I had the most horrendous experience from Steers Courtney Street , George... My order number was #71563669...Mix it up sharing combo... 3 of the burgers had bitter after taste... We called the branch and the manager didn't care what the customer was trying to explain and this is totally unacceptable for food franchise management. The wow factor was when they asked us to take the burgers out of the bin to come show them...the question is or are will they go in the bin and taste that burgers them self... It was never about a refund or voucher it was about customer services and THEY LACK BIG TIME.... I have been a customer of Steers for many years, but never experienced such filthy, unhygienic and most disgusting conditions. ( my review was noted, and would have been investigated, but to date, not even an apology!!! )

Whatever it was we ate tonight ....was disgusting.Food traceability?You wa9nt me to scratch in a bin so you can do tracebility studies on the burgers? SO,after taking it out of the bin are you gonna do a tast test???? Send it a ISO 2200 lab,I would recommend as I will gladly assist with the testing and Quality Compliance yes certificate.Unless you not sure what burgers you making and the ingredients on that burgers we ordered. Thats call a recall procedure when you want a product out of the consumers hands... So when you do traceability or when you talk about food traceability, you should talk about being able to follow a food (and all of the ingredients within it) through the supply chain. TWithhat being said, food traceability, it’s not just about knowing where a food has come from or been, it’s about knowing where it ended up after it left each stage of production/processing too. In other words, food traceability applies both forwards and backwards in the supply chain. Traceability means keeping records and linking up the processes involved in producing, processing and distributing food products and their ingredients. Or I would suggesy .You trace back the following; 1.order number 2.Recipe used for that specific order 3.Supply chain 4.Batch/lot numbers of ingredients 5.Scruitinse process during food processor during all stages . I won't leave it here...I'll report this. I'll spread the word cause I won't allow people to waste their time and money on this branch.

Seems like food ordered for delivery is hurried cooked and undone. Chips looked like it was left overs. Tasted like paper. Hard earned money wasted.

No service, food mediocre, they even run to my car to stop me coz they forget to give me part of my order, and the place was quite. Delivery guys playing on the cellphone listening to music in front of the guests, no management on sight. Won't be back

The second time complaining about Steers in a very short period. First, ordered chicken from Steers through Mr. Delivery. Chicken did not taste as it should at all. It was just a mess. Didn't get any feedback or comments on this complaint. Now, I went to Steers for milkshake. Thought it would be a quick stop. Nope. It took the staff 32 minutes to mix some ice cream, milk and sauce. Sure, I realize one has to wait their turn, but then new customers came in after me and was served before me. Guess what - they had similar orders to mine. Ice cream, and again ice cream. I truly think this was the last time I've ordered from Steers. Had Roco Mama's the other day and everything was fresh and just great.

Always love the food and menu... fast service aswell...even on busy days!

Enough parking. There is 3 businesses in one area which give a group the chose to each choose their own.

If I could leave 0 Stars, I would! Food was delivered late, cold, and I tried phoning +-10 times and couldn't get ANYONE in call center to assist they'll put me through they said, and never got through to the store. Will definitely NEVER support again. Truly frustrating experience.

We ordered food at work (medium cheesy chips with bacon; small chips; medium cheesy chips and rave cheese burger) Food arrived, no medium cheesy chips. Called the branch and enquired. Two hours later driver arrives with a medium chips. Alas no cheesy chips even though we paid for that! Very disappointed. Would not buy again.

Very unhappy, had to wait more than 2 hours for a cheese burger meal. Was cold when it arrived. Ai no. Swak.

They have great cheesy chips (but the service is slow) and you honestly get the vibe that they don't want you there.

Pizza was good but the base could be thinner and asked for more cheese but it wasn't there to add flavor which I paid for! 🤔

Don't waste your time at other burger franchise shops. The best burgers are at steers. Its a South African company and they know what South Africans want in a burger. Real meat that's what you get. Their chips are the best! They even have milkshakes and coffee. Support them they are proudly South African!

Good food and prices as usual for all 3 of the takeaway or sitdown menus. New shop renovations now has FishAways and Debonair's Pizza added to Steers in the same interior ordering food area. Prepare to wait a bit for fresh food making during peak hours- ie; dinner time & weekends.

I love the set up of the 3 restaurants on one. They make the ordering process easy with the screens above. The tables were all very clean. The lady could have just spoken a bit more clearly. The food was great!

Really disappointed that Steers doesn't care about their customers. Ordered take-aways on Sunday 15 November at about 12h15. The lady who took my order wasn't wearing a mask at all (not even around her neck!), and the other staff were either wearing chin protectors (masks around chin and not covering nose at all), or had their masks around their throats. No gloves are worn by the staff preparing the food and chips packets are prepared by putting the bare hand into the packet and chips box to open. George is the epicentre of Covid-19 in the Garden Route. We, as a nation, have been asked to support business to get the economy back on track, but look what business thinks of us!
