Absolute shambles. When I say HALF our order was missing… it is literal. Home delivery; Both portions of fries missing, cheeseburger instead of a hamburger, and 1/3 of my Big Mac was…? What did arrive was cold and most defiantly had been sat under heat lamp for AGES. -10/10 would not recommend.

Every single order we had from Uber Eats was missing items. Every single one of them. And the food was cold and disgusting. And we were getting charged nearly £5 for delivery and service fees which is absolutely ridiculous for what we’re actually getting. Or should I say not getting eventually. I called and complained and I was laughed at and told that I need to speak with Uber Eats and not with them. I understand how busy they must be and this is just fast food but I see a pattern here of missing items, delayed orders and bad behavior. Never again from them and never again from Uber Eats for not doing anything about it.

If it were possible, I wouldn't give it a star. Food delivered to your home is a far cry from eating out. a portion of fries in a happy meal thrown in hand not even packed. I hope this will collapse soon and the management will go on unemployment without the right to benefits

Do yourself a favour and never order via UberEats. Like other reviewers I have had MANY orders missing food and freezing cold. Like it was cooked hours ago and they send it to you instead of throwing it away like they should. It is more usual for this to happen than not. Uber will not do anything about it. Just don't order.

The place is seriously understaffed with respect to clearing and service required vis a vis the demand. Poor staff seem absolutely run off their feet whilst those in control do not use deploy profit margin to ease stress on staff. Must be the worst place to work in. My heart goes out to the staff.

I got takeout last night, opened up my food to find the Tenders were STONE COLD on arrival. And no, the food could not get this cold on the 5 min walk to destination. Note that I also ordered garlic cheese bites, which were hot when opened, and even still warm even after I'd finished eating the cold chicken. The chicken tasted normal, but I had an upset gut this morning, which makes me think it was unsafe. You all need to watch your food safety in there, and chuck items that have been sitting out too long.

Went here at 6:45pm on a Friday evening. Very busy at this time. Easy order system on numerous electronic menu boards near the entrance. Easy to see your order number being prepared on the electronic board & you simply go the the front when you see it is ready to be collected. We found a table to eat in & had big Mac meals, (our favourites). Food served hot & was good.

They regularly forget to pack food you've paid for via Uber eats or another online food delivery service. Then it makes you look like you're trying to get food. Tonight my order was not fulfilled and now Uber eats are refusing to give a refund.

The worst McDonald branch I ever seen. Me and my friend visited this place on 6th march and we ordered big Mac meal and two ordinary burgers. It was dine in and our order number was 68. We saw our number on the collection screen in a flash of second and it disappeared. We were waiting there for more than 20 minutes and I asked in the counter about our order. They have no idea about the order and I showed my order bill. After sometime the staff came with our food. But the drinks was missing. So they took the food back and we kept waiting again for the whole meal 😬😬 At last we got our food, but this time there was no tissue, ketup, mayonise and any sauces. What the hell is this? There was only limited orders, but the staffs are so slow and people are waiting there for long time. Better these guys should learn that how to work proprly from other McDonald's branches. Because I got really nice experience from centre London(Oxford circus) McDonald branches. I will not recommend anyone to visit this place. Zero out of Ten.

Useless service i had an easy 20 minute wait for my next train. All their orders were unavailble on the app when they are pushing customers to use their point system. It says this store is 24 hours and everything is off the menu? Did they have till 1 turned off?

This should not even be considered a macdonalds, the food is not fast. It’s not even right half the time and the staff are abysmal. They are slow and argumentative. If you try to dispute them they will always tell you that you are wrong. Honestly fast food places in Wimbledon are slightly more expensive but I would honestly tell anyone never to choose this place over anywhere else.

It's a small branch but very busy!! The queue goes all the way out on the street. 5 STARS for the cleaning Manager and her team, they did their best. High respects, lady! I also like the idea of the basement, skip the queue, go downstairs you can also order there 😉

Why does crapdonalds concentrate more on delivery orders than actual customers who come in? I had to wait nearly 30mins for my order while I watched order after order fly out for delivery. Staff are rude and miserable. You can bearly hear them when they say order number. Seating is ridiculous with downstairs rarely ever open. I wish this place would go back to how it used to be, was so much better.

Horrible service, manager walked away as he didn’t understand English. And then the dark redhead female staff came to talk( couldn’t catch a name as it wasn’t easy and wasn’t English) was extremely rude and impolite. Was rolling eyes and making face mimics, didn’t manage to finished a sentence, turned around and walked away. It’s fine with declining a request, but at least do it in manners.

We ordered 7 BBQ sauce but they gave us 2 BBQ sauce instead. This is poor. They can't even get our order right!

Very bad service. This is the 3rd time I order from McDonald's and I receive empty sandwiches with no chicken or burger. I will not order from McDonald's again.

