Your staff is very rude! VERY! he called us bodoh instead of being politely saying no, is that how you teach your staff to treat customers!!!!???? - Gurney Paragon!

This evening I was at your store at Gurney Paragon Penang around 8 in the evening. There were very few customers at that time and I needed some help with deciding a gift, there was one sales person named Zul on the floor so I approached him with a question on the scent of the item, he simply pointed out the tester bottle and said “just do yourself". I was wowed by his lack of interest to help a customer. So I continued shopping, I had already brought a women's set, and 2 mens cologne to the counter and the lady at the counted said you could get another for free, buy 1 free one. I was delighted and went off to look for another mens perfume. Since Zul was at that section playing with his mobile phone, I asked if Teakwood had a cologne. He shot a look of dismay at me and said "if it's not there we don't have it la". I am sorry but this was absolutely the worst service ever in a store. Then when I told the lady that he should not get any credit or commission for my purchases as his name was printed on my receipt. She said he was the senior in charge. I'm so disappointed and I hope your company will. Give him some training as he seriously need it. A good attitude takes you a long way in life, what a waste of a human being.

Your shop assistant/cashier Valerie's service was garbage and beyond terrible. Extremely rude and unprofessional. We don't think we have 'run away' from any of your bills! She certainly did sound and acted like we owe her a fortune! Get rid of your nasty staff if you want good ratings for your store.

I had the most humiliating and insulting experience. I did stay in line with 2 other persons and did scan the app due to compliance from the government regarding the virus .there was a staff at the entrance that even helped me with the scan of the government app and took my temperature. All fine . I still had to wait due to amount of people in the shop .all fine . Then a so called men came from the shop no name tag no indication and ask if he can help me .I told him I waiting to enter the shop .the he said please scan .I told him all been done by the girl that was at the entrance but disappeared no way to see her . He keep on saying is for the safty of there customers .and did not listen to what I told him and kept on repeating the same . A other customer came and could enter . So I ask why I can not enter .he never listen to what I say. I raised my voice and ask if you do not want my business .and I enter . To my biggest surprise the mall security was called . Bu seeing that and sufficient insult I proceed my way out .I then wish to explained to the security gentleman my side of the stories and even then I was interrupted by the shop man .... arrogant .. until I said I think I am allowed to talk to the security and were trying again to scan the app successfully. To call security was the biggest insult I cam across . I definitely will advertise this place to whom ever I know . I was totally disgusting. I left proceeded to Guerney paragon same body and bath and received fantastic service and the staff at the entrance very kind helped me with the app . The lady inside the shop was very kind and helpful Thank you Please do educate you arrogant supervisor in queensbay mall and insure he can be identified with name tag .

Be cafeful of the salespersons in Gurney Paragon outlet. They are intent on selling their slow moving items! Recently I went to buy my usual favourutes, but I was persuaded to purchase some lousy not so nice smellimg candles! Now Im stuck with these! Really lousy customer service!

Nice smelling toiletries. Watch out for the year end sale. They cut prices like mad. Always worth to go loot em up every end of year.

when the shop is having sale it is a must go place. i love the car perfume, pocket bac, candles and body wash. worth your money spent!

Very confusing the way they advertise their product , When they say 2 fragrance for Rm 80 , well it's not including the diffuser. It's kind of a reap off.

Had a worst experience here, i dont remember the name of your staff, but surely what I remembered, he’s an indian staff and nampak mcm lembut skit. Maaf,not trying to be racist at all, cuma nak describe sahaja. At that time, i was searching for a body mist, then i just ambil and buka penutup to smell. I don’t even spray it, yet your staff yelled at me in a very rude way. I know it’s my fault sbb tak ambil tester. But that’s not how you train your staff to tegur customer. What he think this is a school? Pengawas? Poor attitude, instead of you standing like a stupid prefect at the store, why not you walk around assisted your customer? This happened when i balik penang for cuti raya. Please get your staff proper training and good customer service. Not even deserve one star.
