Brought my old charms and bracelet to Gurney, met Atikah. She did a superb service. All my old bracelet and charms came out sparkling like new. She did a superb job. I actually gave up on pandora for a few years due to as the cleaning services were not thorough. But ever since I met Atikah, I believe in Pandora again and charms can look as new! Look for Nur Atikah. She is humble, pleasant and knowledgeable.

weekend cannot send in for polish even send in in the morning 10am+, what kind of service? they thought everyone is free on weekday? and use to be weekend sent in polish can done in 4-5hours previously should make it for thise send in before 12pm, can collect same day after 4-5hours regardless weekend or not such an inconvenience for people, those who plan to buy PLEASE think twice the after sale service bad decision from pandora, why not just hire additional staff do the polishing service during weekend? really bad service, or buy a polishing machine to automate it, so big company yet so lousy
