Really nice BrewDog location. I tried the vegan Beyond Burger at the waitress’s recommendation and did not regret it. One of the best veggie burgers I’ve had! Wonderful cider too.

BrewDog is always one of my fav big space, plenty of seating inside and outdoor, best craft beer choices and amazing atmosphere.

TLDR: Give it a try. Free tastings. So many taps! This Review is based on a December 2022 visit. This pub was nice. There are multi levels. I didn't notice any outside seating( that may be a winter thing). There are some tabletop board games I noticed inside. I assume those are for people to use if they like. The decor is different enough that it is memorable. I liked the wall of dog party photos. The bar is lined with the full selection of beers on tap. The bartender was nice, he offered me to taste anything I wanted . I ended up picking a lager, the first one on the list. I chose to have the Veggie(Beyond Meat) Burger with fries and chips(fries). The presentation was better than I anticipated and the actual taste was immaculate. Hats off to the chef and cook. This was my best burger in London to date. They also have A mobile phone charging box thing so you can lock your phone away and Juice up if needed. I wish I was in this area longer so I could go back. Five stars for exceeding expectations. So my second BrewDog visit in less than a week. This one on Clerkenwell Road is much smaller, cosier and older than its Tower Hill sibling, but still a nice space. In a far less touristy location so a lot more regulars. Really friendly, helpful staff and the usual great selection of ales and craft beers. Two/third pint glasses is a good option too. Sampled a couple but settled for the Funk Estate B-Boy - a sour beer that really worked for me!

Expensive for what you get but the customer service was absolutely excellent. Helpful drinks recommendations and service with a smile. I'm not a massive fan of being served food on a lunch tray for the cost the burger was, but it tasted okay. The drinks were much better. Probably more of a personal preference but I wasn't a massive fan of the scratty decor and crockery. I feel for the price you pay, sitting in a nicer environment would be more pleasant.

Jumped in here for a quick drink before heading back to Scotland and what I love about a bredog pub is you know what you are getting anywhere in the world. You are getting servers that are really knowledgeable about the beers they have and even the guest brews. It is always a nice atmosphere. Didn't have any food but I imagine it is also of good quality.

Nice choice of beer, many dark beers on tap. Nice atmosphere too - it's not very large, so it feels cosy; also warm inside, unlike usual London venues. Food was quite nice - not amazing, but comparing to my previous Brewdog food experiences, this was probably the best. Personnel was friendly at first but somewhat twitchy towards the later hours. Nothing major though, just a bit less welcoming.

We ordered 4 beers but then the bartender only brought 3, we asked to double check and he did and brought the 4th beer afterwards Then we ordered food: two Share + 2 sides orders of wings but they only brought 2 sides claiming their system only had 2 sides instead of 4. We clearly ordered 4 sides as each item was a Share + 2 sides so 2x2 = 4 We asked the waiter and he said we were wrong even though we paid the price of 4 sides. To "compensate" for the problem the waiter brought us 1 side only and treat us as if we should be grateful for it. So we paid for 4 and got 3 and should thank him (I've added a photo of the 3 sides( For some reason it seems they only wanted to serve 3 people that day and not 4

Ordered vegan wings to take away. Got home (miles away) they gave me actual chicken, clearly a mistake so no big deal but they don't answer the phone after calling many times and they ignored my emails. So now I'm £20 down

I'll start by saying that I've been a huge fan of Brewdog beers since Day 1, way back in the original Equity for Punks phase. But I'm afraid the pubs are really starting to lose their appeal and sadly this one is no different. The bar felt more like a restaurant than a pub and the smell of food was overpowering, like a bad takeaway. Lights were way too bright and the beer choice was average - rolling out the same main beers that have been there for years. Brewdog, I'm sad to say, has gone... mainstream:/ There are much better craft beer alternatives today and much better pubs.

This is by far my least favourite brewdog. We went there for wings, which we had multiple times in multiple batches, however it had less sauce, the order was missing, and the service overall was not good at all. Go to other branches

Burger was bland and over cooked, wings were small with little meat and very little sauce or spice. Women servicing tables was too busy reading a book and looking like a customer herself to care about what actual customers needed. Keep walking. This was not worth the 40 and service didn’t exist other than one guy behind the bar doing everything.

Honestly some of the best customer service I've received in years. We were about to order from the app and the waiter can't to our table, suggested some beers and took our food order and everything arrived incredibly fast. He was also extremely polite and very helpful.

Such a great evening at BrewDog as it always is! Vegan double bacon cheeseburger was delicious and our favourite seitan wings were incredible. The kitchen were understaffed due to sickness but the food still arrived in good time and we were offered a free drink for the wait! Staff are so friendly and accommodating.

