Disappointed
with
the
services.
Staff
were
always
vigilant-
constantly
watching
us
while
we
were
picking
things
which
make
us
feel
judged
all
the
time.
Had
an
incident
where
we
picked
up
one
bottle
just
to
have
a
look,
but
the
other
bottle
next
to
it
fell
down.
Swear
we
didn't
touch
the
other
bottle
at
all,
we
were
super
careful
with
touching
the
bottles
but
all
the
bottles
around
were
poorly
arranged
so
the
other
bottle
fell
down.
Before
we
even
had
a
chance
to
check
on
the
condition
of
the
fallen
bottle,
the
staff
immediately
(literally
within
3
seconds)
walked
towards
us,
checked
the
bottle(a
small
chip
around
the
rim
was
broken),
and
forcefully
asked
us
to
pay
in
a
very
bad
attitude.
We
were
initially
willing
to
pay
but
the
staff's
attitude
was
so
bad
to
the
point
where
a
fight
almost
occur.
In
addition
the
alley
with
the
products
did
not
state
that
we
had
to
pay
if
something
is
broken
and
we
have
to
handle
with
care.
Another
issue
is
that-
how
do
they
expect
us
to
handle
their
goods
carefully
if
they
did
not
arrange
it
properly
especially
when
the
goods
are
so
fragile
and
they
will
shatter
into
pieces??
The
bottles
were
stacked
like
jenga
-
the
moment
you
took
one
off
the
rest
will
just
fall.
We
were
wronged
the
whole
time,
so
we
paid
in
full
amount.
It
was
understandable
but
the
staff's
bad
attitude
and
the
lack
of
appropriate
warning
labels
and
black
and
white
policy
statements
regarding
this
issue
(staff
explained
the
label
was
being
torn
by
other
customers
so
its
not
their
fault
???)
make
us
feel
so
upset.
Hope
the
staff
can
be
educated
to
be
as
friendly
to
customers
as
possible.
And
advice
to
other
customers:
BE
CAREFUL
with
handling
the
goods-
you
never
know
when
the
staff
will
storm
to
you
if
something
fell
while
you
were
still
trying
to
make
clear
of
what
is
happening
in
your
mind.
