Scam outlet by cheating my mum that she has demodex for treatment but actually there were none. The scammer is the outlet general manager Jasmine. I could not believe they can do this just for money. No ethics! Read about all the reviews and all 5 stars, i am sure they remove all the real comments.

My consultant is Joyce. She good explain why my hair loss become worst but not too pushy to subscribe their package but in term of customer service skill a bit dissapointed. They should ask customer if do you want some drinks or anything.. Most of consultant not so friendly. Pls improve.

Nice, relaxing and comfy hair studio. Hair professional there to advise on your hair problem and the recommended treatment. A thorough analysis on scalp and hair condition. Costly, friendly staff & variety of treatment available but the result is dependent on ones hair (eg. lice infestation, oily scalp / blocked hair pores, hormonal imbalance & others) versus the treatment available. Always know your scalp, hair and hormonal condition and try natural treatment before embarking on this costly treatment.

Miky was my consultant, she persuaded me to sign up for the packages. However, she only helped me to do treatment during the first trial treatment. Thereafter I was pushed to this and that consultants to do my treatment. Some of them have bad skills and I felt uncomfortable. Sometimes the treatments were only lasted for less than 40minutes, and I paid around RM250 for each treatment. They do have bad habits of taking customers with wet hair into the consultation room, and then started the aggressive hard selling sessions which might take an hour or more. A thought of being scammed is surrounding my mind but luckily next appointment is the last treatment. Wish they can improve in the future.

Tried, but it does not work. The consultant tried to promote the V protein supplement drinks, it is costly and not clinically proved. Heard the Jonsson and Yunnam are same Singaporean boss. Last time tried the Origin hair treatment also from Singapore. I think all these treatments are mostly from Singapore. No matter it works or does not work, customers may pay first and wait to see the results later.

Long i waited for this review session. 7+ years aback I went there for a promotion haircare session from a radio ad. Already they know my intention not to subscribe ANY of their services, yet everyone from newbie to oldie keep FORCE promoting their packages for at least 2 hours. Do note that it's just a 20 min session. The worst part is my hair is under treatment, and I cannot leave the shop halfway. Terrible.

Recently they have a good hair stylist.. After treatment you can also get a complimentary hair cut by a 10 years experienced hair stylist.. Highly recommend this branch😍

It helped me solve a lot of scalp problems and helped me regain my confidence. Consultant Jasmin has a very good service attitude and is very kind to customers. Although the price is a bit high, it is worth it when you see the results.

Jasmine’s service is excellent. She is very detailed in every step and explain all the procedures. She is passionate in her job. Best consultant I have encountered. Jia jia is also worth mentioning. She is good in hair cut skill and always very patient.

Went there for first time free trial. The consultant is very professional and she explain my scalp condition to me very clearly. The treatment process is also very smooth and comfortable. Most importantly, there is no hard selling on the products or package! She even give me a set of free gift.

So far the treatments are going well for me. Jasmine is the consultant assigned for my treatment. Her top notch service and attention to detail are worth mentioning.

I had an experience in October 2023, and I have booked for treatment and haircut two weeks ago or earlier. But that day, the consultant said that I needed to wait until 8 o'clock only can assist me get a haircut (it was only about 7:15pm at that time), almost 45 mins need for waiting. Naturally, whose will feel uncomfortable when they hear it, right? Although I only waited for 10 minutes in the end and she came in to assist me get a haircut. But when she came in, she pushed the door open and hit it “loudly”, and she looked completely unhappy when serving. Can tell me directly if the consultant is not willing to assist for hair cut. You don't need to do these inaction actions. I'm completely disappointed, considering to cancel all my treatment.

Bonnie’s service is fantastic. She explained to me about my hair condition and explained the procedures. She is friendly and patient. She also introduce scalp shampoo. I'm seeing positive result and will continue visiting for treatment

The Trial went smoothly at first i was trying to compare them with yunnan but until they done washing the mask off they ask to go consultant room for b4 and after *explanation* but THEY WERE ACTUALLY TRYING TO PUSH THEIR PACKAGES even i said i'll consider first they're not letting u out of the room they *even call a few person* to PERSUADE u at the same time. I hate being pushed so i said no and went back horrible experience. They were looking at you like vampire saw blood🤑 scary...