10:45 one of the most chilled out Mackie Deez there is. Downstairs area nice and quiet and clean. Upstairs a grumpy deliveroo/justeat or whatever driver was sounding off moaning about an order that was an hour late that didn't make sense to the staff, me, or anyone else in earshot. He stormed off then we were back to normal chilled atmosphere again. I find rowing with Mackie Deez staff both pointless and gutter like. Anyway it is a shame delivery grumbles are dragging the Google review score down. If you actually come here it is nice. Having an order thingy downstairs is also good. By the time we left the main menu was being served. Saturday and nice and relaxing Mackie Deez yay.

i just ordered and the food arrived completely cold, the delivery guy said its mcdonal cooking, so im trying to contact them and they are not answering the phone, i havent paid 12 pounds to eat cold food!! Update.... the burger its not a veggie but a chicken burger so im vegetarian and i cant eat it.....They finally answer and sent me to u er which its very complicated to deal with so i cant eat and will have to wait to see how it goes with uber......I will not eat in or take away from them ever again

Fatima is so friendly and warming and welcoming! I think she’s the most welcoming person there! I find the other staff rude if I’m honest I would have given 5 based on Fatima’s customer service in the main part of the resturant and in general because, She’s helpful and friend to everyone. But the staff at the till not so friendly. I ordered large fries with my order and they definitely were less than medium size. I highlighted to staff but they gave me back the same fries thinking I wouldn’t notice when I got back to work and also done with attitude by staff. Maybe you should have Fatima at the front desk as she seems better with how to customer face and serving customers. Thank you Fatima!

Disappointing service. Only received half my son's takeaway order. Even after confirming with the staff member. He assure me that the order was all in the bag. Got back to the hotel to having only half my order and a upset child.

Great service! Very clean. The staff is constantly cleaning and cleaning everywhere! Revelation. The food tastes like ground paper. Something horrible!

Its ok , Fast food normally just warm , Serving staff do their best ,but cleaning staff ie Melinda always gets the tables clean and ready for the next customers .👍

Extremely bad. No accepting orders in store so I went online and received a hideous meal. Manager should be shacked long ago.

Honestly there's a reason the people in here work in McDonald's. They are unable to complete a simple order time and time again with getting something wrong or missing items. It's really not that hard to check the order before it goes out

Spacious restaurant, with a nice half-moon shaped family area in the middle. Plenty of windows presenting well lit environment. Table orders accepted. Seems busy around food pickup window, which makes entrance a bit crowdy.

Ordered a take out and had to go back in the cold to get it fixed and get a new frech order as it was already cold. I got the items missing but wrong flavour. And instead of making a new order as cold due to winter and time wasted I got it reheated probably in a microwave. All this when not busy at all. JUST TERRIBLE

This McDonald used to be good nowadays the staff pick and choose who they serve they are picking out ethnic minority by talking to them with disdain and ignoring their enquiries they are trying to run an exclusive apartheid system of customer care. these days they can keep staff always looking for one horrible customer service or they can communicate to you in English whatsoever very disrespectful.

Not to busy considering was lunch time. Food was fast to be made up. Order was right which doesn't usually happen for me when we get deliveries. Food was nice, all in all was great value

We ordered at about an hour ago today on the McDonalds app, and recieved only part of our order once the delivery person arrived. Out of a £32 order, we received 3 ice creams and a vanilla milkshake. No way to contact customer support either, called the number listed here and they were of no help. Utterly insane to have missed so much of the order and not even be able to provide any sort of help with it

Awful service rude staff, one staff member swore done the phone to me when I complained that my sausage and egg McMuffin was not in my delivery, then refused to make me another if I turn up because the machine is off. Then refused to give me my money back.Don’t order from here or give them any money. DONT offer a delivery service is if you’re incompetent and unable to fulfil this. The most on educated people on the planet must work here.

Downstairs is always shut? Seem to not have anything often? No vanilla milkshakes, no dispenser drinks (coke, Fanta, sprite, oasis), no barbecue sauce, no mcflurrys. Takes a long time to get food despite there being quite a few people working behind the counter??? the place is full of drunks at night and kids always loitering by the door and outside. Should have just kept the Centre court location open was so much nicer and quieter and never had these issues.

Got a few mchicken meals for the lads were around here for work , place was busy but got our meals quick enough and the drinks were right, fries were fresh, we took a take out so didn't sit in, I couldnt get wifi thought but that could of been my phone. Overall was good.

I know it's just a McDonald's but someone set fire to something in the toilets, the staff were arguing with each other in front of customers. When it said on the screen to collect our order I went to the counter then the order disappeared from the screen, I waited a while then asked the very impatient manager about my order and he snapped at me that'll I'll be a couple of minutes. Avoid.

I often visit here because my kids love Happy Meal and the price isn't too bad compared to the quality & taste of the food. However, almost every time, the table and the floor is quite dirty. Also, quite often I get the wrong food e.g. I don't get the chips I ordered. If I explain that to the staff, they do give the right food in the end, but some of the staff are not so friendly.

Always a pleasure, with a bit of guilt. Staff is fairly kind. They barely ever get the order right when we order for a large group, but they are open to fix the errors.

Very busy with after school rush. Was able to get a table but downstairs seating and toilets were closed. Food was just OK. Some fries were slightly undercooked as was the bacon in my burger. Annoying to see people whose ticket numbers were after mine, being served first.

Kind of down at heel McDonald's which, considering it's in Wimbledon, is kinda surprising. The decor is bland and gray, rather sparse tbh. I had a breakfast there, bacon and egg McMuffin, two hash browns and a coffee. All very standard. I opted for table service and the lady who brought the food over was ever so nice and very helpful. As seems to be the case these days, the experience was marred by takeaway drivers milling around the shop. Take away food for these delivery guys should be dealt with separately I think, so they don't get in the way of other people.

Ordered through the app for collection and realised when I got home that they had forgotten three items which was annoying!! Successful but very long winded customer service process to get a refund
