reply,
I
did
not
at
any
point
feedback
to
your
staff
that
I
was
happy
with
the
meal,
as
I
did
not
end
up
ordering
food
and
went
to
another
establishment.
I
believe
you
have
me
confused
with
another
dissatisfied
customer.

Definitely
should’ve
read
the
reviews
before
coming
in.
It
appears
menu
availability
is
a
significant
recurring
issue
here.
It’s
a
very
simple
process
to
ensure
kitchen
staff
inform
waiting
staff
when
particular
food
items
or
dishes
are
running
low,
so
they’re
prepared
when
customers
order.
The
excuse
I’ve
read
in
most
of
the
review
responses
from
the
owner,
stating
the
fact
they
serve
fresh
food
is
the
reasoning,
it’s
laughable
and
quite
pathetic
-
most
places
serve
fresh
food
and
deal
with
supplier
shortages
etc,
the
issue
here
is
the
miscommunication
between
your
staff.
Something
only
resolved
through
adequate
training.
We
shouldn’t
have
to
wait
15
minutes
before
finding
out
the
food
we
ordered
isn’t
actually
available.
It
wouldn’t
have
been
an
issue
had
we
been
informed
either
at
the
time
of
ordering
or
a
short
while
after
(emphasis
on
short).
Harpenden
has
a
lot
to
offer,
so
I’d
certainly
recommend
other
nearby
restaurants
and
pubs
-
sadly
not
this
place
until
basic
communication
has
been
improved
between
the
staff.
Especially
when
you
have
multiple
staff
on
shift,
loitering
around
the
bar
for
chats…embarrassing
and
highly
unprofessional.
Though
I
do
have
to
say
some
of
the
younger
uniformed
staff
were
helpful.
