Unprofessional doctor I have ever seen! I was supposed to visit Dr Yeoh for women health related issue bt because I didn't make appointment earlier & the queue was so long, receptionist told me that Dr Gan was available on that day. So I visited Dr Gan's clinic instead. I went into the clinic, I told doctor that cold sweat was one of the symptoms I had. She asked me back what is 'cold sweat' using a very unpleasant tone as if this medical term doesn't exist at all. She kept looking at me & asked me to explain to her what is cold sweat? I was so under pressure & having question marks all over my head. In the end, she told me there's no such symptom known as cold sweat in this world??! I paid RM900 for a papsmear test & the stupid question bounced back to me & almost for nothing!! Poor consultation between a doctor & her patient! Whn I asked her what are the advises she could give for preconception & the issues I had, she only tell me to take folic acid, she didn't even explain to me what are the possible factors that could lead to my medical experiences. Felt so disturbed with her poor attitude & poor medical knowledge! Will NEVER recommend Dr Gan to anyone who's going to seek advises or treatment for women health problem!

I had a very bad experience with Dr Gan, she do checkup in rush and and lack of patience in explaining to me about my sickness. At first I do review about the best gynecologist in Penang, and it was turned out dissapointment. At the end I do payment, it cost me about RM900 something and it takes me waiting so long for the poor consultations and checkings. The worst is she told me that my sickness never can recover, and never give me any positive advise for the whole consultation, this really make me feel upset for quite some times and I would never forget about it. I would not recommend her to my friends and family. For my advice here is look for another gynecologist, I got a good recommendation from hospital, Dr. Yeoh Chee Lim is another good choices.

I was there with my girlfriend on 30 May. Wanted to look for Dr Gan Kam Ling from Obstetrics and Gynaecology (O&G) for her help for claimage for insurance. Doctor & Nurse was not helpful at all. The indian nurse was loud and rude as well. Won’t be able to talk nicely maybe shouting was the only way? Kindly avoid Dr Gan Kam Ling at all cost. Service was bad. We decided to change hospital after we having this bad experience.

Ultrasound Equipment is not sanities, still have existing gel and hair on it. Was charge later with disposable bed sheet which also does not exist.

I consider myself very lucky to have experienced her care and she is a very good and dedicated doctor who takes time to care for her patients. She is also willing to listen to my every problem concerning my health and able to explained in a very detailed manner. Thankyou Dr Gan and staff for helping me from early pregnancy and until deliver 🥰 My baby and I glad that u are there for us ❤️

I made an appointment at 9.38am and When I arrived, the doctor was not in clinic and the nurse didn't inform the patient. It was stupid to wait there. The doctor come to clinic at around 11.30am. After an hour wait and it's turn for me to c the doctor. Then the doctor call me go for a blood test, and then waited again. The report came out around 5pm but and it was almost time to finish them work. The doctor didn't explain too many conditions, and not allow u to ask so many question. Then ask nurse to deal with me. The nurse only say they will call me for the next appointment date. But I haven't received a phone call a week since I came back. I called to ask and the nurse is saying that they will notify me again, but I haven't receive any call from her so far. I only can say that the consultant fee is more expensive than doctors , but the service is not good.

Had a pleasant experience with Dr Gan and her nurse. Waiting may be a bit long at times but all good. Dr Gan always ensures that she clears all my questions. Special shout out to the nurse for being so helpful and friendly to me all the time!

I would like to thank Dr. Gan for helping us in delivering our precious little boy, especially during our critical moment. I had been rushed to the hospital due to bleeding and admitted for 5 days, luckily my baby was saved. Throughout my whole pregnancy, Dr. Gan has always being helpful and she would patiently listening and answering to all of our questions, although she is always busy rushing in & out from her clinic. Lastly, I would like to say that I had made a right choice to consult Dr. Gan.

My mom had a non-stop period, so everyone at home was apprehensive about her health, but thanks to Ms. Gan Kam Ling, everything went back to normal. Doctor Gan Kam Ling is very gentle and nice person. And off course she done a great job and so professional foe my surgery. I have always been treated with courtesy, respect & honesty and have been involved with decisions regarding my health. I love the facility whereby i can speak to the doctor directly. The treatment i have received past 1 year has always been the right solution at the right time. Great experience and always reaponsive and willing to help. Thank you Dr Gan Kam Ling and staffs.

She is very patient , she listened carefully to all my medical history . She took all the time needed for the examination with no rush at all. It was avery good experience. Hope the medication works well for me .

Very professional and answers all questions. Pap smear was not painful at all and received my results by email after a few weeks as she said. Also did my Implanon replacement. Great and highly recommended!
