Like all panarottis, the quality is constant.

A great and very popular Panarottis. Family friendly. They also offer vegan pizzas and gluten free pizza bases. Lots of space and has a childrens play area. Parking can be problem during weekdays, but is fine in the evenings and over weekends. They have tv's if you want to watch major sporting events.

Been coming here since 1993, and I still love it. I have never felt so welcome in a pizzeria, with exceptional staff as well. Our dessert got a little confusing for some reason and ended up paying twice for the same peppermint crisp tart (which was so small and not worth R70+ per slice).

I drove from Cape Town to George. It’s a 5 hour drive and exhausted. We chose Panarottis to have a pizza. The waitress brought us menu… gave us a few min to decide and came back to take the order. We had our own water and cold drink that we had been travelling with. We were told we are not allowed the beverages and allowed us to leave if we were unhappy. Point Is we should have been told this before being seated . I’m not disputing the rules but the communication

Just what the doctor ordered for four adults with two little kiddies. The service was quick and friendly, the food delicious and hot, and the atmosphere exactly what you’d expect from such a well-known family restaurant. Thanks so much for hosting us for dinner!

Really enjoyed this place with my family. Food is descent quality, seats near the inside playground puts you at ease while watching the kids play, there's always a staff inside the indoor playground to make sure that kids are alright which is great! The servers were also well mannered. All in all, one of my fav places to take the kids while in George.

Panarottis george manager apparently can dictate which customers can get certain specials. Call and collect can't be upgraded at an additional cost which is stated on the website under Ts&Cs. Then they call the garden route mall who honored the Ts&Cs to moan at them telling them now they are causing issues for them which is completely unfair as they are just following the actual websites Ts and Cs, I will definitely be reaching out to the ARB for false advertising and then for not complying to YOUR own Ts&Cs I will be reaching out to the consumer board. Ps how can a employee tell a client "I will tell you what the specials are, YOU don't tell me" Once we showed him the Ts&Cs on our own phone because he couldn't find it on the computer, he just puts the phone down and doesn't even apologize for the fact that website and Ts&Cs say something different to what he is preaching. I wonder how many other customers are being fooled by this. Disgusting.

Excessive Salt in Flatbread Pizza To whom it may concern, I recently ordered your flatbread pizza, but it was extremely salty to the point of being inedible. I hope you can address this issue promptly to maintain your reputation for quality. Thank you

Absolutely lovely,,, this place was very nice,,, the food fresh and fantastic,,, the staff warm,, friendly and ready to assist and for the type of GUESTS I had wit me,,, they (staff) did their job very well,,,, but wot was most impressing is that eventhou they were about to close and on top of that,, 🙄 the lights were about to go out due to loadshedding,,, these guys made our late dinner experience a MUST RETURN one,, Thank you

What an awesome experience. Ordered food via Mr D. Order came incorrect and the Mr D site has crashed. Called Panos direct and was helped by a very nice lady. Replacement pizza ordered. On arrival a small gift as well. Totally unexpected but very much appreciated. Well done Panos Mistakes will happen, but you sorted this one above and beyond. KUDOS.

I was utterly disappointed when I got home and opened the box. The toppings was so shabby and the base much thinner in comparison with the Panarotis in Kimberley at Northern Cape Mall. Bought the same family pizza for dinner. Not worth the money I paid for it here at George Panarotis. I actually have photos of both and there's a huge difference in quality I now have to put extra toppings on myself. Feel I can cry from disappointment and I can't even take it back, because I drove 180km and are back home now.

An absolute 5 out of 5 for this Panarottis! Having a family with young kids it is a constant struggle finding a restaurant that keeps them entertained but still delivers a great experience to adults for much needed relaxing and dining time. This branch handles this brilliantly with a great armosphere, top notch food, amazing service and an awesome play place for the kids. Keep up the great work guys. We will keep coming back for more!

Absolutely amazing! First time in George and decided to get pizza....was not disappointed! Warm and cozy inside.... everyone had a smile on their face and service was excellent!! Keep at it!

First time in years, maybe even before Covid. Food was great and portions generous.

I ordered 2 beef lasagnes and it was utterly disappointing. Even my children didn’t like it. It was lacking in flavour and there was little to no bechamel sauce detected. We looked forward to a hearty meal but instead the worst meal in a long time. Definitely not ordering from them again.

Very delicious as always!! BUT very disappointing that the Mediterranean pizza is no longer on the classic pizza list for pizza special... Heart breaking, and us being regulars didn't realise until the bill came.. :(

We were blessed with a lovely meal from here while on holiday from Johannesburg. A diversity of juicy pizzas, fresh salads, rich pastas and delicious desserts for all tastes, including vegetarians. Family atmosphere is terrific as always in a very spacious environment. Ideally positioned in the center of town as well.

Phoned to place order for collection. Girl that answered phone NANCY vey unfriendly and rude. Noisy in background can barely hear what she was saying on repeated asking what she was saying she replied its no need to scream at me.....realy.......!

I was visiting from Port Elizabeth n decided to treat my hosts to Pizza as I know it. Well .... what a disappointment, sweet chilli sauce, dry bits of chicken, and feta cheese! TWo toppings only, the rest wld b extra .... now really. Family pizza was R50 extra for avo? The slices were cut small n large, could not share slices. Come on ....Sorry my hosts were embarrassed on my part, for me and many it is a now a no go zone from now on. Gonna have a look at Port Elizabeth on my return and compare. Shame ......

We tried the vegan margarita. While vegan cheese was good, that's all we got. Pizza base and vegan cheese. We'd have been better off making simple sandwiches instead of ordering out. No tomatoes, olives, onions or absolutely anything like that. Anything over and above basic pizza was additional. Rip off!

Panos in York Street has been a favorite for years. The service is good, facilities clean and the food delicious. There is wheelchair access and a small kiddies play area. Parking during the day can sometimes be a hassle but generally there is enough parking after hours.

Every now and then we feel the need to have a pizza. Panarotis in York street George makes super delicious pizzas.... All flavours..highly recommended.

Very unprofessional service when I wanted to pay for my ordered pizzas and the staff member did not understand what it means to "pay for some of the pizzas separately" as I had to pay my friend's bill separately from mine. Another staff member found the situation amusing and started laughing, concealing her amusement with a hand in front of her mouth. A little help with the transaction would have been appreciated instead of laughing at your co-worker.

I always loved panarottis and always will, their food and service is excellent! Very friendly staff. This is the best pizza restaurant by far and the only place I will buy my pizza from!

Paid R164 for a gourmet pizza called a carnivore.. So disappointed.. Hardly anything on it. Wont be ordering from them again. Not worth the money.. Taste was bland too
