Great, friendly staff, being ruined by a new manager who talks down to people and is enjoying the grand power of being a pub manager a bit too much. Already has a reputation built after several people confirmed similar experiences in the last month. Recommend avoiding until he is replaced.

As expected on a Monday afternoon in October, this pub was very quiet but it made for a very relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a drink. It was a shame a couple of the beers were not available but I made up for it with a cider.

Came to the pub for a pint and some food. I was served by the lovely Mary. Had a great pizza. The service is amazing. I would defo recommend to anyone visiting Eton for a great place for a beer!

Excellent choices of rum with knowledgeable team behind the bar! They had a live singer, Kuran-Dohil Lynch who was wonderful!

Went here to watch the football and ordered the sharing platter, a salad and a burger. The platter came out and there was enough only for one person and cost £25!? The salad did not have the right ingredients in either. The server was very good and helped to overcome the issue, but the question still stands - would you pay £25 for this platter? Would come back to watch the football, but not for the food.

Well it just depends what you like I suppose.. lots of drunk football lads is not my idea of a good time. The building is nice enough, but there are lots of nicer places all around...

I had a really lovely time here watching the England vs Wales rugby game. 2-4-1 cocktails all day every day! Even on weekends so can’t really go wrong, the staff are lovely and there’s plenty of outside seating with heaters when it’s busy inside. 100% recommend

Didn't eat here but on what we seen we wouldn't. Place had a strange damp smell in the main bar however walking about Eton there was a bad smell of blocked drainage In the area, we arrived mid afternoon on Wednesday so not expected to be busy, there were only two draft beers avaliable with all the other pumps out of action. The gents toilets were disgusting with fecies on the cubical wall and the toilet didn't look to have been cleaned in some time..avoid.

Was staying in Windsor for the Kings Coronation. We visited this pub and must say how lovely the place it is. The manager came over and introduced himself as Ryan and ensured everything was okay. We only went in for a quick drink, but ended up staying a couple of hours. As we were leaving, Ryan came over and wished us well. It’s good to see a manager so attentive to his customers ensuring everything is to our satisfaction. If we ever visit Windsor again, we will certainly pop into this pub again. Thanks again to Ryan and his team.

Visited this pub on a stag do! Lovely staff liaising prior to arrival and welcomed us warmly! Was in here for a few hours and pricing for drinks also very decent. I had to pop next door for food as I was hungry when the kitchen had already closed - staff was happy with me bringing food into the pub.

This pub used to be lovely but it’s gone really downhill. Staff are unfriendly and slow, the beer garden is not well looked after and all of the tables were dirty and full of empty glasses. The ladies and men’s toilets were horrible. There are better pubs in the area where drinks are cheaper.

I love the place. The service and the bar tenders were very nice. You can see your sport channel if your want and it's PET FRIENDLY 🐶 I try the local cider was lovely. Toilet wasn't the best part, Smelly.

An excellent traditional pub with a great atmosphere and lovely beer garden. Can be lively at peak times, but also a cosy place to visit when less crowded. The range of quality ales is good, the food is great (especially the pizzas) and some talented artists are well worth checking out when the live bands are performing here. Recommended to visit!

What a beautiful gem. Stumbled in randomly and fell in love immediately. Lorcan, bartender, was the only human in there. Super friendly, and got us set up with drinks. We ended up hanging for 4 hours. We tried their pizza and Flatbread. Delicious. What a cool, humble spot.

This was, hands down, the worst pub I’ve ever been to. When I arrived, I asked straight away if they were ok with my 2 dogs, which they say yes to and guided me to the garden. There were no menus on several tables so I had to take one from another table, only to discover that they only serve pizza for food. All over their drinks and pizza menu, there are encouragements to use their order and pay app - which I did. Ordering an aperol spritz and a pizza. After waiting 30 minutes with nothing, I had to go to the bar (with the dogs) where I was told that: - the app doesn’t work - specifically, it takes payment but doesn’t send them the order Nowhere in the pub or on the menus is there mention of that. I was asked to show the order and was then told they didn’t have aperol spritz (no Prosecco) and they would “make something similar” which meant they replaced the Prosecco with a cheap white wine. The pub has several signs advertising it as dog friendly, but when I asked for a water bowl, it never happened. When the pizza arrived, another 30 minutes later, it was served in a box, with no plate or cutlery, and the cheese on it was barely cooked. I don’t think I’ve had a worse hospitality experience in my life.

Popped in for a quick drink. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back soon to try one of the pizzas on offer.

Great pub, Indy feel to it and they had live music on last night which was cool. Apparently there's a quiz night starting up on Thursdays so we're planning to pop in and give it a go

Fab night out for a leaving party of a very cherished colleague who I will always miss but as friends never forgotten. Drinks amazing, staff friendly and very helpful. One downside lack of network coverage but could be just my network

A good sports bar with a great garden. Reasonable beer prices. Also a lovely genuine couple running the place.
