We liked the food and the friendly owner. Definitely worth a visit for some basic breakfast. We recommend to take dosai and sides separately and don't go to deep into all the different types of bread.

if I could give it a 0 star I would. worker was sort of nice but couldn't understand me cuz I was talking English. so he asks "can you speak tamil?" I said no I can't. he became so bloody rude after that. this is not india ya. don't act as if I need to know tamil. as an Indian that cannot speak tamil in Malaysia. it is not a problem. rude worker,I just went to buy palkova. that also not worth to buy. too oily. horrible.

Customer service is bad here. Once people enter ro your restaurant,please welcome them or even please get a table. But here not all,customer is waiting 15minutes,the worker and pic of the restaurant just said wait and walk away. What is this? We want to had breakfast and support for u,but service is bad. Price i dont know because after wait for 15minutes,i walk away. Please improve your customer service and learn to respect customer. Thanks

You can get authentic Indian food here. There's pricing on the wall, so don't worry. It is mostly crowded, it means the food is good and affordable and even the locals will go to dine there. If you don't like tight spaces, you probably could take away the food and take it to the sea side. But for me, I just dine in the shop and enjoy the environment. It is an old shop but it is clean. If you don't know what to order, just use Google map to check the menu. Lol.

It is one of the best tasting indian foods. Came here for breakfast. Mess like feel. Service is superb. Foods are coming out fast. The only downside is the lack of seating a bit congested. 9.0/10.0

Amazing food and all dishes are made fresh to order. We had paper dosai, chicken kothu, poratha, tea and ice Milo. Staff are friendly and service was really fast. Highly recommend this restaurant when in Georgetown.

Morning once there are open about 7.30am i packed my tea and Indian snacks. Tea was good same goes for the snack. Next day came for lunch and its good too. Only drawback is its not spacious. So be prepared

I went here several times during my stay in Georgetown. The food tastes great and is excellent value for the price you pay. For lunch it's a buffet system and you can take what you want and someone will come around to see what you took and give you a bill accordingly. The staff were friendly as well.

Traditional Indian restaurant. This place is very busy in the morning. I bought a mahasala onion dosa which was very flavorful. Just 5 MYR and you have breakfast. Lots of vegetarian options.

This narrow canteen styled restaurant is a South Indian restaurant to the backbone. Serves authentic Thosai (dosa), Idli, Vadai during breakfast period. Feel the vibes sitting next to random people whilst enjoy delicious foods. Not fancy menu, but surely up to your choices. Price is cheap and staffs are friendly.

Dosa is crispy and you can enjoy it with the free curry (three flavors) serve at the table. Masala tea is strong in flavor in ginger, both panas (hot) and ais (ice) one are great!

I love this place. Just grab a plastic chair at a table and try the masala Dosa (after 4pm). Yum

Food was okay, before 4:30pm I believe it is only self service which is when we went, and majority of the food was all cold. Might be best to come after 4:30pm. Prices were okay

Great indian banana leaf style, most delicious were the ghee masala dosa. We ate here a number if times because we like dosa and these were really good.

A local small stall tat only know by foodie local, with excellence indian food with fair price. Just tat u need to share table with others but overall acceptable.

We had a tasty breakfast of Masala Dosa and Masala Tea. It's a very casual atmosphere and the staff are cheerful and relaxed. Recommend it for a breakfast once you get bored of the usual breakfast fare in George Town.

Nice tasty south Indian food served on a leaf. Typical meal won't go above 10RM. Dosai are the main dishes here.

I used to adore and make Krsna a must while in Penang. They had the best banana leaf thali and atmosphere, packed with locals. Sadly, times change and Krsna is not what it used to be. The restaurant has been remodeled, losing a bit of it's rustic feel. Sadly, the banana leaf thalis are no longer available. My uttapam was average, friend's chicken thosai enormous...too large in fact. It could have fed two people. With a drink, price was 13.30, quite high for simple Penang Indian fare. Even more upsetting was the wall menu which listed the food at a much lower price. I won't be back as the street Nasars are much better and cheaper.

My fav..... Idli n vadai mix with sambar n hot bru coffee.... Superr combination.....

Good selection of South Indian cuisines / menus. Menus prepared instantly and with fresh ingredients. Cooks are well experts in their preparations. Overall the restaurant is clean and waiters are polite and accommodating. The space are limited, so you got to be quick especially during rush hours. So plan your visit accordingly.

I ate a chicken curry that was really good.

Delicious and cheap food with friendly staff who will help you order. Seems there are different curries available at different times of the day, but the staff will advise you. Also had a a good sweet lassi.
