Cosy, friendly pub. Nice menu, with decently cooked food. Can almost always get a pint of Frontier on tap. Can get very busy, especially if there's a sporting event on, but generally pretty comfortable, with good staff. There's a chance of bumping into James May, who sometimes drinks here, and a much bigger chance of meeting the resident cat, who is a total sweetheart. Can't recommend this place enough 👍🏻

A fantastic pub with a real mix of atmospheres. Darts and pork scratchings in one area, a genuine ‘public house’ of people from the neighbourhood hanging out and talking in another. A dining room in the back then a fantastic garden area. Plus a small event space with some fantastic comedy on Friday nights. This pub is highly recommended. It’s how pubs should be. Perfect.

Wonderful, charming pub with excellent Thai food as well as some pub favorites such as burgers. The lunch special is one of the best deals in London, a main dish and a starter for £8.50.

I had my daughters confirmation party here less then a month ago. Leading up to the event the manager was very helpful and on hand to help with any questions I had. The day before the my the pub had a different large event on. When my mum and sister arrived at the agreed time on the day to prepare for my party there wasn’t anyone there to open up, apart from a cleaner who let them in and then left them there as she had “finished”. We had use of the back barn and the right hand seating area. None of the ash trays had been emptied and the barn absolutely stank. Within 20 minutes one of the 2 lovely bar staff for the day turns up. She helped out as much as possible but there was NO sign of the manager on the day at all. Considering you have a large event going on I would expect him to be seen. The food that I had PRE ORDERED…. was not brought out and when questioned the bar staff just said this is what the manager had written. In fairness to both ladies they were completely rushed off their feet, they did an amazing job and I felt really sorry for them. I did send an email outlining everything to the manager but not even an apology or any kind of acknowledgment. It’s straight up rude. I had pre paid and have definitely learned my lesson not to ever do this in the future, or to ever use this pub again!!! He is clearly extremely rude and only out for what money he can get! RUDE RUDE RUDE and I feel extremely sorry for his overworked and unappreciated staff

Brilliant pub. Great beer, a friendly cat and a few tvs with the football on. Big garden and they serve food but we didn’t try it but will be back in the future to, for sure!

My wife and I visited this cool pub in October 2019. We met very nice people there (both: staff and guests). Delicious meals, beers and other drinks available. Pub Quiz and live music every week. A daily visitor is my new furry friend: a very cute cat called "Kirsty". I highly recommend "The Cross Keys" as a "must-visit-place" in London.

The pub makes a very good impression. The food is good, and the staff is friendly. We have had fish and chips and pints of beer and we we have enjoyed every single bit of the food. The atmosphere inside this pub is very vibrant and relaxing and I would fully recommend this place.

The Cross Keys is everything that a pub should be. It's the kind of pub that feels like an extension of your own home, where you are always warmly welcomed, as if you had been missing all along. Whether you are settling in for a full day of six Nations, throwing a few arrows with mates, or just having a chat with the publican Mick, who always remembers your tipple, there are few more authentic settings in London. Stepping into The Cross Keys is like stepping into the good ole days of English pubs, before corporate chains and craft ales, logos in the foam and lost lagers. It is a privilege and an honour to call this pub my local. Thank you.

I understand that this was during the boat race, but the queue for the bar was ridiculous, the bar lady clearly served two “mates” of hers before anyone else. If there is no food available, it might be an idea to take the food menus off the table. I’m fairly sure I was overcharged since £5.40 for a lime and soda and a packet of crisps seems ridiculous to me

An outstanding local pub with excellent service, good grub and homely, welcoming atmosphere. We visit the Cross Keys often, and it is always a great experience. The selection of food and drink is good, and the service is friendly and attentive. We absolutely love the comfortable furnishings and historic feel. The selection of vegan food is notable alongside the usual pub classics. And, of course, Kirsty the cat is a true star!

Lovely local pub with all the trimmings. If it isn’t the charming cat in the basket as you walk in, or the darts board, or the live sports being played that tempts you in, it’ll be the great tasting Guinness. Will be back.

Great little pub. I went there in the early afternoon so it was very quiet but the barkeep was friendly and the food was good. I only ordered appetizers as I was waiting on my friend to eat dinner. The beer was good as well. The place got more lively after 5:30, when lots of people wandered in after work. I also made a new friend. 😀 A friendly cat was sitting on a chair by the window.

Reserved The Barn for a private afternoon function and it was a great choice of venue for it. As it was sunny they also kindly roped off some of the patio for us too.

'Hammersmith's local gem' are the first words you'll see on this Fuller's pub's website, and it's hard to disagree. Although we're not from the area, it was definitely a locals pub, but we were made to feel very welcome. Had a couple of pints of London Pride, and enjoyed listening to the clientele talk about their day.

Found this gem by accident when looking for a place showing the Lionesses and have found a new pub to enjoy! Best part of the experience is the impeccable service provided by the remarkable Sammi. Food menu is great value - especially for a full Thai menu in London. and pints very reasonably priced for the wide range they have. Wi-fi also worked really well which was a bonus!

Unpretentious proper local pub, very cosy atmosphere, friendly staff (including resident cat), reasonably priced, which also serves some truly astounding Thai food - the Tamarind Duck and Massaman Curry are to die for.

Rude rude rude landlord. Never going back. What a disgrace. A polite group of 18 year olds all with ID And a parent were treated like criminals. Wonder what Fullers brewery would say. Terrible NEW. .. I see the landlord has replied in exactly the way I would expect given his disgraceful behaviour last night - inaccurate and rude. People like this should not be managing pubs. I shall be taking this up with Fullers. There is never any need for rudeness and hostility and accusing people of calling you names when they had not is pathetic. Don’t know why you put parent in inverted commas either. It’s the truth and you are rude. End of. Thank goodness there are plenty of better pubs around !! Good riddance

Decent pint of Pride, good beer selection at a fair price. Nice atmosphere and the Thai food was pretty good too!

Decent pint of Pride and whilst there is Muzak, it’s kept very low and conversation flourishes in the relative quiet. Great backstreet pub. Highly recommended.

A traditional pub with good draught beers as well as the usual tipples and pots of tea. Popular with all age groups and people were watching sport on tv quietly in one area, whilst others were sitting and talking, attending a jazz night in the Barn, eating Thai food or being with the pub cat or their pooches. I believe quiz nights are held and one could easily read or play board games or similar. Friendly staff and some outdoor seating at the front.

My favourite pub in the area. Great food and big portion sizes. Loads of outdoor seating, with heating too. Screens for sports and spaces without them. A fire, a cat and a dartboard. Couldn't ask for more!

One of the few (if not only) place to watch football in the garden. Very limited beer options and the food is not the greatest tho.

Nice homely pub just over 5 mins walk from Stamford Brook tube. We drank inside but exploring found that there was a very good use of the outside perimeter of the building with mini TVs at some tables. Good pint of pride and friendly service

Went for a roast with my family today and can thoroughly recommend it as it was delicious and all food was fresh and cooked to perfection. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be going back soon! Excellent portion size and definitely worth the money.

I was working so could not sample the delights of the cross keys however the landlord was delightful and helpful and the menu looked interesting with prices you'd expect in this area of London. I will be going back as a customer soon.
