This is Roman's Pizza, along with the one in Mossel Bay, are the best Roman's Pizza shops I have ever had the pleasure and honour to visit and support. Amazing and efficient service combined with fantastic food is always a winning combination.

I usually call beforehand, and am told that my pizzas will be ready in 15 minutes... In over 3 years, I've "maybe" waited about twice, longer than suggested, which is in many people's books, commendable service !!

Highly unimpressed with the pizza I got this evening. They made no effort to spread the cheese to the edges of the pizza so I ended up with basically half my pizza as just dough and tomato paste. I would have been better off buying a loaf of bread and tomato sauce. The pizza also cost more than what was advertised on the menu. I was very hungry when I ordered, I am very disappointed.

One of the very few places that shines. The food is always excellent and consistent. The staff are friendly and the prices are good. The best is that you can ALWAYS pick up your pizzas 15 minutes after ordering. Keep it up! Edit 1 Jan 2024: Had to drop to 3 stars. Pizzas now taking 25 mins.

We ordered online while we sat at Heroldsbay the one Sunday afternoon. As there was no stalls open that day, we got so hungry. Ordered pizzas and drove back to George. Order was ready and got friendly and fast service from the cashier. We love to order from Roman's Pizza. Always a pleasure to go there. Shop is always clean and friendly staff.

Pizza pies were ready in 15 minutes, as always. No atmosphere, but no one expects there to be any in a takeaway pizza place. The food was filling and delicious, not as oily as it used to be. I'll always get my pizza here, it's the best.

Ordered online, went in later to collect, asked for the order and were told it'll be right out, after 15minutes and them calling order numbers after mine went to the front again to ask, and the pizza's been ready for a long time and ice cold when they gave it to me. and they made it sould like it's my fault? Would not recommend ordering online

opening times are wrong on google, came in at 09:40 and was told they only open at ten. Please change opening times on the internet because now I am going to be late for craving your delicious pizza haha.Otherwise love Romans pizza,it is our go to pizzeria

Terrible service. I wanted to place an order at 17:30. Got told that they have a back order of pizzas, got told i need to call back in 15min. Called back after 15min, got told that they have closed down the orders. Very unhappy with the service. Been one of their clients for many years. But have never been this unhappy about this

Very friendly service every time! I have ordered pan based and normal based pizzas and every time it was baked to perfection with more than enough toppings. Value for money! All take-aways was ready within 20 minutes after ordered every time. Well done !!!

Staff are rude to customers and do not care how loud they are when talking to each other.

Can be a bit busy some evenings, especially month end. This will make your waiting time a bit longer.

Was extremely busy which of course made the wait a bit longer, but it was to be expected. Is what it is so no complaints with that. Staff was cool and calm doing their thing very efficiently. Well done! You deserve a type of incentive I would say!

Very slow with service Phoned to ask how long it would take and was told 20-25 minutes. Took 50 minutes. Not the first time this has happened as well. And then the ladies have attitude when you ask

Not a bad place for some good pizzas, the staff can be more friendly, the waiting time can get a little crazy at times.

Great pizza and pizza pies. Service is efficient in person, but has some issues phoning them through their new number, and no one picked up. Not very friendly, and would not recommend dining in as it gets too busy.

Ordered a pizza telephonically. Picked it up between 10 and 15 minutes later. It was easy and uncomplicated. My mom loved her pizza.

Use the app. It is easy and if you time it correctly you still get your food warm.

Order took 1 hour after they said 13 - 15 minutes. Ladies at the counter had a very bad attitude as if they were doing me a hudge favour by serving me.

Staff looks half dead, manager outside smoking. Bought the beef pizza pie with hot Pepsi, got some pizza base filled with some kind of processed meat(Beef Polony??), god knows if it was beef or not but definitely trash. Thanks for the excellent waste of time (20min) and money.
