Drive thru charges more than buying over the counter. It happened a few times to me. I do not know why. I always like to buy the the mcfeast combo of two adults and two kids(2medium burgers and 2 small burgers,2medium drinks and 2 small drinks). I was charged R299 at drive thru,i cancelled the order. I went inside and paid R190something. Is it the right price?. Am not even sure anymore. This was my recent experience. Two weeks back

Bad service without a smile. No lettuce for your burger and no orange or apple juice for your breakfast. Not recommend to go there on a Monday or Tuesday as the truck only delivers on Wednesday

We love getting takeout here. The self-service machines help make ordering quick and easy. We always make use of the app to redeem some of the latest offers, ensuring that our money is well spent on delicious meals and refreshments. Sitting on a bench in the Garden Route Botanical Garden with your favourite takeout from McDonald's is just sublime 👌🏻

Very, very good service! We went in and service was good we ordered it took a bit of time but excellent service. We also had a drive thru and it was okay they got our order wrong 10% of the time and never had ice coffee but they fixed that problem because the last time we were there they had it and our order was correct. We also ordered on the app Mr D Foods and service was excellent. Overall Garden route McDonald’s are amazing with service and time but the order and if it is correct or not is a bit worse. Still have to check if they got my order correct.

Waited for 15 minutes in the drive through only to be told when we placed the order that there was no soft serve ice cream

Pathetic service. Waited forever for 1 half of the order. They didn't have sauce. I ordered and paid for a iced Latte with cream.....came without cream because they don't have cream.

A quick milkshake late at night is always lekker. On the way home.

I don't feel like I can rate it 100% accurate from being there once on a trip from CPT to Jeffreys but I did have a kind welcome and the establishment is clean

Been through this drivethru like 8 times and EVERY time my orange juice tasted like Oros with too much water. Complained once and they just made me a new one that tasted exactly the same as before. I started ordering other things just to be told they don't have it. Also messes up order sometimes. I gave up and will never return. At least the staff is friendly.

Never gone inside. Only gone through drive through. But this year there must have been a change in staff because everyone is friendly and super helpful.

So we purchase 18/09/21 1 chilli cheese meal with orange juice and 1 Med fries. The orange juice was so weak and bad diluted with water luckily my husband tasted it.... This is not the first time and the unfriendly staff ever.. When I asked for Manager on duty....not sure if Manager was called or not but never came to the front. If this is what u call customer service WOW surely staff needs training

Good service however the garnish was not proportional to the burger. Feel like they just threw garnish at it and whatever landed on the burger is what I got lol

Food was old and cold

The service was good, but unfortunately the coffee was cold. Only realised it oce we were back on the N2. Otherwise we would have turned back and requested them to warm it up.

The drive through was filthy, too much litter everywhere. The big mac was alright, the chips old and dry, we threw them away. Pity it was always top notch

Sisanda super friendly and helpful - felt like a full service restaurant experience. Food came to table almost immediately. All staff members are friendly and restaurant is very clean. What a pleasure.

Staff very helpful. Unlike the US menu, some options not available but we worked it all out (fried not baked apple pie). Would like to see more self service screens in South African McDonalds and drink refills.

I just love the Boerie Hashbrown Stack. Always satisfactory to grab one on the go. Drive through is efficient and service is good.

Fast food is fast food - unhealthy ! I personally know that I cook proper food. Ordered meals for myself my girlfriend and my son. Got home, getting ready to eat and found our order got mixed up with someone else's. Did not have fuel in my vehicle to return

Good food, fast and friendly service, clean toilets and lovely and cool inside. I don't know if it's supposed to be like it, but the inside was almost too quiet with not even radio playing in the background.

The staff was very friendly and fast. I made use of McDonald's on more than one occasion and every time the service was excellent every time.

Got here ordered a Cajum called Uber since it was late I couldn't locate any driver this team offered me to use their transport I was catching a 1am bus ,they were so friendly and kind .Very good team ...made me feel safe .keep it up Garden Route Mcdonald, impressive

Standard McDonald's experience. It is a bit better than the ones in Centurion. At least there is no waiting time for the fast food

We struggled with the touch screen order. Apparently we were touching it too hard? Anyway, the lady was very helpful and we received our order in quick time.

After long day of work and drive frome Cape Town got to them 30mon before closing and only able to sell me a burger. I bought 2 burgers and got to guesthouse each with 1 bun and Patty. I will never eat there again out of principle.

My favorite grinnadella macflurry off the menu :( and next best no stock. Enjoyed the good old oreo macflurry.

Food really good and the service is also very good and prompt even if you go into the fast food restaurant to order inside they are good despite it being silly season they still help with friendly service in the busiest days of the year
