Great local pub , we had some food and drinks of course 😊 on a Friday evening ... We got a table outside in the garden , a great place to spend time with friends and fam for a catch up ..The place overall is a bit pricy . I gave this review 5 stars because of the service , friendly, professional and fast for a Friday evening... The place was well busy and we felt looked after by the staff . I recommend to book a table if you want to be outside in one the hut they are very popular .

Really nice place first time been there and the atmosphere was really nice my friend wanted to go outside and check the garden really nice thought out idea with huts you can eat and drink in plus if cold you can put on the heater lamp really good be brilliant when it's sunny. We had food in the evening too and the menu was nice and simple to. highly recommend going again and again even if it's your first time.

We booked a table for 12 people 6 weeks ago at 5.00pm. We arrived to find out they had not only run out of chicken roasts but all roasts! I'm so confused, if you knew such a large group was coming to not think about holding some roasts back?. There was no apology or any offer for a suitable alternative. We then decided to leave and went to a thai restaurant instead. Absolute disappointment considering we booked 6 weeks ago.

Wow! What a pub. Have come here a few times in the last two weeks and had a marvellous time each time with my friends saying best pub in SW. Fantastic selection of beers and incredible pub grub when it was heaving too. The staff really make it, very helpful, friendly and efficient. It was good to see them enjoying their work too considering how busy it was. Would 100% recommend even if it means it would be harder for us to get a table.

We had a fun night at the King's Arms. Loved that we got our own little hut for the night and enjoyed the festival atmosphere! Music was good, food was yummy! Drinks were nice.

Awesome garden that is covered and has plenty of tables. Each table has it's own best lamp which was helpful. Frozen cocktails and a variety in the enclosed outside area. Nice staff, clean. Right next to the canal. Recommended booking the large tables ahead of time. The only thing I would say that the loaded curley fries were £7.50 and the portion is too small for one let alone sharing.

Nice decor, service and atmosphere. Pub grub has really raised the standard and the King's Arms is a good clean fun tavern.

Lot has changed in 32 years. This used to be the Kings Head back when it was my local. Definite improvement. Clean, spacious. Had a great time with old work colleagues on a Friday night reunion 10/10

I booked this as a casual place to celebrate my brother’s birthday. The booking process was very easy. I booked online and then had to make a change which I called and they made the change immediately. We got an outside table, and the service was great. The food was delicious! A few of us got fish and chips and it’s quite possibly the best fish and chips I’ve had in a while! The beer garden was busy being a Friday night but wasn’t over crowded. The vibe was great. Everyone just having a good time. Loved it and would highly recommend.

We had an excellent team Christmas lunch at the King's Arms last week. We managed to get the private space, at the front of the pub, which worked perfectly for our group. The staff were friendly, helpful and on the ball. The pub is well priced and the food quality was very good, we all enjoyed our meals. Some of the team relocated to the Secret Garden and spent the whole evening there, which was brilliant. We sat in a cabin, with patio heater, so were plesantly warm. The rounds of Baby Guiness shots certainly helped! Would recommend.

It used to be a great place, now they allow people to smoke outdoor not in the smoking area but all over where people eat and drinks.. then yesterday 16th of Feb 2024 me and a friend expirienced the rudest security ever, which didn't even give a second for us to stand up when we needed to move from the outdoor to the indoor due closing time, when I said ok trying to reach for my coat he told me " stand up now then" in a manner that honestly was shocking and disgusting, I am a customer, I expect people that works in a place where I go to talk to me nicely not like a beast with zero manners. It is a shame as before was a lovely place to go, the food is still great and the other people who works there are nice, but honestly I left there very upset on having this treatment. This security should be trained in talk to people with manners or be removed, none goes out to want to be treated like this.

Servers don't seem to want to serve, had to go to bar to order as we got completely forgotten about, had 5 staff members look at our empty plates and look the other way, and took 25 mins to get the bill - no apologies, or even a "how was it". Shame as the chef is alright! Don't work in customer service if you have zero interest in creating a nice customer experience.

To be honest nice venu.. we went for a Christmas dinner which was horrible. Service was very slow. Roast was raw, Brussels like stone, Potatoes over fried. The brownie was like goo. Most of our plates went back. Manager tried to say a dozen of us were wrong. I'm sorry but it's a first and last for me personally. The MC Donald's on the way home was better.

The staff at the kings arms were excellent - always on hand. Offering more drinks and food. The atmosphere was great and the food was superb quality pub.

It was our first time at the Kings Arms last week, and we had a top experience. The staff were very friendly, and knowledgeable, the pub was also clean and had a great atmosphere, with a large selection of drinks. We sat in the garden which was lovely and much larger than we expected. Which was good as we were a large group. We decided to stay and order food, however some in our group do have allergies and the Manager (Tringa) was so accommodating, and understanding,and made some excellent recommendations. The food was amazing especially the burgers, fresh quality and good pricing! 5 stars all round we will be definitely returning!