My daughter bought me a beer school gift for my birthday. The session was run by the deputy manager JP standing in at short notice due to staff absence. JP made it good fun giving a short history of Brewdog before going through the range of beers with a selection of cheeses for tasting. Certainly tried some beers I wouldn't usually have tried so was a good experience so thanks JP! My family joined us afterwards for some drinks and food. The service was slightly disappointing after the excellent beer school. We had an extended wait for the food after ordering it as the chef was on a break (JP did apologise for that). However one of the other staff spoke to me disrespectfully after I queried an incorrect order rather than find out what the issue was. It was corrected but not completely and we had to ask for the sour dough toast which should have been part of the dish. The same member of staff provided ordinary bread and made a comment about the chef was a short notice stand in "we brought him in specially so you could have food". Shame about the customer service from this individual (yes I know it's challenging times but...) But at least JP was great on the experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed experience here - as I do all Brewdog pubs! Great selection of Craft Beers and ales. Great vibe inside Bar. Round of three beers cost £17, plate of Buffalo wings £9.50. RECOMMEND.

Spent 10 minutes at the bar being looked at by staff before being told that I couldn't order at the bar because of a problem with the till. Turns out there was a sign... which unfortunately I couldn't see because it was obscured by the two people in the queue in front who were ordering at the bar. One rule for one and one rule for another evidently. After downloading the App I found I couldn't order what I wanted because I didn't have a table number and the App doesn't do all the EFP discounts. Spent another 5 minutes being ignored by the bar staff as I tried to attract their attention. Walked out. Bring back the culture of fear

Cool bar super friendly staff member great beer as usual. So why only four stars? Because the poor guy was on his own trying to run the floor and the bar at the same time.

Ended up in Brewdog by accident. Given today's headlines, would not have gone in were it not for the fact that our regular was closed. Turns out they have a decent product with great service. Let's hope the owner finds some humility and deals with the issues raised properly.

  • 2/5 Matt J. 4 months ago on Google
Decent food and beer as expected from Brewdog but we were overcharged on two out of the four orders we placed at the bar. We realised after and the bar staff were quick to process a refund, but you shouldn't have to be constantly checking your receipts to avoid being overcharged.

We booked a wings Wednesday today at 6pm and when we came in, it was mayhem. Thankfully we had Phil, Sarah and Ien managing the entire floor and they done an amazing job getting our food and drinks on time as well as make us feel super welcome. It was a great night for my friends and it couldn’t have been that epic without the help of the bar and kitchen staff so thank you all for making this night one to remember! Will definitely be around more! Nanz :)

Drinks: amazing. Beef burger: amazing. Chicken burger: lacking. Thigh meat and very stringy. Otherwise was the usual mixture of amazing BrewDog food and service and eclectic beer!

Had a few beers in here after a meal at St John's surprise 30th birthday for my son. I am a Brewdog fan and the place did not dissapoint, great raw interior how I like it and wide range of choice including BD soft drinks for those who don't drink alcohol or are driving, so everyone happy.

Great beers but insanely overpriced food. £19 for a burger and fries, compared to £14 from somewhere like Patty and Bun which is far better in my opinion. I had the chicken burger and it was tough and not very good. When we went it was pretty empty, and I think the prices are why. If they dropped the extortionate food prices it would be much better.

Great venue for beer selection and burgers. Arguably better burger or beer places around but hard to find places that serve food all day. Good for groups.

Stopped for a couple of drinks after a networking event nearby. The BewDog was busy but service was great (asked the staff passing by the table for a couple of drinks, service was great and drinks delivered to the table). Would definitely go back.

Really like this Brewdog. 2min walk from Farringdon station. Smaller than the other London BD's. A few tables outside.

Perfectly fine venue except for 1 thing. Went late Feb 2022 and at the bar there were AT LEAST 15-20 small flies buzzing around the taps and bar counter where I stood. Completely unacceptable. To boot staff were sitting around on their phones and laptops when clearly cleaning needed to be done UPDATE: called in yesterday for a drink. BD Clerkenwell reached out to me after this review. It seems some deep cleaning must have been done because i went back and there were no flies in the bar that i could see.

We were there for a quiz. This seemed poorly organised, with terrible sound quality from the host, and with booked quiz teams mixed in with non quiz people making it even harder to hear. It would not be difficult to book off an exclusive area for the quiz participants and to collaborate with the quiz host to make sure the venue AV is working properly. These are the basics to get right when doing a quiz and it’s quite surprising they’ve been overlooked. We won’t be coming back to do a quiz here, it was just too stressful.
