3 days ago we went to riverside pub. We ordered through the app. One of my friend has allergy so one of the staff sakiv came to check. He confirmed about allergy meanwhile we had fun with him and he was so friendly.. food was awesome and the guy looked after us nicely. He was the best. We were happy about him because the way he looked after us. Great place. Love it. Will visit again..

A good place for drinks and some food. We have come here on many occasions, either drinks while walking by or lunch / dinner too. The lunch options are lovely and give some more healthy choices, especially for vegetarians. That being said, don’t miss out on the chunky halloumi wedges. The order process can be frustrating as bar staff don’t always ask who is next. Many a time have we queued for 15 minutes and felt ignored. Once you get food and drinks however, it’s good quality and you will be happy. The outdoor seating area is perfect in summer! It can get quite noisy inside so we also escape outside sometimes. There’s a lovely open fire inside if you grab that sofas as soon as you walk in.

The staff are fabulous. Cleanliness is pristine. Service is outstanding. Located in Vauxhall on the banks of the Thames. You can enjoy a pint, have a good lunch and a coffee without breaking the bank. Say Betty, Matt, Sam and Lorraine if you go there. They’re the best.

An outstanding restaurant for brunch - my companions enjoyed scrambled eggs on sourdough toast, while had a full English. Everything was freshly cooked and tasty; thoroughly recommended.

We come for breakfast this morning, wow. It was absolutely amazing. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a very long time. Service was top notch too. I believe his name was Danny, he makes the best coffees and Lil was such a lovely host. Will definitely be back.

Strange experience at this restaurant last week. We had to confirm our booking a couple of times to in the end arrive in an almost empty restaurant. It smells to old frying fat. The waiter spoke very poor English. First he started with mentioning what was not available and the list was long. We ordered some bread with butter for 10 people to share a bit. When it arrived we had to laugh he brought 10 times 2 sandwiches what was he thinking! Of course we did send it back. Food that arrived was acceptable. We ordered deserts and the kids already started making jokes about that it is not available. And indeed, he came back, no brownies, no this. He offered the kids ice cream with liquor.... It is a pity, location is nice, venue is nice but you can make so much more of this place.

The roast pork was very nice, they were not stingy with the portion size but definitely needed a lot more gravy, we had asked multiple times for some more but service was pretty slow. Pork could do with crackling as well. Other than that the roast was good , just a typical average pub.

It's a Young's pub so if you know their formula (good food & wide selection of drinks) then you'll like the Riverside. Plus it has spectacular views of the river. Croquettes as a starter followed by the roast pork belly. No Yorkshire on mine? The service is excellent but it was oddly quiet for a sunny Sunday afternoon in June.

Nice place, great atmosphere. Barmaid friendly and attentive. Only thing I don't like is that they don't have regular coke, only diet or zero which I personally don't like. Beautiful view of the River.

Great location and friendly staff. Quite quiet on a Tuesday evening thus the speed of service was frustrating slow although the staff were extremely friendly. The menu was quite limited but we were all happy with our food but found it a little pricy for what it was, albeit we aren’t used to London prices and have nothing to compare it to.

Location: 5 Price: 3 Ambience : 4 Service: 5 Over priced for the Mains . Taste is OK. The only thing we liked is triple baked Chips. No competitor in my view. Rose lemonade is a must try. In sea food most of the items are unavailable even at early evening on valentine’s day. Not much food options to choose from. Drinks options are nice. All the lagers are quite good. Service is excellent. It was very busy still the guys were managing quite well. 👏👏

Booked restaurant 2 weeks ago for a disabled couple to enjoy lunch with a river view. Having never been before I emailed about step free access, loos and parking. Great communication from the riverside, very helpful garage attendants who helped us to the correct lift. Then well serviced by the staff with a delicious 3 course lunch. Will be definitely coming again. Thanks very much!

We had a great time celebrating our event at the Riverside. The space allocated to our party was spacious and overlooking the river. The staff was kind and helpful, serving us quickly and efficiently. Drinks and food were good, all our guests were very happy. We will come back!

Maraine handled my group booking really well. Lovely communication and great service for my birthday event for 30 people. Despite the on off tube strike were very flexible. Great space. Everyone loved the venue, the location and service and got several compliments to come back. Thank you, wish you the best and will come back.

We have a lovely family meal at The Riverside yesterday - a cold mid-January Thursday at 4pm in the afternoon. Great to find a place open at that time of week & day, with plenty of customers socialising and eating. Service was excellent, v friendly. Lovely wholesome food and a very relaxed spacious environment. So easy!

For the last thirteen years I have hosted a Christmas lunch for between 75 and 100 people at The Riverside in Vauxhall. Every year the hospitality team served my guests impeccably. The venue has an incredible atmosphere and the team always work to create a warm relaxed vibe. Miraine the Manager is meticulous in her attention and a perfect partner for helping to deliver a special event. Thank you Miraine & team.

