Was a great experience, I really enjoyed my time when I booked at Xanadu Villa. the beach view was awesome, the furniture of the villa was an great and unique. Mr. Albert and his wife were very friendly and welcoming for the guests. The room was amazing. Everything is there great. If you visit Wilderness you should stay at Xanadu Guest Villa is very recommended. I am really proud that villa was my one of the list on for my honeymoon places.

Well located on a pristine beach. The guest house is beautifully laid out and well decorated. Bathrooms a bit dated. Service is friendly and pleasant. Watching sunrise and sunset over the beach is special.

I recently stayed a week at Guesthouse Xanadu. The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. However, there were some issues. I didn't get the room I booked, which was annoying. When I told the host, he didn't seem to care much. Also, the WiFi was often not working well. There was a really bad smell on my balcony too. I mentioned this to the host, but again, he didn't seem concerned. This made my balcony unusable and was disappointing. While the guesthouse has good points, these problems did upset my stay.

It has a beautiful view... close to shops, close to the beach

Just had a wonderful 3 night stay at this amazing Villa Xanado in The Wilderness. No complaints whatsoever and thank you to Albert ( the owner) and all the staff for a fabulous start to our Holiday.

Wow, what a beautiful place to stay. We just did an overnight stay selling our beach house in the Wilderness so the Hoffmans went out of their way to accommodate our late checkin and even parked our car in their garage. Accommodation was outstanding, breakfast was lovely and fresh. Views we love and know so well, were absolutely stunning from our bedroom. Their garden is also a sight to behold. Well done to them for achieving such a tasteful guest villa.

Location was perfect. Amazing views with daily sightings of dolphins. Located on the beach with an easy walk down a few stairs to the beach. Breakfast was marvelous with a wide selection and more than enough food. Hosts were knowledgeable and very accommodating with ensuring we were catered for with regards to special requests on breakfast and making sure we were always comfortable. The staff were efficient and friendly . The garden was magnificent with everything you can ask for available. Albert and Tersia have paid such attention to detail with regards to the rooms that there was absolutely nothing missing from all the normal amneties to even proving beach towels and a beach bag.The rooms have luxurious carpets and decor which can sometimes make you nervous with toddlers, but the host were perfectly fine with kids

Xanadu- Translation: Heaven/ Paradise on earth!!! This accommodation is so true to its name!! What an amazing experience, and so blessed that I was able to have such an experience!!! I would recommend this stay, to any person!!! I have been allover the world, but never have I ever, experienced anything like to this!! Amazing in every single way!!! This is a tremendous place to stay. The location, right on the beautiful long Wilderness Beach, is perfect. And it is very convenient to forest walks and hikes in the park, and a few minutes drive to services and restaurants in town. Our host and the staff were very welcoming and friendly, with lots of good tips. Our room (the honeymoon suite) was huge, with a wonderful private balcony and access to the pool and beach. We loved our time here.

This villa is absolutely stunning!! The attention to detail is very impressive, a home away from home. The staff and Hosts are super friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Great views, great service! Definitely worth every single cent, will be coming again

There are no words big enough to describe the beauty of this place. The sea view is unbelievable even while having your breakfast. Walking breakfast off was also a breeze as getting to dip your toes in the sea and sand is a brief walk from the terrace because they have a private entrance to the beach. The staff is lovely and one can tell the ladies made my breakfast with love. For a Royal treatment I would suggest Xanadu Guest Villa.
