Although Trip advisor says dogs are allowed, the Security at the door would not us in. Then he gave us the attitude of “you can write anything you want wherever you want”. I’ve read on trip advisor that Belushis are employing thugs as security, and by the attitude of the guy at the door, this seems to be the case.

Terrible organisation. Won't serve general public. Awful service. Lack of communication. Out for the foreign dollar. Avoid.

Bouncer dropped my ID and lost it for a few minutes while telling me he gave it back to me. Plus why are they showing only NFL games? Premier league is much more important. Stop pandering to the yanks.

Really poor experience. Beer is tasteless, despite a good selection, and the way they manage people entering is disgusting. Please avoid.

Not pleasant, accommodating, or even friendly. Refuses to allow any of the 20+ screens to play anything aside from highlights and red zone, even for unbooked tables I might add. Wings are overpriced and mediocre. Staff (outside of the lovely bouncer) unwelcoming and rude. What can you expect from an “American” hostel failing to be a bar though, I suppose.

This place had your standard bar food. It was ok but you feel gross after. We couldn’t figure out how to work the tv’s. Ok location- not the best for the arsenal game because everyone has their own tv. We thought it would be packed for the big game but it wasn’t

We were in the basement dugout at Belushi's London Bridge to watch the NFL. The Premier League was playing upstairs and we were quickly directed downstairs to the dugout because the NFL was going to be shown there. We reserved a table for 4 in advance so that we would be able to watch the NFL games properly. The first thing to know is that every reservation comes with a package (in this case table, burger (beef/chicken/veggy) and fries and, as it turned out, a bucket with 5 Heineken in the bottle. We were Didn't ask if anyone in our group wanted a cider (which was mentioned as an option in the email confirmation) or perhaps something else. The beef burgers only include the basic burger and we asked if it was possible was to pay the difference, but that wasn't the case. I would have expected a little more flexibility here. The table we were sitting at was right in front of a projector, which was great, but (!) the projector was still showing the Premier League while all the other screens were showing the NFL and also had audio from the NFL games. Why does it say NFL is shown at the bottom and the biggest screen is still showing the Premier League, even if it was only the last 15 minutes? On the plus side, there are plenty of other screens scattered around the store and in front of the bar that provide a good view. We could also see some of them from our seats. Then there was another annoying thing: the main room where we were sitting was way too loud. There was a big Bose speaker blasting the room and we couldn't speak to each other at all. You had to shout at each other. Even the service staff sometimes couldn't understand what we ordered. Another point is that you can order food/drinks from the wait staff walking around (food even has to be ordered from this wait staff), but when we arrived we waved to different wait staff three times and still were ignored. I would have expected them to at least ask for food orders after we sat down. It's not a problem to order at the bar, but when asking customers to order at the table, you should pay a little more attention to the customers. I'm not one to complain much, but this really wasn't the experience I expected from a sports pub/bar. That's why I wouldn't visit the pub again. + lots of screens, great for sporting events + nice cabins with private screens (bookable for 5+ guests) + Drinks are good + they are open until 2am - Way too loud - still Premier League on the big screen instead of NFL (last 15 minutes) - Table service not very attentive / Food was ok

ambiance changed into super for matchday with friends. Draft beer selections are limited. Wings and fries have been exceptional! Burgers were dry and tasteless, and churros were bland and a touch bitter. carrier changed into extraordinary. Steer clear of the burgers, and you will have a exquisite time.

60 monster chicken wings.... to die for! Absolutely amazing place. Will Defo recommend to others

Such bad service, you have to force the waiters to come and serve you and when you do get an order in it takes some time (and your whole table may not get food at the same time) and don't expect to get the right order! Waitress chewing gum the whole time and the waiter who brought our food dumped some of his leftover receipts on my plate when I was finished and walked off. The food was tasty enough but wouldn't recommend overall.

Dugout for any sport is the place to be, multiple themed caves, great food and service, young and fun bartenders, very very cute ones too. Don’t hit on my boy Conor!

Poor management for pre-booking and very bad service, especially when there’s an important match! Unwelcoming, disrespectful and rude staff, particularly the two girls at the entrance.

Dugout was a great experience, amazing decor and huge TV playing whichever game you want to watch, cannot recommend enough. Staff are a vibe.

We usually go here if we want to continue our night from a pub nearby. Could use some hooks or a cloakroom as the floor and tables get very sticky

It's a nice enough space. We were there for a corporate event so a very different atmosphere. The food really wasn't very good but I doubt that's the reason most people will be there.

Asked for a specific game to be played on one of the large screens (not pre-booked table screen) and the staff said they can't do that, I and my partner even pointed out that nobody was watching a few of the large screens so it would not be an inconvenience to other customers but the staff wouldn't mind the change of station but the staff still refused, poor customer service

My friends and I came to Belushi's to watch todays UEFA Champions League games. We arrived about 2 hours before kick-off. Shortly before we wanted to order a drink, a "reserved" note was put onto our table without even looking once after us or if customers were at the place and we were told that we had to be gone by 7:30 p.m. at the latest. Before we asked a different member of staff if a reservation was necessary and it was clearly a no. Left the bar immediately afterwards. Absolute disgrace to treat your customers like this.

Stay away!!! I was in, last Saturday night for fun and a drink. When I got the second drink, they tried to charge me twice for a drink. After that ,I asked for a pice if lemon in my drink (vodka lemon)and the guy from bar didn’t.He call the security men,and took me outside. They took my drink and they charged me.Than I tried to explain to supervisor security what’s happened, but this security man was full of drugs and also tried to sell me a drugs. At the end,he stalled my wallet,my cash and my oyester card. When he sow I was trying to call 999,he replaced my wallet empty. I never will be back in this jungle!!!