Rosie behind the bar convinced me to book the private room and go to this pub for our work Christmas party a few months ago and it did not let us down!! We had such a fantastic night! The food was amazing and with so many great options on the menu for everyone (the roast potatoes are by far the best I’ve had). The private room is super cosy with a private bar and great for large groups. Not to mention the staff are so friendly and such a great help. We had such a great night and were well looked after! one of my favourite places to go in Wandsworth. Recently I came down for drinks with friends from out of town for a wedding nearby and was greeted with the most amazing and attentive service. the drinks and food were great as well as the atmosphere in the pub on a Friday to night. we will all definitely be back very soon. thanks to all the team at be the King's Arms for making us feel so welcome x

Was here over the weekend, honestly such a vibe! The staff are so friendly and attentive. One of my favourite pubs in the area and to say I’m part of the furniture at this point, is an understatement. 🙌

Always love coming to this pub - it’s one of my faves! Hannah and Stella are absolute super stars and are SO accommodating. The outside garden space is perfect for summer too. Great for big groups too!

Ordered a burger and received the wrong item after waiting for 40 minutes. Repeated back my order at the counter to make sure that everything was fine cause the price that i paid for wasn’t matching what i was expecting to pay. Received two portion of fries and scotch egg (40 minutes and it wasn’t even busy) staff didn’t look like efficient. Regarding the quality of the food it was a disaster, fries was way overcooked and looked like the cook just dropped some leftover fries back into the fryer to heat them up. The burger had the ox cheek that tasted like old. Scotch egg was not bad but not worth 8 pounds The menu is way expensive and compared with the quality is definitely not worth. Been two times already in this pub and both times was very unsatisfactory. I personally don’t like to write negative reviews, last time I didn’t leave any reviews but today after second chance i felt like i paid lot and received not a satisfactory experience in terms of service and quality.

Nice pub with outstanding beer garden. Would definitely recommend for meeting with lots of people who prefer drinking outside as the space is massive. Food did take a while to arrive (but was worth the wait)

The staff are so inexperienced and slow! Inside staff we're extremely slow! Outside staff was better but just so moody. Obviously really cold outside at the end of November, but I would have thought all the heaters would work, but no, they didn't! They didn't have two different rums! Otherwise the place was full for a Friday night and good vibe.

This pub experience really lit up my day, their drinks offering was extremely good and the friendliness of the staff was exceptional. They seemed to engage with all the guests and made them smile. No request was too big and their professionalism was evident. My server Andrea was greatly hospitable, she and the rest of the team provided a brilliant experience. It was a pretty busy Monday night too. Well done King’s Arms, coming back ASAP!!

This pub is great! Food is nice and the garden is superb. I would have given 5* but recently the service is sub-optimal.

Impromptu bank holiday lunch.. lovely atmosphere, good outdoor space/distance and nice pub food. Loved the curley fries. Slight wait as short on servers, they did appear rushed of their feet. Service was polite.

This is a great pub for drinks but not food. We ordered 2 roast, first one came out cold... They took it and then brought it back, half was still cold pork crackling had gone soggy and leeks were still raw. Other roast was better, but the worst roast I've had in Wandsworth. Apple crumble was disgusting. Wine and cocktails were good. Would happily go back for a drink but not food.

Lovely pub located close to the shopping centre. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Pre booked a Christmas lunch here with the girls. The pub had a very old school interior which was different. Toilets were clean. They also have a massive beer garden. Very nice venue.

We absolutely loved our Christmas lunch at KA. The food was out of this world! The staff were super friendly. The Secret Garden is also such a fun space to be in.

We had our work Christmas Party Dinner here last night, and it was honestly incredible. We had a private room set up for the 20 of us which was decorated so nice and Christmassy. The food and service was great. We had pre ordered food and drinks, where the drinks were all laid out for us, where we could help ourselves, and it was very relaxed and just lovely.

We popped in for Sunday lunch with no booking and the staff managed to get us a nice spot. Roast was delicious and service spot on! Would definitely return soon.

I suggest all you look at the answer of the pub to my review and comment . It clearly shows how terrible and unprofessional they are with their answer to a customer with such horrible message build with excuses and lies !! It is good that thet put that reply so people can now saw what kind of a horrid service we had !! Instead of apologising as their reply, they were rude and full of excuses and lies !! We were at this pub last sunday with rezervation. The food was horrible, sunday roast were burnt, the potatoes were so bad and dry burnt that I couldn’t even cut it with a knife. Our dishes came more than hour late and also COLD !! Service especially the woman presented herself as manager was extremely rude. When we wanted to talked to her about our food, she behaved shamefully ! I have never experienced such a terrible service anywhere! IWhoever owns that pub should really evaluate that woman, she is definitely damaging their business. I do not recommend anyone this pub!!
