I wish the portion sizes was better compared to Knysna but other then that the food was good.

Haven't been to a door Spur in ages as ours in durbanville is bad. Everything else was closed for to load shedding. We were pleasantly surprised by the service from the waitress to the manager. The food was perfect and tasty. Well done!

Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at Spur. Kiddies menu and supervised play area. A great pensioners menu too. Spur is the best for family eateries in South Africa!

To experience the Spur they have a high standard so you know when going there you will always have a good meal. My service this time was lacking as I had ribs and got no finger bowl but another table got. Also the waitress could not understand me and I had to speak to her more than once. Learning to communicate is the first step into life of working and getting your career on the go. Spur food has once again been good and end of day my stomach was happy. I will definitely visit again

Had the best time at spur our water justin was such a pleasure helping us. Defnetly a must have waiter at any restaurant he is tops!!

We ordered 2 ureal brekkies, one with a boerewors top up. We waited such a long time for the food. Upon enquiry why it's taking so long we were told the boerewors is the reason for the wait. Not the first time we've ordered the top up. First time we waited so long. We nearly got up and left.

Awesome experience, delicious food. Been to many Spur branches around the country and their steaks are one of the best, done to perfection! We visited en route to the airport, wish we had more time there. Will definitely be visiting George again.

I would like to express my appreciation to the management of Timber Wolf Spur, following my initial review, they took the time and effort to contact me personally and am assured that the issue we experienced with the waitress service level is being addressed. As stated before the overall experience was really good, meals we had all tasted great, healthy sized portions and good value for $$ and all up to the high standards we all have become accustomed to of the Spur brand over the years. We will definitely be visiting this one again when we are in the area next time.

Food was delicious

Food was good , the waiter was pleasant no problems there. It just I couldn't understand why there is someone in the play area to watch over the kids but can't control the bigger boys running up the slide and allover area like there no one else. So I have to watch the boy push my child off her feet to run past her to slide again and then the lady watching the kids do nothing just put my child at the drawing table it put my whole night off. Hope it won't happen again.

We had to sit outside, but it was a lovely evening! We had to wait for a table to be cleaned. We almost got up and walked away, as it took forever to get a waiter. It seems they were short staffed on Valentines. My son spilled his drink all over himself, and it again took long to get a cloth. When we returned to the table, the spillage had not been mopped and this was left like that. At least the food and desert, was tasty and generous!

Changed the way they used to serve avo on toast. It had so much pepper on that I couldn't taste anything else. Wr had a broken knife. We asked for another one. The new one was greasy and still had food on it.

Best family place where the kids feels like home and be able to wander around and be themselves. Don't come here and u don't love the kids running around especially when the Springboks play. It's a total vibe. This is home away from home.

We waited 48 minutes for or order, which was standard from the menu. We asked them to bring our drinks and food together, but they brought the drinks 30 minutes before the food. I had to ask for the bill four times.

Got there Sunday around 12h00. My spouse and I just wanted a light meal and opted for a starter each, and a drink. We were, in a sarcastic way to my mind, informed by the haughty waitress that alcoholic drinks are only served when a main course is ordered. A great pitty you have to take your steak home for your dog because they do not get good quality steak. Burger was OK. It's the fourth time eating at this spur and the only good thing is the beer.

Everything was great.. No it was excellent. Until the manager decided to have a disciplining moment with one of the staff members. Look we know that it is required to be the bad guy from time to time. Take moments like that out of sight from the public.

It was pleasant but cramped ( little space for 120kg men or women.) O n both sides table press against stomach of bigger sized clients. Not much to wait for. 90 % of seats made smaller petsons. I spend 500+ at every visit...yet very uncomforable

We frequent this Spur on a regular basis but there seems to be an issue between service staff and management as the last two visits we did not receive the attentive service we normally do. Staff stand around chit chatting and tables are not served resulting in delays in and wrong food orders. Our waitress seemed to be irritated serving our table. One highlight was that the food was at least good as per previous visits. Hope management addresses the staff attitude issues

Wouldn't even send an enemy to Garden route timber wolf spur. Service poor, blatant racism, Food served cold and this while on holiday spending a sunday meal on my fathers 55th birthday. The waiter lincy couldn't care less for the dirty plates on the table nor check in when everyone was craving a drink. Driving from the northern cape for this poor service. Never setting foot in this establishment again!

Sat on table 24 on Sunday. Food took 50 min to arrive for plain old burgers. Manager fights loudly with staff in the back. The whole atmosphere stinks. Go to the Spur in York Street much better experience.
