We love thin pizza bases and Bongos offers great ones. Unfortunately, our experience tonight was dismal though. My Moroccan pizza had no coriander - eventually when I pointed this out I was offered rocket instead. I would have chosen a different pizza if given the choice upfront. My wife ordered the Vegan pizza with extra mushroom. When it came it had mozzarella cheese. She is allergic. Fortunately she did not eat this. The Manager offered to re-make the pizza correctly. This time it came without the mushrooms that were ordered. Not a great show guys! The whiskey was great! Fortunately, that came straight out of the bottle. Not much room to fail there. I wouldn't recommend eating the pizzas here - especially if you are vegan - but it sounded like the patrons playing pool were having fun. I probably won't return. There are so many other great places available close by.

THIS TOTALLY AMAZING PLACE RIGHT BY THE CALTEX GARAGE AS YOU ENTER WILDERNESS IS SO STUNNING AND FRIENDLY AWESOME SERVICE FROM THE BAR LADY / MANAGER / WAITRESS I MEAN SHE DOES IT ALL. WELL DONE FOR THE AMAZING FOOD. IT WAS SO GOOD WE ATE THERE TWO DAYS IN A ROW....A MUST SEE. 5* FROM FOODY HOT SPOTS & NOTS FOLLOW ME ON FACEBOOK.

Rustic or would you call it hippie. Central situated in Wilderness. Delicious pizza may I say some with twist. Informal and just kick off your shoes and relax

Really nice place to have a drink and to eat some pizza. Very cosy in the winter with a nice fire place. Friendly and helpful staff.

Stopped off for pizza at Bongos and ended up having their nachos, few beers and cocktails instead. Great place, great location and great vibe.

A nice little pub that actually still allows smoking on the outside patio. The pub is cosy with a huge fire burning in the centre. The staff were quite friendly too. Their selection if ciders was a bit small but very well priced. The pizza is delicious and also not badly priced.

This place is a hidden gem with friendly people and fairly good priced drinks.
