The place is cozy and very comfortable. Love the creamy tom yam squid ink pasta. The bacon pan cake is very normal. But the menu has lot to offer in term of foods and juices. Will definitely come back again. 2nd visit happens within the same week after initial visit. Comes back for the creamy tom yam pasta again and try something new; chicken pop waffle. The waffle is soft and fluffy. Like it.

Told myself that I will try one day, each day passes but I have yet to patronize it. Not being too hungry nor full, I decided to order something light. Juice is a must when you visit here. Avocado wrap is nice but I have trouble eating it. Don't know where to start for the first mouth. I wish they could change the wrap from triangle to something that fits the mouth easily. Pancake is of course fluffy and soft. Goes well with honey. There are still lots of choices on the menu. I will be back to try others soon.

Foods are delicious and smoothies are superb. Would suggest to come during off peak hour so that it is not crowded. Definitely will come back just that parking is always a challenge in this area.

Came here twice because I loved it so much. Best smoothies I’ve ever had. I had the chicken quinoa bowl to eat which was really good. Everything was fresh and there was a decent portion. Is a cute little restaurant with friendly staff.

Best food in Penang! We came back three times and every dish we had was amazing. The squid ink Tom yam was the best pasta I’ve ever had (little bit spicy for those who don’t like spice). The Buddha bowls and chicken salad were fresh, delicious and healthy with great dressing and generous portions of chicken. 100% recommend!

Amazing salad bowls and smoothie bowls! Got the Buddha Bowl and added chicken breast on the side, and the acai bowl. Both were very filling with generous portions :) the iced lattes are delicious too

A bit disappointed, kinda proved that healthy food is not tasty :( I ordered the pitaya plate, which is the signature dish judging its name, but it doesn't taste good. The baked beans are super ordinary, I like baked beans, but surprisingly, theirs don't taste good. The flavour is not appetising, and it is cold, not even warm. Moving on, the avocado spread, tastes really ordinary, it is mixed with other ingredients which makes the avocado lost its characteristics, I feel like I'm eating kiwi, to be honest, it is cold and fruity and fresh, not the avocado feeling. Thennn, the chicken breast and scrambled egg, taste reaallyyyy ordinary, again, not appetising at all. The wedges is okay, hot. The dragon fruit is of appropriate proportion. I guess the wedges and dragon fruit are the only food I don't dislike in the Pitaya Plate. However, the salted egg spaghetti is nice. I've never tried such dish before. The calamari rings are awesome too. But yeah, that's it, just spaghetti and calamari rings, nothing else. I would like it more if it has something else coming with it. Not a good experience.

Crazy delicious smoothies. (Easily the best smoothie I’ve had anywhere in the world.) Seriously don’t know how they do it— and I personally make great smoothies, if I do say so myself. In a world of tourist trap drink & juice joints... Pitaya by Juicecode is head and shoulders above the competition. Not cheap... but I strongly suggest you go to this juice bar/restaurant now!!!!

My 1st attempt at eating healthy & i chose this cafe to dine. To my surprise, it tastes quite good. I thought i couldn't accept the taste, but it changed my perception of healthy food. Price is also affordable

A really really nice restaurant with super good food and chill atmosphere. Spend three days in George Town and went there three times. Highlight of our tour. Even took the bus/ grab for 45/30 minutes to go there. Highly recommended.

Weekend afternoon experience, vacant seats are available. Two storey cafe, I decided to sit on the upper floor coz the employees there were chit chatting and giggling very loudly, find it very annoying. Ordered Atlantic, Chicken Quinoa Bowl and Wild Orange from the menu. Atlantic - Deep fried tempura fish was perfect, not too dry. Sesame yuzu dressing on greens were matching. Nice! Chicken Quinoa Bowl - Chicken was too dry. Overall not too inpressive. Wild Orange - Orange Juice + a shot of espresso. Good coffee scent. They offer a lot other healthy food and juice options. Will be back for sure :)

Felt like I needed fruit and vegetables after all the yummy goreng food this week. I got a really good papaya smoothie and a big Buddha bowl. Fresh ingredients and generous servings. Very happy with this restaurant. Keep up the good work.

From luscious spaghetti to mouthwatering waffle chicken and vibrant smoothie bowls, this place is a true treasure trove of delights. If pasta makes your heart race, prepare for love at first bite – Pitaya's spaghetti creations are an absolute masterpiece. But it's not just the food that's a treat; the ambiance adds a sprinkle of magic. Though petite in size, its charm is boundless. To savor every moment, remember to reserve your spot if you're rolling in with a lively crew.

