Basic. Srsly. But if you are on a budget this place is great and the owner is very friendly. Close to murals and about 5 min to the backpacker nightlife.

Stars only for low price, nice receptionist and good location. If you pay 5-10RM more, you will get much better conditions in chinatown, or little india. Room is very small (except two beds it was only 0,5m to the wall at one side and few cm more on side with doors, unable even to get photo) but the biggest problem it wasn't clean (oil stain on the sheet and pillow). We do budget trip and was only sleeping there.

Very thin walls. You can hear your neighbours talking. Ask to change sheets as usually they are dirty. Good quality for price.

Great staff! Friendly and helpful, always someone in the lobby to talk to and the staff made sure everyone had a good time. Also a really cheap and decent hostel, but don't go here if you can't stand a few bugs in your room

Very very generous and welcoming guest house in Georgetown. The owner is kind but antique! One of a kind!

Do not expect luxury equipment and environment. Bathroom looks very simple, but am very used to it, so for me okay. Location of the hostel is perfect. Also AC is included for very good price! Few minutes to little India or local food street and also area where are located bars and some disco. If you dont have high requirments for acommodation equipment, this hostel is really great choice!

I would say might be ok for solo backpacking guy, it's not the cleanest place, the walls are done from plaster board so no privacy what so ever. The price of 60MYR per night for the location is not that low eather. It's in centre of Georgetown close to love lane, so the stars only for location.

1st room's electrical socket was broken and the 2nd room was really cramped. Bed was uncomfortable and the casings were very rough. But it is super cheap.

No hot shower, pretty dirty. I had cockroaches and a mouse in my room! But it‘s cheap and they have parking space for my bike...
