Administrative hub of Penang. Lots of clothes and electrical shops. In need of a make-over as looks a bit tired. But bargains to be had. The place to go to pay your parking fine.!

This shopping complex and offices has been there for quite some times since i was in school days..accesible parking at multi storey parking beside the complex. Best time to do shopping is at noon till 9.00pm..located at the centre of Penang island..very easy access to the complex from penang bridge or by ferry..main attractions for locals and tourists to do sight seeing..window shopping and shopping..

A little disappointed with retail stores....lots of closed downed businesses. Jewellery stores reasonably priced. New Skywalker at The Top new attractions too pricey. Not sure if it is discounted on Penang Privilege Card.

Bus terminal and shopping mall around makes this tower very busy and lively. We can take the CAT free bus here too.

Old shopping mall. A lot of shop no longer operating... But level 3 seem OK, happening during weekend, with some activities and events. The ICT mall is great.

This mall complex as well as Penang Landmark is in Georgetown, Penang Island which I visited in 2012. Regarding Komtar,you will find many things there from food to accomodation. It is the tallest building in the city and also the biggest terminal to which you can connect your trip both in Malaysia or overseas. When you get lost, just put Komtar as a benchmark

Location for Penang State Government departments plus an important link to two adjacent shopping malls, namely 1st Avenue and Prangin Mall

The shopping stores closed at 10pm, early than in KL. Easy to regconize from far distance. Too bad i have never visited the top of the tower.
