I used to buy from Malabar Masjid India branch, so was excited to visit Penang branch. I noticed the workmanship on earrings were very poor. One of my items (no stones, all gold) weighed less than the weight stated on the label (0.06g lesser). They told me it's the weighing scale error. So I tested with gold jewelry bought from another shop and it showed weight correctly. Finally the store manager admitted it was label error. Service wise, definitely can be improved. The salespersons are not proactive in showing different designs. They'll show what we ask to see and that's it. Wouldn't go back again.
