The casino is very well maintained, always neat and always good service from most staff. The dealers are always so kind and fun to play with around the roulette table. The floor service know exactly when you need a refreshing drink too! In addition, there is the Billy G Buffet which, as a person who doesn't eat meat, I must say has a huge variety for all. And for those who want to bring thier kiddies along, let them play a selection of exciting arcade vames, which entertained even us as adults, just across the restaurant entrance.... Very nice atmosphere and the food is great. As buffet menu, you have an assortment to choose from - from soup to saucy seafoods to stews to stirfry to baked vegetables and an assortment of meats. They also have a range of deserts from ice cream to hot puddings to waffles and mousses. You pay a fixed fee per person (children pay discounted) however drinks are excluded. There is a children's play area opposite the restaurant (but still in the casino) with sitters. Parking is free and secure.

It is by far the worst paying casino. People complain on a daily basis but NOTHING gets done. We are being fleeced! Whether we play big or small bets, we never win. If you want to go there to pay the salaries for the employees then you should go to Garden route casino, but you won't win.

Another disappointment. Their buffet table shrunk to a quarter of what it used to be. The only seafood was fied calamari. Definitely not worth the money spent.

Playing on the slot machines at Garden Route Casino are purely for entertainment purposes. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the staff very friendly. Next time I'll make use of the senior citizen discount at the Garden Route Hotel.

Rooms good. Pool very small , but added benefit is a nice graden area with geese , rabbit and a deer for company . Restaurant menu is very limited . And vegetarian choices mush more limited to just 3 dishes. Casino attached. Restaurant has a offer , where you take a set mani of steak and ribs and u get 25 odd rands free to use at the adjoining casino.

I recently visited this casino and was disappointed by the negative aspects of gambling. The constant flashing lights and sounds were overwhelming and many people were losing large amounts of money. I strongly advise against gambling as a form of entertainment and instead recommend trying the restaurants inside the casino for a night out. Save your money and find a more responsible and enjoyable way to spend your time.

Restaurant service very slow, ordered hot chocolate and requested that it be hot when it arrived it was cold and had to send it back. Waited 45 mins for our meal, only 10 guest in the restaurant. Casino needs a revamp, nothing changed since I was there 3yrs ago.

What a let down. Don't waist your expensive petrol driving there. Nothing special to see. They only have 3 or 4 tables for playing cards but a lot of slots. A pathetic small candy shop and a restaurant. We spent our money in the kids arcade.

Machines in smoking area always broken. Play on machine last weekend and in broke and again this weekend. Machine broke while you play on it. Staff is good and always help you. Garden route casino please make sure the slots is in good working condition.

First visit - thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Clean, neat like all other Tsogo casinos

Lots of parking near the entrance. Attendants very friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit them again. Did not win anything hope I am more lucky next time

Nice place, but entertainment for children and restaurant options are very limited - definitely room for improvement

Good place but mostly caters for adults the sweet shop needs more of a variety and the arcade needs to be updated and more fun for kids maybe bring back the pool table

We went to Billy G's for their buffet and were once again NOT disappointed.

This place was alright, it was definitely one of the smallest casinos (imo) to date from the outside. However, the property is somewhat well maintained and clean.

We were guests in the Hotel on 17 Dec 23. Hotel is neat and nice to stay in, food is excellent and staff is absolutely great! We had a great experience.... The exact opposite is true on ALL levels for the Casino - no joy whatsoever! Very very slow and unfriendly waiters, NO pay outs and zero support from Management! Not a place to be at, in contrast to all other Tsogo Casino's around the country...

Good people, friendly personnel. Vibe is attractive. However, the food presentation for Sunday lunch needs a bit of attention. Only 2 meat on dish. No lamb/ sheep. No Braai patatoes were available.

Dont waist your money !! Very bad service , all you can eat buffet , food tasted bland no real taste to anything i had, service was extremely bad and waiter ddnt listen to what we said , and did the oppitite , chef was very mean

Nice and clean place 👌 it's the best place to lose or win money although the slots are full problems sometimes but hey the place is still good 👍 for the tables the dealer once gave me a card when I didn't ask for it.i think there is room for more training

We were there for the buffet at Billy G...not for the casino as such. Kids loved the food and couldn't get enough of it. Would definitely return.

Beautiful setup but not a friendly casino. I was there for 3hours and met seniors from out of town on holiday like myself. The casino gives no returns and in that way no enjoyment in playing. I know it is a gamblers luck but going away from home at least one should have some enjoyment

Dealer was a bit angry, I am familiar with the game of roulette however my father joined me and tried to learn if not for social distancing I'm almost sure the dealer would have hit his hands

Very nice place clean and tidy

When in Moselbay and surrounding towns do visit as the atmosphere is very relaxing. You could even leave with extra spending money on your holiday.

First visit there and looking forward to going back. Smaller than others but has all the gaming tables and slots. Very pleasant staff, atmosphere and clean. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and my good fortune there.

Had the buffet. Good variety to choose from. Very tasty. Unfortunately did not leave space for their delicious desserts haha
