I attended our Seeff Annual Convention at Fancourt. It was spectacular. The accommodation, food, and service was just brilliant. The staff in particular were incredibly welcoming and their service levels and attention to detail was on point at all times. Highly recommended for a stay, both for work conferences or in your personal capacity. Well Done Fancourt!

Lovely resort. Pretty entertaining this time of the year. Very festive. A little bit over the top for the likes of my wife and I. But the amenities are world class. I'm sure many would enjoy this venue.

An incredible experience throughout our stay, beautiful serene surroundings, family oriented, so child friendly, consistent excellent service from the entire staff, every single staff member we engaged with, positive energy from all staff across the estate. All round, a world class experience and great testament of an establishment that is customer centric.

It’s a five star establishment and the formal and recreational amenities are spoken for. Hospitality isn’t about a nice place, it’s about how they’ve made you feel when you’re there, and the staff here, are beyond amazing. They’re exceedingly sweet and their sunny disposition is infectious! It’s been a rainy few days which would make one feel somewhat ‘low’ but every single in- person touchpoint has been a pleasure : porter, driver, receptionist, lobby hosts, waitrons, everyone! If you’re looking for true South African hospitality, these people got it right! Nailed it! Bang on right! Some people have the expectation that because you’ve paid the price for a five star establishment,they owe you kindness/ attention to detail -That’s not true, and I challenge you to compare it to others. If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance that you’re looking at other similar establishments, and for this reason, I’d encourage you to consider here… It won’t matter that you’re a nobody, they’ll make you feel special. It’s like the real life version of ‘The Good Place’ :)

The prestigious grounds of Fancourt will leave you salivating with a desire to stay indefinitely. Lush and tropical with perfectly groomed lawns on a faultless golf course are what dreams are made of. The accommodation is stunning and we enjoyed our luxury suite with a very hearty and generous breakfast. The facilities are top class and the spa a delight. Dining can be enjoyed at three restaurants offering a good selection of food and drinks. Service is truly excellent and friendly The bath house is a perfect place to leave your stress and the outdoor pool is a leisurely visit where you can relax for the day without a second thought. The boutique is over priced and slightly old fashioned which feels like it’s geared at the international market so no easy shopping there to meet many tastes Room service is efficient and nothing seems to be an effort when catering for your needs Walking trails are good to enjoy your exercise as well as tennis courts and other outdoor facilities… surprisingly no bowling green Replenishment of rooms is good but would recommend a snack and mini wine bar for the rooms Absolutely stunning place… especially for golfers

I loved the pristine gardens and "feel" that FanCourt captures. The staff are friendly and there are a lot of places to explore. The golf carts were definitely a highlight!

Stayed at Fancourt Manor House as part of a golf group. While this was a fabulous experience I was a non golfer so I don’t have much to contribute on the golf portion, however I heard wonderful things! Our room was beyond wonderful. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well manicured. Food, drinks, canapés were delicious. We dined at a couple restaurants and then gathered in the lounge area after with the fireplace going enjoying some after dinner drinks. Enjoyed a wonderful massage in the spa. The staff here was extremely accommodating and greeted you by name. I would definitely return here!

Love this hotel, well situated, and well organized, staff fabulous, friendly and welcoming. Pool area is lovely with fresh towels provided. Golf course is immaculate.

Spent 3 nights in the hotel. I now understand the hype around this place. Simply breathtaking. Scenery, staff, facilities, staff, food… and did I mention staff. They get 5 star treatment. Well done guys. I started off very unhappy that I had to stand in the rain waiting for a shuttle, but boy did the staff make up for it. Will certainly be back.

Fancourt Hotel is a perfect place to get treated like a queen with the most amazing friendly and genuinely pleasant staff I have ever come across. The staff is what makes this place for me . However, my friend and I were HIGHLY disappointed upon arrival to be told that the indoor warm pools and roman baths are under renovation. Iam not saying the renovations is a issue, what i am saying is that I really would expect the person taking the bookings to alert each guest that these features are currently unavailable . Instead of 'false advertising'. Because that is exactly what went on here. They give absolutely no discount or warning , but the feature we were most looking forward to was unavailable. So very disappointed in that. Unacceptable and false advertising 100% Otherwise our husband's loved the golf , we loved the fishing , spa , cycling , and pretty views. Would of been perfect if we got what was paid for and expected. The staff are absolutely phenomenal!

A perfect getaway location with a tranquil atmosphere. The staff are superb & highly attentive to your requirements. The hotel has many amenities & experiences that you can book like fishing. The spa therapists are exceptional with attention to detail. Conference facilities & arrangements went smoothly. Located close to the George Airport.

I would like to give Fancourt 10 stars, if google review had an option. Its the perfect combination of a fantastic property with passionate staff. Ours was a last minute booking and Vertozille made it a pleasant experience, creating a great first impression. We were late for the botanical walk activity since we checked in late. Hilton at activity center and Chris helped with a tour the next morning. Chris gave special care to my family considering our personal health condition. Food & Staff at La Catina was exceptional. Our only recommendation is about Club lounge where the food and service could be improved. The staff at Fancourt gave me a lasting impression even at the final leg. We left a personal property in our room and it was purely our mistake. Alice at the reception helped to recover the property and courier the same to our address. Truly World Class South African Hospitality....

Had lunch in the Club Lounge, casual attire, and a wonderful curry. Not to hot but really tasty. Staff are very attentive and the ride in a golf cart from the parking area to the main building is fantastic for young and old.

Fancourt is the jewel in the crown of the Garden Route. Manicured to perfection it is the playground of the rich and famous. Multiple golf courses surround the lush property teeming with nature

This hotel is awesome, a golfers paradise everything is on point, the most friendliest and humble staff absolutely excellent service delicious food heated pools i would love to come back again and the town itself is so neat and beautiful its one of the best hotels i have ever been to i would definitely recommend ❤️

An excellent place to enjoy a game of golf as well as the spa, Roman Baths, indoor heated pool etc.

Golf course is magnificent. We stayed in the guest suites which are very comfortable and well kitted out.

Definitely a place to be. Suitable for all ages. Kids will love the place. Outdoor n indoor pools. Big n fully equipped gym for the active ones. Trail runs n cycling. I can't name it all. Will definitely go there again

Luxury Golf Resort with top notch amenities including a heated pool for kids & adults.

Service was slow and horrible. Rooms were in poor condition. Showers and aircons not working properly. Room service below average. Not impressed at all for the price. 2 stars simply for the location.

This place was fantastic. The golf courses are well maintained and beautiful. The caddy’s are very friendly and helpful. The facility’s and food services are great and the staff is good, would go again
