Decent, reasonable priced food, and right on our door step. The mixed grill I had today was very good though! All nicely cooked and very tasty.

We were weary of travelling and delighted to find when i phoned that food was served all day. We arrived and was greeted by a lovely lady, who welcomed us. She was very friendly and helpful. We ordered our meals and when they arrived, we were totally wowed. The food was wonderful. The atmosphere was so lovely and we really enjoyed our time here.

The pub/restaurant looked inviting from the outside and didn't disappoint once inside as it was very modern, bright and very clean. The food was delicious and served red hot. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. It had a nice atmosphere. I would definitely go there again if I went to Kent again.

Everything was absolutely lovely. I think the options for burgers could have a smaller option too though as they were all huge but such good value for money. Staff were friendly and very efficient.

A Marston's pub in the middle of a modern shopping centre, business park, and housing estate. Decent food and very good service from smiling staff. Sensible prices for beer... Way better than wetherspoons!!!

Kelly, who took our order, is great and friendly! All of the staff are lovely and very welcoming. Food is sometimes hit and miss - have had an overly salty gammon and a cold steak once, other times the food is spot on. We are regulars here and do enjoy the food and atmosphere. Lots of cocktails, drink choices, etc. for a great price which I love!

Attended a friend’s 60th birthday with 10 of us in total. Great atmosphere and excellent service. Food was top quality and great value. Portion size of meals was just about right too.

Bar staff very friendly and welcoming. Tables were clean. We didn’t have to wait too long for our food and it was lovely. Amazing chips! Will definitely return. My only criticism was that it was a little chilly in there.

Visited for the first time with my 2 children. We all had lovely meals, served in a good time, fresh and hot. The bar and waiting staff were all lovely. Easy to talk to and very helpful. Already planning a return visit.

Nice enough. It's a chain but better priced then most others in the area. Weekly burger and a pint type deals.

we have shielded at home as a family since the start of the Pandemic March 2020 and went out into the community for the 1st time socially on 21st June 2023. Our meals looked lovely sadly the rump steaks were quite tasteless and about 50% of mine was inedible (chewy grisstle) which was left on my plate and reported to the waitress. No one came over to us as we were eating our meal to check if everything was ok otherwise I would have reported the problem then. The waitress said she would inform the chef but we heard nothing back. I think a free dessert or cup of coffee would have been appropriate. We ordered from the main menu 80z rumo steak surf anf turf and ended up regretting our choice and maybe should have opted for the lunchtime menu and had 3 courses for about £10.

Had dinner here with my 2 kids (11 & 8). First time we'd visited. Very impressed with the food, service and prices. Pub was clean and tidy and the staff were all lovely. Our food came out hot and fresh. Looking forward to returning already.

Friendly staff. Toddler area with toys and screens, a thoughtful idea. Also appreciated the larger toilet cubicle in the ladies-toddler friendly. Some vegan and vegetarian options (though I do miss the old range and hope they bring some of the dishes back) really appreciate having both a veggie kids and adults option. Thanks. Great afternoon.

Visited at a particularly busy time but staff worked extra hard to accommodate. Very clean and tidy place to eat and drink. Good food at a very reasonable price.

First Xmas Dinner of the year with some work mates. Didn't disappoint, food and service was good, shame we were put next to the kids play area, fortunately for us it was a Monday afternoon and not in holiday time.

New Year's Eve lunch for 4. Well worth the money 👌 All 4 plates were superb. Wine, not overly expensive. A good time had by all - thank you 👍

Possibly the worst Sunday roast I have ever had in a pub. Three small roast potatoes, several over cooked, wet carrots, a small ball of stuffing and a small amount of very average beef. I would guess that most of the contents of the plate came from the freezer.

My husband and I arrived mid-day expecting to be turned away like we had been by two other restaurants that afternoon. Not only did we receive a delicious meal, but it was a very generous portion for the price. The venue had a very open, clean, colorful and friendly atmosphere with space for children to play. We have already shared this preciouses find with our family, and will definitely be visiting The Pheasant again. What a bonus to have a restaurant which serves from 11am till late! Keep up the great work :-)

Friendly welcome. Helpful staff. Food was good and very reasonably priced. Liked the option of a slimming burger (no bun or chips with salad instead).

Drank and ate here with some friends in June (as the Premier Inn was not serving food). The bar has good food and great service. Just a shame they had very few beers on tap. Otherwise 5/5

Typical pub chain food really. Nothing special. Inside is pleasant enough. The staff are very young but efficient at what they do. I'd go back but it wouldn't be a regular place fir me to eat.

Even though the alarms went off and the gas went out. The staff were friendly and got the food out as quickly as they could. Keeping us informed at all time. It was delicious and hot. Well done

Went for a meal with a couple of friends. The meal was wonderful ( only fish n chips ) However there was too long a wait to be served, most of the time there was only I person serving. At one point I was waiting at the bar ( a lady was being served, so I naturally assumed ( never assume ) that I would be next. A guy approached the bar, and was promptly asked what he would like, to which I said 'I thought I was next' The girl seemed surprised to see me ( perhaps she has tunnel vision, or maybe I was standing in a no man's zone, meaning that she served one part of the bar, and the other lady ( when she appeared) served the other section. I would have given 5 stars If the service was better

Reasonably priced and cheerful pub. Nice atmosphere, decent bar selection and food. Could have had a few more salad options but otherwise comfort pub grub. Pool table and garden on offer. Some parking on site.

Staff were pleasant enough, we were a party of six, three of us chose a main course but for some reason, it was off the menu. The chicken dish, we ordered in it's place was not very good, the chicken was very dry and chewy not at all palatable. We normally senjoy our visits as the children keep occupied with the play area, but this time around it was not at all satisfactory. really do not mind paying a little bit more if the food is good.

Last time we had amazing experience and a large party. Nothing was too much trouble. My daughter has sensory needs and they went above and beyond. Last night I had 3 birthday 🎂 children 18,20 and 21 . I forgot the candles , they took the cake put candles on and sang happy birthday 🎂 we had a lovely family meal again. Thank you so much!

The Man behind the bar was perfect he was lovely very friendly and helpful as was the waiters. The reason for low score is because the menu that was on offer actually wasn't in stock so we wanted two Mega mix grills this was unavailable, we wanted a leek soup but only tomato soup available. There was no pie which my sister wanted and she was the birthday girl Food was OK nothing special with what was available. The toilets smelt disgusting before you even entered the bathroom. Wouldn't recommend or be revisiting unfortunately
