There is no counter, so you have to book via booking com without seeing the room, that like often, don't look like the same. So, of course, you book only 1 night in case sleeping is impossible... Then the manager with an average English, is unclear and don't understand what you want for the next days... Then ask you to pay extra ! When you politely refuse and try to negotiate so everyone is happy, he start to be angry at you and yell at you on the phone ! To finally expulse you from the room threatening to call the police, yelling get out, get out ! A real maniac, never seen that in my life. To avoid ! Answer to the response of owner : I didn't expected TV or Sofa, just a clean and cheap room (wasn't clean by the way) . Don't complain about the size which is the minimum a human need, but fine for me for a few days. But ! I said to your manager that I will stay 2 days maybe 3. Which doesn't cause any problem in other places. The last day I wanted to pay the same price than the day before and stay one more night, hence having not checking out ! Then like other comments can confirm, you guys are really rude and disrespectful ! Start to get angry on the phone when I refuse to pay extra. And throw me out the way I described in the original review. Having to pack my bag in a hurry while hearing your manager yelling on the phone of your employee ! Of course I will not pay late check out when planned to stay another night and get ejected ! You guys have serious mental issues ! Just looking at your angry response and other reviews !

A quiet place and very convenience location surrounding of food and restaurants. Room is clean and host are very polite and helpful

Comfortable, clean and well furnished. 3 badrooms every floor, 2 fridges and 2 washing machines so convenient. Many foodcourts arround and buying food easyly because 1 local market near there.

I ve stayed here for 3 months and its the best stay ever .... Very understanding owner and no any problem... This is the first owner i ve seen very understanding and good .very satisfied.

Please note that the hostel is unmanned with no receptionist, so there is no flexibility to drop off large luggage before the check-in time of 15:00. It is not recommended for travelers who are short on time. The location is far from the center of the city.

Good for single traveler !! I had a great stay here.The location of the hostel is very strategic, everything is so closeby. As for the room, even though being small but surprisingly comfortable. I would recommend this hostel to others who travel alone.

Good place to stay for a while. Not recommended for a long term. Especially on electricity fee. Divided equally but not fair for those who not using electricity that much. Per month can be more than RM100 EACH ROOM. Good for those who using electricity all day (aircon) but nightmare for those who trying to save the electricity fee.

The rooms are clean and the space is sufficient for resting area, the amenities such as toilets, etc are clean. The service provided are quick and efficient. Recommended for solo business trip.

4 stars just cuz location, otherwise everything good with this value. A bit hard to find from outlook also a bit far from downtown, outside it just looks like regular house, and they sending check in information by website,so no check in desk, you do self-check in and self-check out. The room door is a bit thin so can easily heard ppl talking or shower, but most of rooms rent for students and they are all pretty polite and keep voice down at night only like flash toilet souds you will hear. And owner he is so nice that becuz I got some stomach issues and asked for later check out, and he even asked do I need some information for clinic or medicine, really appreciate for that.🙏🙇‍♀️ and I would like to come back again for this hostel.🥰

Very dirty, when I first time go in need myself to sweep the floor as the floor got many hair inside, got different color, I think already long time didn’t sweep it, beside that the bed, bed sheet and pillow are very dirty, let me felt itch can’t fall asleep, and the owner got the key simply go in my room, first time I go in the room I remember got 2 pillows but when I go out and back to the room just remain 1 pillow, bad services, I forgot to bring my key got out, and then I ask owner to help me open the door with WhatsApp, but the owner ignore my messages ever his WhatsApp is keeping online.