A vibrant, clean and modern pub-style restaurant. Beautiful atmosphere and river side views overlooking the Battersea power station. Ordering food is not something straightforward as you have to use a non-sense app. Decent drinks and nice variety. However paying £31 for a small, tasteless meat platter makes the food a "no go" option. Would revisit but only for a few drinks or a coffee.

Much needed weekend away from an awful 2023. Found the Riverside by chance. Great food, and atmosphere. Service was excellent from Rakib and rest of staff, very friendly. When next in London, we will definitely be calling in again. Loved it.. Huge thumbs up 👍

What a lovely place! First impressions were excellent, friendly and pristine. The three of us went for lunch. There was a problem with the kitchen so we were delayed a few minutes - no problem at all. We loved our lunch, the food was amazing and the service was second to none. The weather was foul today and being inside was great. I cannot wait to go again - above all in the spring and sit outside on the terrace! :-) :-) :-)

Really nice setting next to the Thames. There is outside seating also. Nice interior with plenty of places to sit. I had the signature burger for £17 and it was very tasty. There are enough ales, and I had Proper Job. Staff were helpful. Very chilled environment.

My mother and I booked a dinner reservation at this restaurant for New Year's Eve, anticipating a memorable evening especially as she was coming to visit from Peru. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. Despite making reservations well in advance, we were denied the promised view of the fireworks from our seated area. The handling of our belongings and seating arrangements after dinner left us in a discomforting situation, with our reserved table occupied upon our return. The management's response to our concerns was inadequate, lacking the customer service quality one would expect, especially considering the time and +£200 invested in the booking. I hope the restaurant addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future customers.

Spacious restaurant, lovely contemporary interiors and a good menu. I had the Sunday roast and it was a yummy generous portion. I would have just left the garlic out as it made my meat taste garlicky.

Right in the river. Great outside seating an indoor is nice and casual with couches. I was here on Sunday and showed up for the roast. Sold out. Maybe next time.

Best roast I’ve had yesterday at riverside. Food was awesome and the guy called sakiv he was our waiter . Had a great time with my mum. She has allergies, and sakiv looked after her very well . He kept checking if my mum was okay or not. He is the best. Will visit again.

🚇 Vauxhall 🍺 £6.35 Estrella ❤️ A modern riverside pub set amongst Vauxhalls regenerated bank of the Thames. . Vauxhall, Nine Elms & Battersea are undergoing a massive regeneration project, for better or for worse depending on your point of view. One potential benefit is the addition of more social spaces for us to enjoy, one such place is the @riversidevauxhall . . This Riverside is located on the ground floor of this recently developed stretch of Riverside Walk in Vauxhall and about a five minute walk from Vauxhall tube. Alternatively, if you fancy arriving by boat, St George Wharf riverboat stop is located close by. . This is a huge @youngspubs pub that is made up of joined up sections set around a central bar area. This is a bright, airy and classy joint that is very modern in appearance. There are private and semi private function areas, along with the main communal bar area, all of which have different seating arrangements which cater for various group sizes. The rugby was on at the time of visiting and there were plenty of attentive punters watching the screens dotted around the pub. Outside there is a large terrace with great views across the Thames. . My Son and I arrived just after 6pm and the atmosphere was lively and there was a good buzz about the place. We were served by a nice young lady who was polite and efficient. I had a pint of Estrella which nice enough, price point was a bit on the high side but overall no complaints. The food menu’s here are full of British classics, the menu’s range from a Full English to Fish & Chips depending on the time of day you visit, there are also vegan and vegetarian options. . I was pretty impressed with the scale and set up of this pub, even though I have a penchant for traditional pubs. This place has a nice vibe about it and is set in a great location on the banks of the river Thames, this pub has added a bit of soul to this regenerated area of glass, steel and concrete. Nice cosy pub with nice booths and sofas to lounge in. The foods good too. Set next to the Thames it's a great location and if you're outside and it's cold they've got the heaters to keep you there for longer 😉

Had a very nice time with my family at Riverside. Ambiance was perfect - warm and homey - and the views were great! Food was delicious and the staff were also very welcoming. Will definitely be back soon!

Quick spot of lunch which was very tasty and reasonably priced. Arrived very quickly which was great. Lovely view too, I can imagine on a sunny day this would be a great spot!

Had dinner on a Saturday evening and I must say we enjoyed it very very much. The atmosphere was great, (child friendly too, lots of families) the waiters have been exceptionally attentive and the food good. We will definitely return. There is always something that each one of us will personally not agree/like and I see it as a constructive feedback if the chef accepts it: for me it was the cream of the dessert , very disappointed considering the level of satisfaction of the whole dinner. The blackberry and pear crumble was delicious( even though i will call it pear crumble only - 2 raspberry and 2 blueberry doesn not compensate for the name) . Thank you :-)

The Staff and the venue at The Riverside are brilliant. We were a group of 15 people with Parkinson’s and their carers with very specific needs. We were treated with kindness and respect. Great food, great and easy transport links, good spacious facilities. We had our own side room and it was very special. Thank you. Very recommended. We will be back
