Window shopping at its best! Wanted to pick up a wedding gift but I wasn’t allowed to enter the store as I haven’t completed my vaccine shots. The security initially told me to come back next time, but a sales person came outside to talk to me when I was leaving. After learning what I was looking for and my budget, he offered to help pick up a tray of pendant/necklace and place them at the display window for me to choose. As we couldn’t communicate over the glass window, the store assistant had to go in and out several times to introduce the items and also to bring more items out from the display cases inside the store until I found what I liked. Unlike other traditional shops at Komtar (where I bought a couple of items for my family’s wedding) Tyrell has more modern selection and the packaging is more presentable - see picture. The payment process is also super clear where the weight of gold/silver and specs are clearly written to avoid any confusion. Will definitely return. Tips: look for Ann, he’s excellent!

Went to buy a gift last night, a guy name Desmond was very very good. He's very friendly and polite and patient with us. Whereas the other 2 girls that serve us initially, leave us halfway.

Not even worth for 1 star. Me and my mum went there wanted to buy a gift. There was few customers there when we enter, but overall there's still 1 or 2 staff who are free and not attending any customer. I went to a staff and stood beside him (he was on his phone that time and not attending any customer), the moment before I could ask for anything he just walk away as it's like he's not seeing me. But actually he does. So I try to walk to the other way and there's another staff noticed me, but then she also just ignore me. We we there for 5 minutes but no one approach to us. Then we just left the shop. BAD SERVICE!!!
