I got my sunglasses done here, was first served by Alice and advised her that my request is for a trendy sunglasses with ability to look a certain distances, so of course they needed additional days to get it fixed, which was first told that they can only send it through delivery... Thus she approached Carol for assistance on this matter, which somehow she eventually gave in to and upon my request & conditions. I'm lucky to collect my glasses on a day before my departure flight. This visit was my 3rd time and will be the last. This shop's person in charge who is a senior man is so unprofessional. I have had paid full payment during the purchase but the shop had failed to deliver the glasses to me as promised instead said will take 3 to 4 weeks. Thus I cancelled the purchase and asked for refund. If at all this person really concern over his customers satisfaction and business, he should have deal directly with me instead he used his staffs as mediocre and stubbornly pushed to get it done the soonest and posted an improper glasses to me. I dont blame his staffs as they are good with their job and they can't do anything beyond this senior man's instructions.. indeed waste of money and as well the repo I had with the staffs.. the glasses worth rm6++ end up useless!