One of a few spots who serve healthy food in Georgtown. The food is amazing, you can sit downstairs or upstairs and the place is quiet, little lovely music by the side. Juices are great as well. If you choose healthy food, this place is a must try here. Highly recommend

Very good food! We had the chicken waffle and squid ink pasta in creamy tom yam sauce. The juices were fresh and tasty too. Can't wait to come back and try the other dishes on the menu!

One of my favorite spots on Chulia Street so far! I will be coming back for more! The smoothie bowls are high quality and the chicken and waffles is the best i’ve ever had! Such a cute spot with great staff and even better food.

This was an eye opener cafe for me. For a cafe of this size, their menu is indeed impressive. I think their standout offering is their smoothies. The combination they have is jaw dropping. I fully recommend their immunity booster combo. Unbelievably delicious. I must however warn you not to order the tumeric chia drink. It has a very niche and specific taste. I personally feel that the turmeric is very heavy. So heavy that it drowns out everything else. Moderation is key when you are doing flavoring but here they dropped the ball when their other combinations are so much more delicious. Coming to the food, I enjoyed them and find them special. I don't normally encounter this kind of flavor combination in spaghetti. Hats off to the chef that thought about these combination to mix with spaghetti, bold enough to try it and somehow pulling it off. Lastly, take time to enjoy the food and drinks presentation. The plating makes their dishes and drinks very Instagrammable. And they are not shy about their portions too.

Katamaran looked simple but turned out OK. Friend had salted egg spaghetti and commented it was average. This place serves juices, smoothies, waffles, pancakes, and pasta. Heritage building with steep stairs and a rattan hanging chair on 1st floor. TnGo e-Wallet payment is available. Roadside MBPP parking can be tricky.

Very recommended this cafe... Definitely will go back for the creamy Tom Yam squid ink spaghetti... Even the sauce we finish all by dip the fried chicken... Very nice... The chicken waffle not bad.... But the waffle is normal, not the crispy type... The fried chicken was crispy tho, and dip with my tom yam spaghetti it taste even more better.. The immunity booster smoothies, for me, I feel not bad only, but my accompany like it very much, sweet and sour... (so it's depend la, u can try) The food here very presentable and instagrammable... Even is on weekend lunch time, but I dun see much crowd, which is great.. The price show on menu is nett price.

Amazing cafe with really tasty food, flavourful and pleasing to the eyes as well. We ordered chicken waffle, tomyum squid ink spaghetti and iced latte, which were all recommended and definitely worth the try. The popcorn chicken on the waffle were crispy, flavourful and extremely generous portion, drizzling maple syrup on top of the chicken was a big no for me though, matching with the scrambled egg and waffle making it savoury and sweet at the same time. The tomyum squid ink spaghetti was quite overwhelming with flavours; sweet, salty and a kick of spiciness, the spices does hit the spot, however the squid ink spaghetti is overwhelmed by the sauce itself, great texture tho. The iced latte was aromatic and milky, having a slight bitter aftertaste. Overall the visit was quite pleasurable and well worth it, one thing to highlight would be the public parking nearby is very limited and we had to park quite some distance away and walk over here.

I had the matcha latte and the classic English breakfast. Both were tasty and the portions were decent. The place is also clean with free wifi. The counter also has hand sanitiser and the back has a bathroom with soap. They also have three very cute cats.

Drinks are good and fruity. The smoothie bowl tasted good as well. Ambiance is simple but I like the traditional looking rotan chairs. Quite cool even though it has no AC on the top floor.

Pitaya is nestled in mid section of Chulia street, taking up a corner lot. There is a total chill vibe to this place. Concept of the restaurant is towards healthy path but we are still given a wide option of pasta to choose from. Love the selection of colourful smoothies. Restaurant is cooling with lots of natural light coming through the windows. Music is not too loud, can have good conversation. Overall a nice place to hang. Check it out!

😠 I reached at around 2:30pm and still need to queue till 3:00 pm. Disappointed with the food because the deep fried fish roe and fish are hard rather than crispy. The gravy is also so so only.

👍 Queue seemed quite long when we arrived around 2.30 pm but we only waited about 20 minutes. I think they should have more signage to tell customers what to do so the process can be easier. There was only one waiter upstairs in the seating area so it was quite difficult to get his attention. Food is...
