Terrible
croissants.
Nearly
like
rusks.
And
the
manager
came
to
tell
us
it
is
supposed
to
be
like
that
and
that
maybe
it
is
slightly
dark,
but
it's
normal.
Good
friendly
waiters.
I
think
we
got
there
on
a
bad
day.
Unfortunately
as
people
living
overseas,
you
don't
get
many
opportunities
to
get
to
experience
the
better
days.
After
I
wrote
this,
the
owner,
who
I
thought
was
the
manager,
did
give
us
a
lovely
loaf
of
bread
to
apologise
for
the
croissant.
I
am
grateful
for
this,
but
it
does
not
make
up
for
giving
bad
croissants.
If
they
were
baked
too
long,
please
don't
give
them
to
customers.
Burnt
or
overcooked
stuff
should
not
go
out
of
the
kitchen.
You
also
did
try
to
tell
us
that
the
croissant
was
OK
in
your
opinion
when
you
came
to
the
table
to
ask
what
was
our
issue.
You
never
acknowledged
that
it
should
not
have
been
served,
perhaps
until
my
wife
paid
the
bill
later
to
her.
I
was
merely
dismissed
as
irrelevant.
Croissants
are
my
absolute
favourite
bread
and
I
eat
it
wherever
I
go,
to
tell
me
it
is
supposed
to
be
like
that
was
an
insult.
You
say
that
you
don't
know
what
else
you
could
have
done,
but
it
would
have
been
great
to
just
have
a
different
slice
of
bread
given
instead
of
the
croissant
to
go
with
the
rest
of
the
really
tasty
food.
Thanks
for
the
gift,
and
I
hope
all
goes
well.
Kind
regards
