"EXTREMELY HIGHLIGHT" of our 10 Days Tour in Turkey! Me and my wife absolutely loved doing this tour and would recommend it to ANYONE who wants to do an experience in Turkey. Our cuties tour leader "MUN" and gentry tour guide "CEMAL (James)" was brilliant - super friendly, helpful, considerate, responsibility and extremely knowledgeable - educating us not only on the food element but about Turkey in general. They took us around attractions in Turkey - Troy, Ephesus, Pamukkale's Cotton Castle, Mevlana Museum, Salt Lake, Ataturk Mausoleum, The Blue Mosque, Haghia Sophia and many others viewpoint. Both of us are vegetarian and we had a perfect arrangements tasting different vegans nor veggie food at many of stylish restaurant. I wanted to thanks to both of our tour leader "MUN" and tour guide "CEMAL" again, they always very caring about our Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. For all Vegans and Vegetarian fellowship, I highly recommend you all to join Ace Tour with tour leader "MUN", she is the best and responsibility tour leader.👍👍👍💖💖💖 Once again, million thanks to MUN, CEMAL and also the tour bus driver. It’s my last day tour in Europe. It’s my first Europe tour experience, my second group tour. I’d comment that this tour is fine and satisfied 😄 Here are the top 3 comments about the experience: 1. Tour agent - we had an amazing experience tour guide (namely Eileen) caring, thoughtful and helpful in every area, including those best-known-method/manners/etc that we may not know. The tour guide is always considerate and makes sure all members are well taken care and understand the situations. 2. Itinerary - I like the stated Itinerary covered good and consistent without misleading information. 3. Food - I like the idea of having the balance of local (Europe) cuisine and our group diet, it does help us not feeling overwhelmed/bored by the local cuisine.

We joined ACE to Scandinavian for 12 days with tourist guide Ms. Suzan She's very professional and taken of us all the time. It's a fun and enjoyable holidays with made possible by Suzan & a few humorous members in the group. 😊

Just completed a tour of Chongqing with Jo as tour leader (Ace Tours) and Xiao Lee as tour guide (China). I would like to record my thanks to both of them. Jo is a pleasant, kind and helpful tour leader who took good care of everyone, especially those that are older and those who travel solo. Xiao Lee is very knowledgeable, accommodating and pleasant. I felt safe travelling solo with them. Really enjoyed myself exploring the mountains, valleys, and caves surrounding Chongqing.

12 days Eastern Europe tour: scenic and tour members are well taken care. Our tour leader Chee Wei is a caring, people oriented and responsible person. Chee Wei put in extra effort to bring ikan billis chilli and chilli sauce for us.. worrying we are not used to the taste. It is not easy to manage a group of 3x people. Especially with member who is wet blanket and critical in the group. We would highly recommend that ACE management take this bullying behavior seriously as it affects the entire tour. Double thumbs up for Chee Wei 👍👍 Updated: signed up another holiday package with them to celebrate wedding anniversary and birthday. We were told it is confirmed and they told us to book the domestic flight to KL. However, ace informed us in less than 2 months before the departure that the tour is cancelled. So disappointing.

Bad service....Tour guide called to request us to go the next destination ourselves by taxi just because we were late by a few minutes to meet at the meeting point. Just imagine if you were left in oeversee and such "good" service provided by this tour guide. Beside, we were brought to the 2 lousy islands of Cinque Terre instead of 3 & the reason given was the most beautiful island was close on the very last minute after we hv reached the place. Don't the tour agency check the availability and closure before sell the package to customer? Food was bas also beside the service. :(

Just came back from 11D Europe trip! Been with Ace Tours for many years. Throughout the years, Eileen is always our tour leader and guide. Felt so happy that able to join her tour for twice already (Sept 2022 and April 2023) after Covid restriction eased. Her service is still as good as before. She explains the itinerary clearly before we decide which package to choose. During the trip, she make sure everyone is well taken care. With her, laughters is everywhere. She is patience and explanation is good as well. She is also a free photographer. She helps everyone to take photos and guide you for posing as well!!! Food arrangement throughout the trip was good too! And don’t worry if you’re a vegetarian. Everything is well arranged! Thank you Ace Tour and Eileen.

I highly recommend Ace tours. My mom and I joined the central Europe tour last April.😊 Best tour guide Eileen who is very detail oriented. She may be strict at times but just because that is the way to ensure the trip is smooth for everybody. I feel that is fair enough😊😊. In a tour everyone must co-operate together. Our tour group members were all so wonderful too. 👍👍Most of the food were delicious. I put on a few kgs bck here. Will definitely go on tour with Ace and Eileen again 😊

Look for Chee Wei, very helpful. Unfortunately, the boss cannot help us arrange transport to airport although there is 7 of us. But they help arrange transport for those from mainland and SP

Will not join again this company if know in advance their tour leader conducted in hokkian during the trip. Already highlight my concern and she suppose to brief in hokkian and mandarin for the trip arrangements or some safety info but no take care at all. Maybe I am the only person don't know hokkian, next time should join the company who their tour leader conducted mandarin or Cantonese. Too bad I still need with her for the next few days in Turkey now.
