Having a blast with the delicious breakfast served. You should try the roti tsunami can be lair with beef, chicken or lamb. Don’t forget their roti bakar telur goyang 😄. Price wise are reasonable. You will face issue while search for parking space but usually during breakfast time parking are always available .

Loved my roti tsunami. You should eat here while in Georgetown! I’m drooling just thinking about it! I just need to know most recent opening time, went there one day only to find out this place was closed.

our favourite roti bakar & mamak roti canai style port. so much better than hutton lane thats is totally gross. also for us also better than gemas in term of taste. but different people different taste though, i still recommend youll to try. servis quite slow when there are to many cust. u need to came early in the morning as it will get crowded, not so much parking spot plus the restaurant will be hot too. the price consider as good also because the location is at tourist spot & city center

If you ever feel like having a couple of local Penang dishes, without a huge dent on your pocket, this is a decent place. Nainas roti bakar is popular among many locals and budget travelers due to their reasonable prices. Service is pretty decent and food prepared with hygienic conditions. We enjoyed our breakfast. Nainas roti bakar is always busy with customers.

Delicious roti canai and roti bakar. Their gravy is nice. Drinks are too sweet. Much better than transfer road.

We were intending to come here and instead stopped at the real Naina’s Roti Bakar and Nasi Lemak at the corner of Transfer and Jalan Sri Bahari. That place has the best food we have had in Malaysia - everything was fresh, hot, and the gravies were so flavorful with the perfect spice. Good price, and delicious Telur Goyang as well with fast, kind service. It doesn’t show up on google maps for some reason but if it did i would give it a 5 star! The pictures I’ve posted are for that location. We then walked to this location up the road because we wanted to try it also. We asked if we should sit or if we needed to order then sit. We were told to sit and ignored for 10 minutes. It seemed chaotic with people just running around. Someone finally asked us if we wanted tea so we ordered 2. Never came back. Another 10 minutes later we went to ask someone how we should order and he followed us back to the table and took our order and again asked if we wanted tea. We told him we already ordered and he said he’d go check. Never came back, never saw any food being served to anyone. Another 5 minutes later we got up and left - they didn’t even make eye contact with us or ask us to stay. Worst service. I think some of the reviews and pictures others have left have been for the real location - I recognize the man who served us great food. I hope everyone reading this goes to that location instead!

Very good place for roti canai! Naina’s special is the speciality in this shop. Their teh tarik is one of the best tasted in Penang. It’s a must try! Their roti bakar (toasted bread) is done traditionally over charcoal and tastes perfect!

First time for roti in my life. Ordered roti Tsunami and roti bakar and both were wonderful!

Roti Tsunami is their most famous dish. Would recommend to try this out with their curry chicken. However, I wouldn’t recommend the Roti Bakar Telur Goyang. I don’t think it’s good. I went in a group of 5 and the total cost is RM8/pax which is relatively cheap.

Went there for breakfast. Order roti canai banjir, roti bakar telur goyang & maggie goreng. Delicious food and parking was easy. Definitely will come back when I visit Penang! Staff were friendly too!

Went here for breakfast. A huge portion of chicken is served with the chicken curry. Always ask for the curry to be served separately from the roti. Milk chai is very sweet.

This is way, way better than the famous jiran, Roti Canai Transfer Road which might have fallen in its own arrogant sword years ago. But the prices are about the same, about RM18 for two people. Maybe a bit more expensive because I didn't have anything with meat. So I think that it is still overpriced. You might dine in here with Pak Mahathir in the corner on the wall. His presence was unavoidable. If I had to choose between the two roti canai in Transfer Road, of course I'd choose this one. But that's like saying choosing between getting slapped by a ping pong bat or a baseball bat.

Would usually stop by here for a drink while waiting to pick up daughter from school. Sometimes if hungry will order something light like roti canai. Fairly decent roti canai they make here. Haven't tried their fancy dish like roti tsunami special or roti sarang burung yet. Price is fairly cheap in this part of Georgetown where some eateries would hike up the price as tourists usually flock to this area for food hunting. Breakfast on weekends is usually busy here. Naina's a much better option than the other roti canai place that is more famous on the same road.

A perfect place to start off your cheat-day in Penang. Variety of breakfast menus to try to. Had the Roti Canai Sarang Burung with Beef Curry.

The food here is cheap and good. The Roti canai goyang is famous but we tried the roti canai banjir . The roti bakar is famous as well. They have half boiled eggs and they also add it to the Roti bakar . We took the normal ones though. A good place for breakfast.

😠 I reached at around 2:30pm and still need to queue till 3:00 pm. Disappointed with the food because the deep fried fish roe and fish are hard rather than crispy. The gravy is also so so only.

👍 Queue seemed quite long when we arrived around 2.30 pm but we only waited about 20 minutes. I think they should have more signage to tell customers what to do so the process can be easier. There was only one waiter upstairs in the seating area so it was quite difficult to get his attention. Food is...
