please learn from other restaurants to AT LEAST NOTIFY your customer how long they need to wait before buying. This is honestly one of the worst Penang franchise ever.

The chicken here is good crisp and jucy. There was noplace clean to eat 5 employees and 4 customers the tables should be clean. One girl came out to clean picked up trays but did not wipe tables didnt have a rag and then just stood there. In a prior visit I also noticed all dirty tables. Im done with them.

I placed my take away order and despite the cashier reminding them about my order, a bunch of them stood there talking and laughing. They only moved after he told them on 5th time. What a service...

You get a good deal on chicken and nuggets on Mondays. Tastes like KFC, with a wider variety of dips.

Texas chicken always hv limited time new recipe chicken , this kimchi chicken was great , during the 1st bite , I rated it Great 👍

This is one of the worst fast food. Order 1 piece chicken and apple pie took 30mins. Worst thing is they gave spicy chicken, whereby i order for original. Terrible. Such a disappointment

I order Mexican wrap. When it arrive, the inside is sooo little. Even the mixed vegetables so little. It takes around 30 minutes to ready but I the come out really disappointed me. 2 star because the taste is good.

Poor service had to wait for more than half anhour.

Visited this outlet on 14th Dec 2020, around 9 pm. The staffs were helpful and friendly and the food is amazing because the portion is generous compared to other fast-food restaurants.
