I
had
the
most
humiliating
and
insulting
experience.
I
did
stay
in
line
with
2
other
persons
and
did
scan
the
app
due
to
compliance
from
the
government
regarding
the
virus
.there
was
a
staff
at
the
entrance
that
even
helped
me
with
the
scan
of
the
government
app
and
took
my
temperature.
All
fine
.
I
still
had
to
wait
due
to
amount
of
people
in
the
shop
.all
fine
.
Then
a
so
called
men
came
from
the
shop
no
name
tag
no
indication
and
ask
if
he
can
help
me
.I
told
him
I
waiting
to
enter
the
shop
.the
he
said
please
scan
.I
told
him
all
been
done
by
the
girl
that
was
at
the
entrance
but
disappeared
no
way
to
see
her
.
He
keep
on
saying
is
for
the
safty
of
there
customers
.and
did
not
listen
to
what
I
told
him
and
kept
on
repeating
the
same
.
A
other
customer
came
and
could
enter
.
So
I
ask
why
I
can
not
enter
.he
never
listen
to
what
I
say.
I
raised
my
voice
and
ask
if
you
do
not
want
my
business
.and
I
enter
.
To
my
biggest
surprise
the
mall
security
was
called
.
Bu
seeing
that
and
sufficient
insult
I
proceed
my
way
out
.I
then
wish
to
explained
to
the
security
gentleman
my
side
of
the
stories
and
even
then
I
was
interrupted
by
the
shop
man
....
arrogant
..
until
I
said
I
think
I
am
allowed
to
talk
to
the
security
and
were
trying
again
to
scan
the
app
successfully.
To
call
security
was
the
biggest
insult
I
cam
across
.
I
definitely
will
advertise
this
place
to
whom
ever
I
know
.
I
was
totally
disgusting.
I
left
proceeded
to
Guerney
paragon
same
body
and
bath
and
received
fantastic
service
and
the
staff
at
the
entrance
very
kind
helped
me
with
the
app
.
The
lady
inside
the
shop
was
very
kind
and
helpful
Thank

Please
do
educate
you
arrogant
supervisor
in
queensbay
mall
and
insure
he
can
be
identified
with
name
tag
.
