Jonathan Tenorio is a world class professional tennis coach and player. My tennis strokes have become so much better after training with him. Many people have commented on the improvement in my game. He is very patient, has a great sense of humour, identified my problem areas well and helped me to correct them. I highly recommend him as a coach to anyone

I have started to play tennis since end of 2019, but stop a few times due to various reasons, have went to multiple places for different coaches due to relocation, but also give me the opportunity to learn from different teachers. But NSTE tennis is by far the best place for me to improve, Coach Van is highly skilled and patient, he will carefully evaluate how you play and correct you bits by bits, they are definitely not a place that stop the training on the dot, they make sure you taking back something new before they let you go, for me, I have learnt so much on my first lesson already, for me it is also a great cardio session. Both coaches were very friendly and approachable, but at the same time, strict but not harsh in a way so that you can improve. I highly recommend for people who are interested to learn tennis to learn here. My photo when my training starts at 7am!

I joined NSTE Academy last month and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I've never played tennis before, so I'm not sure if I'll like it. A 20-minute trial class was available through NSTE. I was lucky to have Coach Van on my first trial. He is really friendly, funny, patient, and highly skilled which made me feel at ease and welcomed. I therefore made the decision to enrol with NSTE. Both Coach Van and Coach Nik are exceptional coaches with experience and knowledge who are passionate to coach their students in reaching their highest performance. I highly recommend NSTE to anyone looking to improve their tennis skills and have a great time doing it. Thank you for providing such wonderful and enjoyable classes! After taking a long 10 yrs break from tennis, I decided to hit the courts again. I just relocated to Penang and joined NSTE. It has been a great experience and absolute value for money. Coach Van has been awesome, a very friendly guy, but when it comes to training he is a strict "no nonsense" coach. Really love his coaching style and with a few sessions I have regained my strokes, and improved my level of fitness as well. I would highly recommend NSTE to those tennis enthusiasts out there.

My wife and I had just completed our first 10 classes of tennis lessons with NSTE and from Zero Tennis experience, we are now able to hit, return and serve the tennis ball over the net and inside the court with a little bit more confidence. We are grateful to be able to learn the fundamentals of Tennis from Coach Van who is meticulous, patient and sometimes funny. His explanation and coaching on the fundamentals of Tennis such as the Tennis strokes, serves and footwork are always logical and easy to grasp. We highly recommend him to anyone out there who is looking for a reliable Tennis coach.

Excellent tennis coach with professional level experience and technique. I signed up for 5 lessons because I was only in Penang for a week. My coach, who is also the owner, pointed out several defects with my forehand, backhand, and serves and recommended corrective measures. We did hitting and serving drills we also played some tiebreakers against each other and discussed some doubles strategies. After returning to the USA and playing with other opponents they noticed that my serves have a lot more power than before and were much more difficult to return. I'm also generating a lot more power with my backhands with the newly taught technique. There is still a lot of room for improvement, but in just in these few lessons, I think my level has increased to 3.75, from 3.5. I noticed the other coach on the adjacent court teaching other players to be very skilled, too. I highly recommend their coaching staff if you ever visit Penang!
