My experience was great. The staff were patient and conversed very professionally. The two ladies that were serving me took time to show me the items. I bought two items from them and very pleased with the bell they soldered to my bracelet which makes it even more special. The ladies gave me a free drink and kindly also booked me a grab taxi to get me back to my hotel safely. Would highly recommend. Surprised to see lots of negative reviews. Please dont let the comments put you off.

Worst staff ever. I have been going many times to the shop previously before MCO for 5 already. Today all the staffs are new, they were rough and rude and keep saying I am misunderstanding. I understand Tamil and they were saying something else and translating different to me. Very very rude.

Staff are vwry friendly. When ask for pic and design...staff sent as soon as possible. Post item very fast. I like very much. I buy lot item. Im very statifie with their service. 10q tamilarasii's Tangge Maligai

Worst shop. Bought a bracelet 1 week ago & came to ask for service to make it short since it was quite long/big for my mom’s wrist. Very disappointed with the way the staff was handling customers by asking too many unnecessary questions just to make the bracelet a bit short/small. Please do teach some professionalism to the staff who are on duty on how to convey right message with logic sense. Don’t give unnecessary excuses if you’re really LAZY to do the service we required & PLEASE FOLLOW SOP!!!!
