I
am
speaking
from
my
experience
in
joining
the
Chinese
Painting
Class
in
Unwind
Studio
in
Arena
Curve.
To
be
honest
I
did
not
have
a
good
experience
here.
I
felt
like
it
should
NOT
be
called
a
painting
class
but
more
precisely,
it
is
just
a
time
to
get
together
and
use
the
office
space
to
draw.
This
is
why
I
think
it
deserves
a
1-star.
Below
are
reasons
why
I
think
it
only
deserves
a
1-star
:
1.
inflexible
schedule
&
not
a
class
per
se
Do
not
miss
your
class
as
it
will
be
a
nightmare
to
arrange
replacement
because
you
could
only
do
it
on
other
times
(weekday)
or
other
place
(like
my
case
I
have
to
go
to
Jelutong).
Pauline
(Customer
Service
person)
said
it
is
like
that
because
these
classes
are
like
tuition
class,
once
you
miss
one,
you
have
to
go
on
regardless.
But
the
thing
is,
there
is
NO
FIXED
syllabus
of
learning.
Even
if
you
replace
a
class,
the
things
you
learn
will
still
be
different.
You
do
not
need
knowledge
from
the
previous
class
to
attend
this
week’s
class.
I
do
not
know
what
I
will
learn
this
class,
or
what
I
will
learn
next
class.
Every
lesson
to
me
is
random.

Class
Experience
For
the
one
time
I
went,
(cos
the
other
time
I
really
could
not
make
it
due
to
the
inflexibile
schedule
of
the
classes),
I
find
that
there
is
lack
of
learning
content.
I
find
the
teacher
is
lacking
expertise
to
teach.
For
example,
during
my
class,
she
showed
us
her
old
painting
and
she
asked
us
to
take
a
photo
and
copy
the
painting,
just
like
that,
no
more
guidance.
The
teacher
did
do
a
live
demo,
however
the
painting
turned
out
very
different
from
her
old
painting
and
she
said
it
was
her
shaky
hands
on
that
day.
The
teacher
is
nice
and
friendly.
But
judging
from
a
my
point
of
view
(as
a
student),
I
don’t
feel
like
I
learn
a
lot.
1.5
hour
was
basically
drawing
on
ur
own
and
asking
teaching
for
acknowledgment.
The
teacher
just
say
‘wow,
you
drew
nicely’,
or
‘no
that’s
not
how
to
draw’.
Again,
very
little
guidance.

Paid
Starter
Pack
required
for
the
Class
Before
you
attend
the
class,
you
have
to
prepare
some
drawing
materials.
You
can
purchase
your
own
materials
or
buy
a
starter
pack
from
the
class
that
contains
all
you
need
to
start
the
class.
I
purchased
the
starter
pack
for
RM70+
and
it
contains
some
color
ink,
one
black
ink,
2
brushes,
one
small
plate
to
contain
your
ink,
and
some
xuan
paper
(for
Chinese
art
drawing).
What
happened
was
I
prepaid
this
starter
pack
days
before
the
class
because
I
was
advised
by
the
IG
person
that
the
teacher
needed
time
to
prepare
the
materials
but
on
that
day
of
the
class,
the
starter
pack
isn’t
complete.
I
am
still
owed
some
of
these
materials
even
though
I
have
discontinued
going
to
the
classes
but
there
is
no
response
whatsoever
about
those
owed
materials
until
I
asked
about
it.
Meaning
to
say
if
I
didn’t
ask
about
it,
they
will
just
continue
to
be
quiet
about
it.
4.
At
the
end,
I
went
to
one
of
four
classes
but
I
was
not
compensated
at
all.
Essentially,
I
paid
RM190
plus
RM70+
for
one
class
and
some
painting
materials
that
aren’t
even
complete.
I
am
not
asking
for
a
refund
but
their
business
policy
is
very
flawed
in
that
sense.
Summary:
I
feel
like
the
service
was
not
good.
I
don’t
feel
like
there
are
efforts
made
to
improve
the
class
and
customer
experience.
I
actually
then
purchased
a
Chinese
Art
drawing
book
and
watch
YouTube
for
self
learning
now.
I
feel
is
that
more
value
for
your
money.
