Loved the tour guide and all the insights and info shared. Always good to be educated rather than assume we understand. Got to encounter a cheetah too, most beautiful experience, up close. Lots of interesting animals to see and read about. The ranch is also well run with very friendly staff. A must visit if you're in the area.

Second visit to this venue, still in awe of how passionate this place is about the animals in their care and the conservation efforts of the team. Ed was an incredibly knowledgeable tour guide and so much fun to listen to. Savanna and Heinz were careful and caring with our animal encounters, making it a pleasant experience for us and a non disruptive one for the wildlife. 100% recommend!

What an amazing experience!!! The staff were super friendly and we could see everyone there loves their jobs. Ronaldo our tour guide was just fabulous, a great sense of humor and so well informed about all the animals. And the animals!!!! You will definitely not regret this experience and will not be able to forget it either. And don't miss a scrumptious meal and some local wines, well worth it too!

I was truly blown away by the Cango Wildlife Ranch. We didn't realize you could easily spend the whole day there just exploring and having fun with the kids and family. The tour guides are so good and passionate about their work and animals. World class range. A must go and prices are so reasonable even in the gift shop.

Very good experience. Tour guide was excellent. Animals are very well taken care of. A lot to see with the guide and then you can walk around all day, ticket gives all day access around the area. Personal interaction with certain animals is also available at extra rates.

We had so much fun here, it's really nice to see that the animals are cared for properly. After a year's visit we could see some positive changes so they really do try their best to look after the animals.

Had a wonderful experience here. A lovely variety of animals all taken care of exceedingly well. Highly recommend doing the tour it's well worth it, so informative. Our tour guide Navin deserves a bonus. 😉 We also did an animal encounter with the cheetahs which is a treasured menory. When we visit South Africa again from Australia will visit again as would love to spend additional time there which we did not have this visit.

Dedicated to wildlife conservation and awareness do not miss the opportunity to visit this wonderful place filled to the brim with spectacular sights for one and all, from the very youngest to the oldest. They offer guided tours and special hands-on experiences in which you get to interact with several of the animals directly. It's an experience of a lifetime.

These guys have done a remarkable job rehabilitating and re homing some of the animals here. The guides are super knowledgeable and give thorough and humorous presentations. The animals are in great condition and no unnecessary human interaction is conducted. The care and love this establishment has for wildlife is preserved in everything they do here. It is well worth the visit and there are 2 great restaurants to eat at too. I opted for the Indian street food cafe and absolutely loved the food. There is also a gift shop on the premises. Staff are a delight to deal with. Ablution blocks are clean.

Great park with heart on the right place. Animals seem to be taken good care of and the partner foundation is a great help for wildlife preservation. Guides are really friendly and we felt they really cared about making our experience worthwhile while they also showed great love for the animals. Nice for both parents and children (they even took care of our 3 kids below 4yo when we did the Cheetah meet and greet!) And a lovely Indian cuisine, a welcome change in menu during our holiday!

It's a really fun place to visit with kids. Lots of animals and you can interact with cheetah, leopard and baby cheetahs. The place has a couple of shops for snacks and a restaurant too. For smaller kids, bird feeding can be really exciting.

Visiting Cango Wildlife Ranch is an experience that cannot be forgotten ! The chance to see so many and different animals, in such a nice environment is incredible. The fact that they protect and help endangered species multiply, makes all of it worth it more than everything. Every ticket you pay and every special ticket you buy, supports their cause. It is a must see and family friendly. Danelle was an astonishing tour guide. She was very Informative, super enjoyable to listen, glowing of enjoyment for what she does. She even dressed like a small Santa clause suit since it is almost Christmas which was fun to see ! Everyone having her as their guide are really lucky !

We had a really love afternoon visiting Cango. The staff were very welcoming and polite. The park was very clean, the enclosures well maintained and clean. The food was lovely. We paid for a cheetah encounter which was incredible. We had a good safety briefing, disinfected our shoes and cleaned our hands. We had some great photo opportunities! Lots of photos of the big cats over the boardwalk. The snake section was small but good. Meerkats super cute! Loved the crocs - gutted it was out of season so couldn't do the dive. We would definitely go again!

What an amazing experience to see wildlife up close and personal. Such an informative tour guide Leopold with an extremely dry sense of humor, absolutely hilarious. I especially enjoyed my personal encounter with the cheetah and my son's encounter with the snake.

This was the best visit we have made to a wildlife rehabilitation Centre!! It's incredibly well run, professional, clean and the infrastructure for the animals is top class! The kids loved every minute and the crocodile cage diving is a definite must do. It's a very unique experience. I highly recommend this destination

I took my godson croc cage diving at this gem in Oudtshoorn. With a steady stream of local and international tourists, the amazing staff and facilities showcase the best of South Africa! I would go as far as to say they are smaller version of the incredible Australia Zoo on the Sunshine Coast. The food was also top class. Nice work guys!

Great day out with the family, food at the restaurant Turtles was ok. It's as I remember it, did a school trip back in the 80s. For kids definitely recommend.

Amazing place. The guides are so friendly and helpful. I learned a lot from the informative guide we took. The are a vast variety of animals and unlike a Zoo it’s not there to entertain but to protect the species. The vultures are cool and please check the cats. They are by far the best attraction. You are mesmerised the more you walk in. If you can, see if Ronaldo can be your guide. Funny guy but he knows his stuff. It’s worth every cent and stay for lunch. Definitely a whole day experience.

Well worth a visit ! Visit the ranch and spend the hour in a tour learning about the animals, the efforts of the conservation teams to save and rehabilitate them, and how we can help.. Our guide was lovely and so informative and funny - and we loved the way she included all the kids

Had a great time at the wildlife ranch, we had a very nice tour guide that showed us the animals and it was great fun for the kids. If you are ever in the area I would suggest you pay them a visit, especially if you have kids, since ours loved seeing the animals and getting to feed some of them

Our family took a road trip and Oudtshoorn was one of our stops. We accidentally came across the Wildlife ranch as we were paying a visit to the Cango Caves. What an awesome place this is. It intrigued me from the moment I saw the entrance. The massive crocodiles mouth definitely grabs one’s attention. There is a large variety of different wildlife including some stunning big cats. It is obvious that all the animals are well taken care of by the amazing staff, who were only too eager to show us around. They try to educate people on the conservation of these wildlife so they can have a healthy future. I was happy to have taken my two young children to this centre as I think education starts with our youngsters, so that they in turn can educate others on the importance of the conservation of animals. We really enjoyed our visit to the Cango Wildlife Ranch and it’s definitely a must for all to see. 👌

Fantastic wildlife zoo where the staff really care about the animals and want to tell their stories. The encounters are a gimmick but provide once-in-a-lifetime opportunities while raising money for a good cause. Great variety of wildlife including some beautiful big cats.

A lot of fun and the tour truly educates one in how and why the animals are worked with in the ways the establishment works with them. The encounters are a lot of fun a nice experience. The restaurant serves lovely food. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The gift shop at the end also has many different and beautiful items to buy to remember the place and Oudtshoorn by.

The service is perfect and our tour guide Navan was phenomenal. The tour is very clear and educating. If you love animals and if you'd like to learn more I'll definitely recommend. If you'd like to go to the restaurant then try the munchie basket and mocktails. You won't be disappointed
